Description

The present invention is an exhaust gas temperature reducing tower in which water is sprayed on high-temperature exhaust gas mainly discharged from a waste incinerator, melting furnace, boiler equipment, etc. installed in a waste incineration treatment facility or the like to lower the temperature of the exhaust gas. It is used to remove dust adhering to and accumulating on the wall surface of the gas cooling chamber, and in particular, dust adhering to and accumulating on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle that sprays water into the gas cooling chamber. The present invention relates to an improvement of a simple dust removing device that can be removed from the outside.

In general, high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from waste incinerators, melting furnaces, etc. is reduced to a specified temperature in order to improve collection efficiency and suppress the production of dioxins in dust collectors such as bag filters. After that, it is supplied to a dust collector such as a bag filter, where it is rendered harmless and becomes a clean gas, and then sucked by an induction fan and released from the chimney to the atmosphere.

In the case of reducing the temperature of high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from a garbage incinerator or the like, an exhaust gas temperature reduction tower is widely used in which the temperature of the exhaust gas is lowered by spraying water.
The exhaust gas temperature reducing tower includes an exhaust gas inlet, a gas cooling chamber, an exhaust gas outlet, a plurality of water spray nozzles, and the like. The high temperature exhaust gas introduced into the gas cooling chamber through the exhaust gas inlet is supplied with water from the plurality of water spray nozzles. The temperature of the exhaust gas is lowered to a predetermined temperature by utilizing the sensible heat of water and the latent heat of evaporation.

By the way, in the exhaust gas temperature reducing tower, dust in the exhaust gas introduced into the gas cooling chamber adheres to the wall surface around the water spray nozzle in the gas cooling chamber, and the attached dust grows with time. There is a problem that the spray from the water spray nozzle is adversely affected and the exhaust gas cannot be reduced to a predetermined temperature. In addition, the spray water from the water spray nozzle hits the grown dust and becomes drain, and this drain wets the wall surface of the gas cooling chamber and flows downward, so that not only the adhesion of dust increases, but also the wall surface is eroded. There was also a problem.

Therefore, a nozzle cleaning device has been proposed that removes dust that has adhered and accumulated on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle in the gas cooling chamber (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
That is, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the nozzle unit cleaning device 21 removes the dust D adhering and accumulating on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle (not shown) of the gas cooling chamber 22. Instead, it is attached to the wall 23 of the gas cooling chamber 22, and the outer cylinder 24 and the flange 26 a inserted into the inner cylinder 25 are inserted into the nozzle mounting holes 23 a formed in the wall 23 of the gas cooling chamber 22. Attached guide case 26, a cylindrical drive shaft 27 supported by the guide case 26 so as to be movable forward and backward, and rotatable, and an extension extending from the drive shaft 27 so as to be swingably attached to a tip end portion of the drive shaft 27. A dust scraper blade 28 that is bent from the direction and the bending direction that is bent from the drive shaft 27 and is parallel to the wall surface of the gas cooling chamber 22, and the drive shaft 27 is attached to the base end portion of the drive shaft 27. And dust A rotating handle 29 to rotate the blade 28 taken, and a swing drive hands 30 stages like for positioning the bending direction dust scraper blade 28 and the extension direction.
Further, the swing drive means 30 includes a connecting rod 30a that is rotatably connected to the base end portion of the dust scraping blade 28, and a set rod 30b that is rotatably connected to the base end portion of the connecting rod 30a. A fixing metal 30c screwed into a male screw 30b 'formed at the base end portion of the set rod 30b so as to be movable forward and backward in the axial direction of the set rod 30b, and abutting against the base end portion end surface of the drive shaft 27, and the set rod 30b The lock nut 30d and the like screwed into the male screw 30b 'are rotated. The fixing bracket 30c is rotated and moved to the end of the set bar 30b. In this state, the set bar 30b is pushed into the gas cooling chamber 22 to thereby generate dust. The scraping blade 28 can be held in the extending direction, and the set bar 30b is pulled out to the outside of the gas cooling chamber 22, and the fixing bracket 30c is rotated and pressed against the end face of the drive shaft 27. Te, and it is configured to be able to hold and fix a direction bending the dust scraper blade 28.

Thus, according to the nozzle cleaning device 21, the dust scraping blade 28 held in the extending direction is bent by the swing driving means 30 so as to be parallel to the inner wall surface of the gas cooling chamber 22. By holding and fixing and rotating the drive shaft 27 and the dust scraping blade 28 with the rotary handle 29 in this state, the dust D attached and accumulated on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle can be scraped off.

