Description

The present invention relates to a method for storing a glass fiber bag filter formed in a hollow cylindrical shape using glass fiber as a filter cloth material, and the storage body.

Conventionally, a dust removing device using a bag filter has been widely used as a device for filtering and collecting dust and powder from a dust-containing airflow. Normally, such a dust removing device is used in a state where a plurality of bottomed cylindrical or hollow cylindrical bag filters are suspended in the device, and the dust-containing gas introduced into the device is introduced from the outside of the bag filter. When passing through, dust and powder in the gas are collected on the outer surface. As the filter cloth material, woven or non-woven fabrics of glass fiber, PTFE and other organic fibers are generally used. For example, the use environment is at a relatively high temperature like a bag filter used for dust removal of various exhaust gases. In some cases, a woven fabric of glass fiber is suitably employed as a bag filter having excellent heat resistance and low cost.

However, there is a problem that the glass fiber bag filter is inferior to other bag filters in terms of folding resistance. If the bag filter breaks during use of the dust remover, exhaust gas that is not temporarily collected may be released into the atmosphere. In order to prevent this, it has recently been desired to increase the replacement period in order to reduce costs. Thus, filter cloth materials for improving the durability of bag filters are disclosed in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-39220), Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-133272), and the like.

However, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are techniques for improving the durability of the filter cloth material itself, and no mention is made regarding a decrease in durability due to folding and storage before use. In other words, in the folded state before use, especially when several pieces are stacked and stored for a long time, even if it is a filter cloth material with improved durability, the tensile strength of the crease part is significantly reduced, and it breaks during use of the bag filter Remains. FIG. 8 shows a storage state of a conventional glass fiber bag filter. As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, when the filter cloth body 11 is folded, the folding angle θ of the fold 15 is bent at an acute angle close to 0 °, and the both-end fold portion where the load is most applied is Since stress is concentrated as a point, the strength of the glass fiber is reduced and the durability is reduced.
However, since there has been no promising measure for the strength reduction associated with this long-term storage, the following method has been employed when a glass fiber bag filter is employed.
(1) Purchase the required quantity at the time of renewal and replace all bug filters at once.
(2) If it is difficult to secure the required quantity on a budget, use a bug filter that has been purchased in stages and stored for a long period of time with a short life.
(3) Replace the bug filter as appropriate within the quantity that can be purchased.

In filter cloth replacement by bag filter renewal, for example, it is difficult to secure work time for a continuous operation such as a waste incinerator with high operation rate, and the replacement cost increases when it is frequently replaced. It is effective to exchange the quantities in a batch. At this time, the normal glass fiber bag filter has a service life of several years, so that it is replaced every several years.
However, the above (1) to (3) have the following problems.
In the case of (1), since the cost for purchasing a bug filter is required every few years, local governments and the like are burdensome in terms of securing a budget. In the case of (2), the use of a bag filter whose strength has been reduced by long-term storage shortens the service life and increases the frequency of filter cloth replacement, leading to an increase in cost. In the case of (3), since the work for frequently replacing the bag filter every fixed amount occurs, the replacement work cost becomes high and the operating rate is lowered in the waste incinerator or the like.

For example, a bag filter used for exhaust gas treatment generally has a hollow cylindrical shape with a diameter of about 10 to 20 cm and a length of about 4 to 6 m, depending on conditions such as a gas treatment amount, and several dozens of dust removal apparatuses. ~ Several hundreds are required, so it is indispensable to fold when storing for a long time. As described above, since a large number of bag filters are required for one dust removing device, there is also a problem of taking up space when storing. In general, a glass fiber bag filter has a structure in which a metal snap ring is sewn on the upper end side of the filter cloth body and the bottom surface is closed with a common cloth, or the lower end side or the upper end in order to simplify attachment to a dust removal device. A metal snap ring is sewn on both the side and the lower end side. Therefore, even if the filter cloth body is folded compactly, the snap ring is bulky and it is difficult to save space.
Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, the present invention provides a glass fiber bag filter that can be further saved in space without causing extreme strength deterioration even when the glass fiber bag filter is folded and stored for a long time. It is an object to provide a storage method and the storage body.

