上型と下型からなる金型をクッション体成形部の長手方向に沿って傾斜配置し、
上型に設けるクッションリブ成形部が、該金型の傾斜方向に沿う連続をなし、
下記工程で成形するクッションリブの成形方法。
工程1:金型の上型を開き、発泡ウレタンを傾斜配置した下型のクッション体成形部の上端寄りに注入する。
工程2:下型のクッション体成形部に注入された発泡ウレタンが下位側に流動してくるタイミングで上型を閉じる。
工程3:金型の発泡ウレタンがクッション体成形部の下方から順に発泡してクッション体を成形する。