However, in the nozzle cleaning device 21, the swing drive means 30 for positioning the dust scraping blade 28 in the extending direction and the bending direction includes the connecting rod 30a, the set rod 30b, the fixing bracket 30c, the lock nut 30d, and the like. Therefore, there is a problem that the number of parts of the nozzle cleaning device 21 itself increases, resulting in an increase in cost and complicated assembly. However, when the dust scraper blade 28 is held and fixed in the extending direction or the bending direction, the fixing bracket 30c and the lock nut 30d screwed to the set bar 30b are rotated dozens of times to the set bar 30b. There is a problem that the dust scraping blade 28 cannot be held and fixed in the extending direction or the bending direction quickly and easily, resulting in poor operability and handling.
Further, in the nozzle cleaning device 21, a male screw 27 a formed on the outer peripheral surface of the drive shaft 27 is screwed into a female screw 26 b formed on the flange 26 a of the guide case 26, and the drive shaft 27 and the drive shaft 27 are rotated by rotation of the drive shaft 27. Since the dust scraping blade 28 is configured to move forward or backward by the pitch of the male screw 27a and the female screw 26b, the dust scraping blade is used when scraping the dust D adhering to and accumulating on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle. However, the dust D is gradually biting into the dust D layer adhering / depositing on the wall surface while rotating 28, and the dust D is scraped off, and the dust D scraping work takes time. It was.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and its purpose is to reduce the number of parts, reduce costs and simplify assembly, and is excellent in operability and handling. Another object of the present invention is to provide a simple dust removing device capable of quickly removing dust adhered and deposited on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle of the gas cooling chamber from the outside of the gas cooling chamber.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 of the present invention is characterized in that a high-temperature gas introduced into the gas cooling chamber from a water spray nozzle attached in a penetrating manner to the wall of the gas cooling chamber held at a negative pressure. A simple dust removing device for removing dust adhering to and accumulating on a wall surface around the water spray nozzle of an exhaust gas temperature reducing tower that sprays water on the exhaust gas to lower the temperature of the exhaust gas. Is inserted in a nozzle mounting hole formed in the wall of the gas cooling chamber and is removably inserted in place of the water spray nozzle in a nozzle mounting nozzle in which the water spray nozzle is removably inserted. A cylindrical guide body, a cylindrical support body that is inserted into the guide body so as to be slidable in the axial direction thereof, a rotary shaft that is rotatably inserted into the support body and movable in the axial direction, Attachable to the tip A long scraping plate that can be bent downward by its own weight and can take a scraping position along the wall surface around the water spray nozzle, and is pivotally attached to the base end of the rotating shaft. The operation handle for rotating the plate and the operation shaft capable of taking the rotation shaft and the non-operation position for not rotating the scraping plate, and the scraping plate is attached to the base end portion attached to the rotation shaft side of the operation handle. When the operating handle is set to the operating position in the scraping position, the rotating shaft is slid toward the base end to push the base end of the scraping plate in the scraping position toward the end face of the support. The scraping plate is locked at the scraping position, and a cam plate is provided that unlocks the scraping plate when the operation handle is set to the non-operation position.

The simple dust removing device of the present invention is provided with a cam plate at a base end portion of a swingable operation handle attached to a base end portion of a rotating shaft, and when the operation handle is swung, the cam plate scrapes off the scraper plate. In this state, by rotating the rotating shaft and the scraping plate, the dust adhering to and depositing on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle can be scraped off at once, and the dust scraping operation can be performed in a short time.
Moreover, since the simple dust removing device of the present invention can be attached to the nozzle mounting nozzle and removed from the nozzle mounting nozzle from the outside of the gas cooling chamber, the gas cooling chamber is operated during operation of a waste incinerator or the like. In combination with being maintained at a negative pressure, it is possible to remove dust adhering and accumulating on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle from the outside of the gas cooling chamber without stopping the operation of the waste incinerator or the like. it can.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 show a simple dust removing apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is configured to supply water to high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from a waste incinerator, a melting furnace, a boiler facility, or the like. A water spray nozzle (not shown) for spraying water onto the exhaust gas is detachably attached to the wall 3 of the gas cooling chamber 2 of the exhaust gas temperature reducing tower that is sprayed to lower the temperature of the exhaust gas. It is attached to a nozzle mounting nozzle 4 that is freely inserted and replaced with a water spray nozzle, so that dust adhered and deposited on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle can be removed from the outside of the gas cooling chamber 2. .

