Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a solid detergent container in which no detergent remains on the bottom and side surfaces of the container after use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, liquid or powder detergents have been used in dishwashers, bottle washers, and container washers. However, in the case of a powder cleaning agent, for example, a method in which an operator takes out the cleaning agent from a container in which the cleaning agent is stored and puts it into the cleaning agent supply device as necessary is required. In addition, there is a drawback that the composition of the detergent solution is not always constant due to the difference in the dissolution rate between the mixed powders. In the case of a liquid detergent, the composition does not change with time, but the active ingredient is less than that of the powder detergent, so that it is not suitable for the current situation where there is a strong demand for high performance.
[0003]
As one method to meet the present situation of high performance, a method of increasing the cleaning efficiency by increasing the cleaning power of the cleaning composition is taken. For example, as described in U.S. Pat. Nos. 3,166,513, 3,535,285, 3,579,455, 3,700,599 and 3,899,436, alkali metal hydroxide is generally used to remove strong stains caused by food and drink. In order to assist the cleaning power, phosphates, carbonates and the like are used as main components, and further, chlorine-containing compounds such as chlorinated isocyanurs and antifoaming agents are added.
[0004]
Such a detergent composition is cast and filled into a plastic detergent container as a solid hydrate detergent as described in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-4480 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-84500. A cartridge-type solid cleaning agent has been proposed. The solid cleaning agent is used by a method in which the entire container is filled in a supply device, hot water is injected from the lower portion of the supply device to dissolve the cleaning agent, and the cleaning liquid is supplied to the cleaning tank. According to this method, the operator does not directly touch the highly alkaline cleaning agent, the danger is eliminated, and it is possible to meet the demand for high performance to some extent. However, solid detergents have poor solubility, and depending on the shape of the container, in the initial stage of supplying a new detergent, the necessary amount of detergent cannot be completely dissolved in a short time, resulting in insufficient concentration, Due to the variation in dissolution, there is a problem that an expected cleaning power cannot be obtained, or an undissolved cleaning agent remains on an inner wall such as a bottom part or a side part of the container.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The object of the present invention relates to a solid detergent container in which there is no bias in the dissolution of the detergent components, and no detergent remains on the bottom and side surfaces of the container after use.