In order to solve this problem, the present invention includes a hollow cylindrical filter cloth body made of glass fiber, and an annular member attached to at least one of the upper end and the lower end of the filter cloth body. In the storage method of the glass fiber bag filter,
After crushing the filter cloth main body into a flat shape, a long buffer jig having flexibility and holding a folding angle in a substantially R shape is inserted into the filter cloth main body along the longitudinal direction. A glass fiber bag filter that is folded a plurality of times in the longitudinal direction of the filter cloth body and is folded in the longitudinal direction of the filter cloth body. It characterized that you received in the circular accommodating space formed by the partition walls having a large consisting gap than the height of the ring member to support the at least part of the.

According to the present invention, after the hollow cylindrical glass fiber bag filter is lightly crushed, when the filter cloth body is folded in the longitudinal direction, the folds at both ends that are most loaded are less likely to become points, and the folding angle θ is set to 0 °. It will not be bent at a near acute angle, and there will be no extreme strength drop where the filter cloth breaks during long-term storage. Further, since the buffer jigs are sequentially folded while abutting against the buffering jig, it can be easily stored without taking time and the packing time is shortened.
In the present invention, as a method of folding the filter cloth body in the longitudinal direction, the filter cloth body is folded in a bellows shape, or the filter cloth body is wound around two buffering jigs separated by a predetermined interval. Examples include a method of folding in a spiral. In the case of folding in a bellows shape, it is preferable to fold so that the buffering jigs located in the vicinity are displaced from each other. Moreover, when it folds helically, it is preferable to fold so that an annular member may be located in the center.

Preferably, the plurality of buffering jigs are integrated by a connecting member, and after the annular member is accommodated in the annular member accommodating space formed between the buffering jigs, the filter cloth tatami no folding as to be wound on the body to the buffer jig.
In the present invention, by integrating a plurality of buffering jigs, it is possible to save the labor of positioning the jigs, fix the position of the jigs themselves, and prevent the filter cloth from being bent due to the deviation. Further, it is preferable that the jig width is wider than the width of the filter cloth main body and the jig portions are stacked so that the uppermost load is not applied to the lowermost bag filter so that bending is not promoted. Further, since the annular member that is bulky when the glass fiber bag filter is folded is accommodated in the annular member accommodating space formed by the buffering jig, space saving can be achieved.

Furthermore, in these inventions, it is preferable to dispose a desiccant inside or on the surface of the buffering jig or in the annular member housing space.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the stress corrosion by the water vapor | steam of a glass fiber bag filter can be prevented, and long-term storage which maintained quality is attained irrespective of the change of storage conditions, such as a humidity rise.

In the present invention, the folding angle is relaxed by the buffer jig folded together with the filter cloth main body so that it becomes substantially R-shaped, so that the folds at the both ends where the load is the most difficult to become a point, the starting point of the filter cloth breakage in long-term storage There are no places where the strength is reduced significantly. Further, since the folding angle is relaxed by the buffering jig with respect to the fold along the longitudinal direction, the strength can be prevented from being lowered.

By forming the storage space fixed by the partition wall as in the present invention, no load other than its own weight is applied to the folds of the filter cloth main body, so that an extreme decrease in strength can be prevented. This is because the folds at both ends where the load is most applied are not likely to become dots as long as one bag filter is normally folded. There are no places where the strength is reduced significantly.
Moreover, it becomes possible to store the cardboard etc. which stored the partition wall, and can reduce a storage space. In particular, when the partition wall is inserted into the cardboard, it is also preferable to configure the partition wall so that there is no part other than the folded portion that needs to be protected, thereby making the whole compact.