The inner slide bearing 15 and the outer slide bearing 16 are both inner rings 15a and 16a concentrically fixed to both ends of the inner cylinder 13, and outer rings 15b fixed concentrically to both ends of the outer cylinder 14, respectively. 16b and liners 15c and 16c interposed between the inner rings 15a and 16a and the outer rings 15b and 16b.
The outer slide bearing 16 is provided with a retaining plate 17 for retaining the inner cylinder 13. The retaining plate 17 is fixed to the outer end surface of the outer ring 16b by bolts or the like (not shown), and is retained by an annular groove 16a 'formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 16a so as to extend in the axial direction of the inner cylinder 13. Blocking movement.
Further, on the outer end surface of the inner ring 16 a of the outer slide bearing 16, a bifurcated locking projection 16 a ″ into which a part of the cam plate 11 c provided at the base end portion of the operation handle 11 is inserted and locked is formed. In addition, a rod-like handle 18 is detachably attached to the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring 16b of the outer slide bearing 16 so that the simple dust removing device 1 can be carried easily and easily.

The rotary shaft 9 is formed in a circular rod shape having a cross section longer than the length of the support 8 so that both end portions thereof protrude from both ends of the support 8, and the inner ring 15a and the outer side of the inner slide bearing 15 are formed. Is fitted to an inner ring 16a of the sliding bearing 16 so as to rotate together with the inner rings 15a and 16a and move in the axial direction with respect to the inner rings 15a and 16a.
Further, both end portions of the rotary shaft 9 are formed in a bifurcated shape so that the scraping plate 10 and the operation handle 11 are swingably attached to each other.

The scraping plate 10 is formed in a long shape, and the base end side (the right end portion in FIG. 1) is inserted into a bifurcated portion formed at the distal end portion of the rotary shaft 9, and the bifurcated portion of the rotary shaft 9 is inserted. The pin 19 is inserted into the base end portion of the part and the scraping plate 10 so as to be swingably attached to the tip end portion of the rotating shaft 9. The scraping plate 10 is bent downward by its own weight when the pin 19 is in a horizontal position due to the linear position (the position shown in FIG. A scraping position (position shown in FIG. 2) along the wall surface around the spray nozzle can be taken.

The operation handle 11 includes a rod-shaped shaft portion 11a, a grip portion 11b attached to one end portion of the shaft portion 11a at a right angle, and a cam plate 11c attached to the other end portion of the shaft portion 11a. A part of the shaft is inserted into a bifurcated portion formed at the base end portion of the rotating shaft 9, and a pin 20 is inserted into the bifurcated portion of the rotating shaft 9 and the cam plate 11c so that the base end portion of the rotating shaft 9 can swing. It is attached. The operation handle 11 has an operation position for rotating the rotary shaft 9 and the scraping plate 10 (position shown in FIG. 2) and a non-operation position for not rotating the rotary shaft 9 and the scraping plate 10 (position shown in FIG. 1). And a part of the cam plate 11c is inserted and locked to a bifurcated locking projection 16a ″ formed on the inner ring 16a of the outer slide bearing 16. As a result, the operation is performed. When the operating handle 11 at the position is rotated, the rotary shaft 9 and the scraping plate 10 are rotated, and the inner rings 15a and 16a of the sliding bearings 15 and 16 and the inner cylinder 13 fixed to the inner rings 15a and 16a are rotated. It will rotate with the shaft 9 and scraper 10.
Further, the cam plate 11c of the operation handle 11 slides the rotary shaft 9 toward the proximal end when the operation handle 11 is swung to the operation position while the scraping plate 10 is in the scraping position. The scraping plate 10 is pressed to the tip end surface (end surface of the inner ring 15a of the inner slide bearing 15) of the support 8 to lock the scraping plate 10 at the scraping position and the operation handle 11 Is formed in such a shape that the lock of the scraping plate 10 is released when it is swung to the non-operation position.

Note that the guide body 7, the inner cylinder 13 and the outer cylinder 14, the rotating shaft 9, the scraping plate 10 and the like of the simple dust removing apparatus 1 are all water and acid gas components (SOx and Concerned about corrosion due to HCl, etc.), it is made of a metal material excellent in corrosion resistance and heat resistance such as stainless steel.

Next, the case where the dust adhering to and accumulating on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle of the gas cooling chamber 2 is removed using the above-described simple dust removing device 1 will be described.

