Description
指令値演算手段は、指令値チェック手段により第2の制御ユニットによる動作指令値が正常範囲を外れている場合と判定された場合には、第2の制御ユニットによる動作指令値を考慮に入れることなく最終動作指令値を求める。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に従う電動機の制御装置によって制御される電動機を搭載したハイブリッド車両の全体構成を説明するブロック図である。
図3を参照して、制御装置600は、振動抑制用トルク指令値算出部610と、加算点615と、電動機制御ブロック620とを含む。振動抑制用トルク指令値算出部610、加算点615および電動機制御ブロック620の各々は、制御装置600による制御演算処理により実現される機能ブロックに相当する。

(1)式中において、トルク定数Ktおよびd軸インダクタンスLdおよびq軸インダクタンスLqは、電動機530の定数であり、pは電動機530の極対数である。なお、(1)式に従った演算を逐次実行する他、これらのモータ定数に従ってモータ電流Id,Iqを引数としてトルク値実績Tjを算出するマップを予め用意してもよい。
とから求められるモータ電力Pmtならびに、回転速度Nmすなわち回転角速度ωにより、下記(2)式に従ってトルク値実績Tjを算出することも可能である。
さらに、上位ECUは、ステップS130により、下位ECUから受信した制振用トルク指令値T2に基づき最終トルク指令値Tfを算出する(Tf=T1+T2)。これにより、上位ECUにおいても、下位ECUにおいて付加したトルク指令値を反映して、下位ECUによる実際の電動機制御での最終トルク指令値Tfを取得することができる。
実施の形態1で説明したように制振用トルク指令値T2は下位ECUにより設定され、かつ電動機制御に反映される。したがって、下位ECUにおけるデータ異常(データ化け等)による制振用トルク指令値T2の設定異常についても、上位ECUにより異常検出可能な構成とすることが好ましい。実施の形態2では、このような異常検出について説明する。
Claims (4)
- 電動機の制御装置であって、
前記電動機の動作指令値を生成する第1の制御ユニットと、
前記第1の制御ユニットとの間で互いに情報を授受可能に構成された、前記電動機の動作を制御するための第2の制御ユニットと、
前記第1の制御ユニットから前記第2の制御ユニットへ、前記第1の制御ユニットによる動作指令値を伝送する第1の伝送手段と、
前記第2の制御ユニットにより、前記第1の制御ユニットによる動作指令値とは別に動作指令値を生成する指令値生成手段と、
前記第2の制御ユニットにより、前記第1の制御ユニットおよび前記第2の制御ユニットによりそれぞれ生成された動作指令値の和によって前記電動機の最終動作指令値を設定する指令値設定手段と、
前記第2の制御ユニットにより、前記指令値設定手段により設定された前記最終動作指令値に従って前記電動機の動作を制御する電動機制御手段と、
前記第2の制御ユニットから前記第1の制御ユニットへ、前記電動機制御手段によって制御されている前記電動機の状態量と、前記第2の制御ユニットにより生成された動作指令値および前記最終動作指令値の少なくとも一方とを伝送する第2の伝送手段と、
前記第1の制御ユニットにより、前記第2の伝送手段により伝送された情報を用いて前記電動機の制御の異常を判定する異常判定手段と、
前記第2の伝送手段が、前記最終動作指令値を前記第2の制御ユニットから前記第1の制御ユニットへ伝送しなかった場合に、前記第1の制御ユニットによる動作指令値と前記第2の伝送手段により伝送された前記第2の制御ユニットによる動作指令値とに基づいて、前記最終動作指令値を求めるための指令値演算手段と備え、
前記異常判定手段は、前記指令値演算手段により求められた前記最終動作指令値または前記第2の伝送手段により伝送された前記最終動作指令値と、前記第2の伝送手段により伝送された前記電動機の状態量とに基づき、前記電動機の制御の異常を判定する、電動機の制御装置。 - 前記第1の制御ユニットにより、前記第2の伝送手段により伝送された前記第2の制御ユニットによる動作指令値が正常範囲内の値であるかどうかを判定する指令値チェック手段をさらに備え、
前記指令値演算手段は、前記指令値チェック手段により前記第2の制御ユニットによる動作指令値が前記正常範囲を外れている場合と判定された場合には、前記第2の制御ユニットによる動作指令値を考慮に入れることなく前記最終動作指令値を求める、請求項1記載の電動機の制御装置。 - 前記第1の制御ユニットは、前記電動機への出力要求に基づいて前記動作指令値を生成し、
前記第2の制御ユニットは、前記指令値生成手段により、前記電動機の動作状態に基づいて、前記第1の制御ユニットによる動作指令値に対して付加的に前記動作指令値を生成する、請求項1に記載の電動機の制御装置。 - 前記電動機は、ハイブリッド車両に搭載されて車輪駆動力の発生に用いられ、
前記第1の制御ユニットは、前記ハイブリッド車両の運転指令に従った前記電動機の出力要求トルクに従って前記動作指令値を生成し、
前記第2の制御ユニットは、前記指令値生成手段により、前記電動機の動作状態に応じた付加的な出力トルク要求に従って前記動作指令値を生成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電動機の制御装置。