Further , a plurality of glass fiber bag filters having a hollow cylindrical filter cloth body made of glass fiber and an annular member attached to at least one of the upper end or the lower end of the filter cloth body in the longitudinal direction. In the folded glass fiber bag filter housing,
When folding the filter cloth body flattened into a flat shape, a cushioning jig that has flexibility and holds the folding angle in a substantially R shape is brought into contact with the inner side of the fold of the filter cloth body. A partition wall that is sequentially folded in a state of being supported, supports at least a part of the folded glass fiber bag filter, and has a gap larger than the height of the annular member, and is formed by the partition wall The folded glass fiber bag filter is stored in a storage space .
Furthermore, in these inventions, it is preferable that a desiccant is held in the buffering jig inside or on the surface, or in the annular member housing space.

As described above, according to the present invention, strength reduction due to long-term storage of glass fiber bag filters can be prevented. Furthermore, a bag filter that has been stored for a long time can ensure the same life as a new one, and it is economical because there is no cost increase due to an increase in the frequency of filter cloth replacement. As a result, even when it is difficult to secure the required quantity at a time when replacing the bug filter, it is possible to purchase it in stages and store it for a long time, thereby reducing the burden of securing the budget. As a result, it is possible to suppress a decrease in operating rate like a waste incinerator associated with a bag filter replacement operation. Furthermore, in the present invention, the glass fiber bag filter can be stored in a compact manner, and space saving can be achieved.

As shown in FIG. 1 (a), a hollow cylindrical filter cloth body 11 is first lightly flattened and then folded in the longitudinal direction so that one end side of the filter cloth body 11 is polymerized to the other end side. . At this time, the cushioning jig 20 is folded while being in contact with the inside of the fold 15. As shown in FIG. 1B, the buffering jig 20 is sized and shaped so that the acute angle of the folding angle θ ′ of the bag filter 10 sandwiching the jig 20 is relaxed and becomes substantially R-shaped. Have Examples of the shape of the buffering jig 20 include a cylindrical shape, an elliptical cylindrical shape, a semi-cylindrical shape, and a cylindrical shape. The buffering jig 20 has a dimension that is substantially the same as or slightly longer than the width of the filter cloth body 11 crushed flat. The material of the cushioning jig 20 may be any of metal, plastic, polymer materials such as urethane and rubber, paper, cloth, etc. In addition, a cellular sheet 11 is folded into the filter cloth body 11 and a folding angle θ ′.
A specific configuration of the glass fiber bag filter housing 10 is shown in FIG.
2A, the buffer jig 20 is brought into contact with the filter cloth body 11, and the buffer jig 20 is folded so as to be positioned inside the fold. This is sequentially performed in the longitudinal direction from one end side of the filter cloth main body 11, and the entire length is folded into a bellows shape. In the present embodiment, the buffering jig 20 is interposed in the bag filter housing 10 so as to be positioned in a substantially straight line in the vertical direction.
In FIG. 2B, the shock absorbing jig 20 is folded in the longitudinal direction in a state where the shock absorbing jig 20 is in contact with the filter cloth main body 11 as in FIG. The position is shifted in the direction. Thereby, the thickness of the folded bag filter storage body 10 becomes small, and compactization can be achieved.
In FIG. 2C, folding is started from the annular member 12 side, and the cushioning jig 20 is brought into contact with the inner side of the fold and folded. The filter cloth body 11 is wound around the two buffering jigs 20 separated by a predetermined interval, and folded so that the bottom surface 13 is exposed to the outside. In this embodiment, only two buffering jigs 20 are used for one glass fiber bag filter housing 10. As a result, the number of buffering jigs 20 used can be reduced, and the space for the storage body 10 can be saved.