First, the water spray nozzle is removed from the nozzle mounting nozzle 4, the simple dust removing device 1 is inserted into the nozzle mounting nozzle 4 from which the water spray nozzle is removed, and the flange portion 7 b of the guide body 7 is connected to the nozzle mounting pipe. It fixes to the flange part 4b of the stand 4 using fasteners, such as a volt | bolt. As a result, the simple dust removing device 1 is attached to the nozzle mounting nozzle 4 in place of the water spray nozzle. At this time, the scraping plate 10 is set at a linear position (position shown in FIG. 1) that is straight with respect to the rotary shaft 9 so that it can be easily inserted into the nozzle mounting nozzle 4. Further, the operation handle 11 is set to a non-operation position (position shown in FIG. 1). Furthermore, during operation of a waste incinerator or the like, the inside of the gas cooling chamber 2 is maintained at a negative pressure, so that even if the water spray nozzle is removed, the exhaust gas does not leak out from the nozzle mounting nozzle 4. Even during operation of a waste incinerator or the like, the water spray nozzle and the simple dust removing device 1 can be exchanged.

When the simple dust removing device 1 is attached to the nozzle mounting nozzle 4, the operating handle 11 in the non-operating position is operated to slowly rotate the rotating shaft 9 so that the rotating shaft 9 rotates at least once. Then, when the pin 19 for attaching the scraping plate 10 to the rotating shaft 9 is in a horizontal position, the scraping plate 10 is bent downward by its own weight and scraped along the wall surface around the water spray nozzle (the position shown in FIG. 2). )I take the.

In this state, the operating handle 11 in the non-operating position is swung to the operating position (position shown in FIG. 2). Then, the cam plate 11c provided on the operation handle 11 slides the rotating shaft 9 toward the base end portion, and the base end portion of the scraping plate 10 at the scraping position is set to the end surface of the support cylinder (the inner slide bearing 15). Of the inner ring 15a) and the scraping plate 10 is locked in the scraping position.

After that, the support 8 that supports the rotating shaft 9 and the scraping plate 10 is slid to the outside of the gas cooling chamber 2 so that the scraping plate 10 in the scraping position is brought into contact with the wall surface around the water spray nozzle. At the same time, the support body 8 is fixed to the guide body 7 side by positioning bolts 12 and positioned.

Then, the operation handle 11 at the operation position is rotated to rotate the rotating shaft 9 and the scraping plate 10. Then, the scraping plate 10 at the scraping position scrapes off the dust adhered and accumulated on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle. At this time, since the scraping plate 10 rotates in contact with the wall surface around the water spray nozzle, the dust adhering to and accumulated on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle can be scraped off at once, and the dust can be scraped off. It can be done in a short time.

When the operation of removing the dust adhering to and accumulating on the wall surface around the water spray nozzle is finished, the operation handle 11 at the operation position is swung to the non-operation position to release the locked state of the scraping plate 10 and the guide. The body 7 is removed from the nozzle mounting nozzle 4 and the simple dust removing device 1 is removed from the nozzle mounting nozzle 4. At this time, the scraping plate 10 is released from the locked state and can swing with respect to the rotary shaft 9, so that it can be easily pulled out from the nozzle mounting nozzle 4. Even if the simple dust removing device 1 is detached from the nozzle mounting nozzle 4, the gas cooling chamber 2 is maintained at a negative pressure, so that the exhaust gas does not leak from the nozzle mounting nozzle 4.

After the simple dust removing device 1 is removed, a water spray nozzle is attached to the nozzle mounting nozzle 4 and water is sprayed from the water spray nozzle onto the hot exhaust gas in the gas cooling chamber 2 to lower the temperature of the exhaust gas. Try to drive.

As described above, in the simple dust removing device 1, the simple dust removing device 1 is attached to the nozzle mounting nozzle 4, the simple dust removing device 1 is detached from the nozzle mounting nozzle 4, and the simple dust removing is performed. Since the operation of removing dust around the water spray nozzle by the apparatus 1 can be performed from the outside of the gas cooling chamber 2, each of the above operations can be performed without stopping the operation of the waste incinerator or the like.
Further, the simple dust removing device 1 can lock the scraping plate 10 at the scraping position or unlock the scraping plate 10 only by swinging the operation handle 11. The scraping plate 10 can be easily and easily locked and released, and is extremely excellent in operability and handling.
Furthermore, since the scraper 10 and the operation handle 11 are swingably attached to the rotary shaft 9 and are foldable, the simple dust removing device 1 is extremely convenient for carrying around.