Moreover, the other form of Example 1 is shown in FIG. 3A is a perspective view of a semi-cylindrical jig, FIG. 3B is a perspective view of a cylindrical jig, FIG. 3C is a perspective view of an integrated jig, and FIG. The side view which shows the state which wound the bag filter, (e) is a side view which shows the state which wound the bag filter to the jig | tool of (c).
As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the buffering jig 21 has a structure in which two semi-cylindrical members 21a separated by a predetermined interval are coupled by a rod-shaped coupling member 21b and integrated. The curved surfaces 21a are connected to each other so as to face outward. The separation distance of the semi-cylindrical member 21 a corresponds to the folding width of the filter cloth body 11. A glass fiber bag filter housing 10 using the buffer jig 21 is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the annular member 12 is accommodated in the annular member accommodation space 210 formed between the semi-cylindrical members 21a, 21a, and the filter cloth body 11 connected to the annular member 12 is buffered. The bag filter storage body 10 is formed by being wound around the jig 21. Accordingly, an annular member housing space is formed inside the bag filter housing 10, and the fold of the filter cloth body 11 has an R shape, and the folding angle θ ′ is relaxed to prevent a decrease in strength during long-term storage. Can do.
Similarly, the buffering jig 22 shown in FIG. 3B has a structure in which two cylindrical members 22a are coupled by a rod-shaped coupling member 22b and integrated. As described above, the member 22a in contact with the crease 15 may have any shape and size that relaxes the crease of the filter cloth body 11, and the same effect as in FIG. 3A can be obtained.

The buffering jig 23 shown in FIG. 3C has a structure in which both end sides of one plate-like member are bent to form an annular member accommodation space 230 in the center. A glass fiber bag filter housing 10 using the buffering jig 23 is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the bag body 10 is formed by winding the filter cloth body 11 around the buffering jig 21 in a state where the annular member 12 is accommodated in the annular member accommodation space 230. Thereby, the same effect as the case of FIG. 3 (a), (b) can be acquired.

In the present embodiment, a desiccant may be disposed in or on the buffer jigs 20, 21, 22, 23, or in the ring member housing spaces 210, 230. Examples of the desiccant include silica gel, quicklime, calcium chloride, and zeolite. As a result, stress corrosion due to moisture in the glass fiber bag filter can be prevented, and long-term storage with quality maintained is possible regardless of changes in storage conditions such as an increase in humidity.
Further, it is also preferable that the glass fiber bag filter housing 10 is air-blocked and packed with a packing material such as aluminum or vinyl. As a result, the bag filter housing 10 is not exposed to water vapor, and complete prevention of stress corrosion can be expected. At this time, purging with dry air or nitrogen may be performed. In addition, about utilization of this desiccant, it is applicable also in the following Example 2-Example 3 .

FIG. 4 shows a glass fiber bag filter according to the third embodiment. In the present embodiment, a flexible long bar-shaped buffering jig 24 is used, and the buffering jig 24 is inserted along the longitudinal direction of the filter cloth main body 11 so as to be folded at two folds in the longitudinal direction. Make contact. Thereafter, the filter cloth body 11 is folded in the longitudinal direction to relieve the folding angle and prevent a decrease in strength during long-term storage. According to the present embodiment, the fold 15 in the width direction of the filter cloth body 11 can be relaxed, and the strength reduction can be prevented even with respect to the fold in the longitudinal direction by the buffering jig 24.

FIG. 5 shows a bag filter storage body according to the third embodiment. FIG. 5A is a perspective view showing a state of being stored in a storage shelf, and FIG. 5B is a side sectional view.
In the present embodiment, the bag filter 10 folded in advance in the longitudinal direction of the filter cloth main body 11 is stored in the storage shelf 30 and stored.
The storage shelf 30 has a structure in which a plurality of partition plates 32 fixed to the column 31 are arranged at predetermined intervals. The partition plate 32 has a gap larger than the height of the annular member 12. This gap becomes a bag filter storage space.
The partition plate 32 supports at least a part of the stored bag filters 10 so that the loads of the plurality of stored bag filters 10 are not applied to each other. For example, the partition plate 32 may be configured to support the entire surface of the bag filter 10 as shown in FIG. 5 (a), or the fold 15 portion of the bag filter as shown in FIG. 5 (b). It may be configured to support only. The partition plate 32 can be installed in either the horizontal direction or the vertical direction, and each partition plate can be disassembled.
Further, when the storage shelf 30 is stored in the cardboard box 40, it is preferable that the storage rack 30 be arranged so that no load is applied to the lower bag filter.

According to the present embodiment, by forming the storage space fixed by the partition plate 32, no load other than its own weight is applied to the fold 15 of the filter cloth body 11, so that an extreme decrease in strength can be prevented.
Moreover, it becomes possible to laminate | stack and store the corrugated cardboard 40 etc. which accommodated the partition plate 32, and can reduce a storage space. In particular, when the partition plate 32 is inserted into the corrugated cardboard 40, it is also preferable to configure so that there is no plate other than the folded portion that needs to be protected, whereby the overall size can be reduced.
In the third embodiment, it is also preferable to store the bag filter storage body 10 described in the first embodiment and the second embodiment in the storage shelf 30, and further reduction in strength can be achieved.

参考例Reference example

FIG. 6 shows a bag filter storage body according to this reference example . FIG. 6A is a side view showing a state of being stored in a storage container, FIG. 6B is a perspective view, and FIG. 6C is a perspective view showing another embodiment.
In this reference example , first, the filter cloth body 11 of the bag filter is lightly crushed into a flat shape, and then continuously wound around the annular member 12 so as not to form a bent corner, so that the bottom surface 13 is exposed to the outside. So that the entire length is wound. Thereafter, the bag filter 10 is stored in a storage space formed by the storage container 34.
The storage container 34 has at least three surfaces and is configured to form a fixed space so that no load is applied to the bag filter 10. The storage container 34 may be sized to store a plurality of bag filters. Further, it may be stored in a ring-shaped container or wound around the outer periphery with Velcro (registered trademark) or the like.

As a specific configuration of this reference example , as shown in FIG. 6B, a container 34 that surrounds only a part of each of the three side surfaces of the bag filter, or a bottom surface as shown in FIG. 6C. And a container composed of three side surfaces.
According to this reference example , the folding angle θ ′ is not bent at an acute angle as in the case of Example 3, and there is no extreme reduction in strength that becomes the starting point of filter cloth breakage during long-term storage. In addition, because the filter cloth body is wound in a continuous curved shape, it becomes a compact shape close to a cube, reducing the storage space and fixing the winding. Simple equipment is enough. Furthermore, opening or removing one or more surfaces of the storage container 34 facilitates the insertion and removal of the bag filter. These containers can be stacked and transported in cardboard, etc., and the bag filter itself is not loaded and the strength is reduced. Can be prevented.

(Strength comparison test)
As a comparative example, a glass fiber bag filter stored for a long time by a conventional method was used, and a strength comparison test with a glass fiber bag filter stored for a long time in this example was performed. In the test, the tensile strength measurement (vertical direction) of the filter cloth main body 11 including the fold portion to which the most load was applied was performed, and the residual strength of both was measured.
As a comparative example, the bag filter is crushed flat, and then folded into six pieces (six layers) in the longitudinal direction and packed into eight cardboards (2 horizontal rows x 4 heights). A glass fiber bag filter stored for one year in a well-ventilated area with good ventilation is used.

2C as Example 1A, FIG. 3E as Example 1B, FIG. 4 as Example 2, FIG. 5A as Example 3, and FIG. 6C as a reference example . The bag filter storage bodies shown in FIG. About Example 1A, 1B, Example 2, and Example 3, like a comparative example, what was folded into six folds (six layers) in the longitudinal direction was put into cardboard (two rows x four heights). And stored in a state where cardboards are stacked in four layers. In the reference example , 8 cardboards (2 vertical rows × 2 horizontal rows × 2 heights) were packed and stored in a state where the cardboards were stacked in 4 layers. Moreover, in any Example, the glass fiber bag filter preserve | saved for one year in the location with good ventilation and no moisture was used.

The measuring method was as follows: test device: constant speed load tensile tester, test piece: length 250 mm, width 25 mm, gripping jig interval: 150 mm, pulling speed: 20 cm / min.
The measurement results are shown below.
