Claims (1)
- 人型ロボットの脚及び腕の作動を制御する電装機器を含む制御系電装機器を機能毎に纏めてユニット化し、前記人型ロボットの胴体上半部を構成する、前部の前部中央開口部及び後部から左右側部に渡る後部左右開口部を有する胴体外殻、前部中央開口部を横切って延在し両端部を前記胴体外殻に取り外し可能に結合されて前記胴体外殻の前部を補強するタワーバー、及び前記胴体外殻の後部へ向けた後方端部が前記胴体外殻の後部に取り外し可能に固定されて前記胴体外殻の左右側部に装着された、前記胴体外殻の後部を補強する2本のパイプフレームからなるフレームの、前記胴体外殻の内部にモータドライバユニットを収納し、前記胴体外殻の後部の横に無線LANユニットを装着し、前記胴体外殻の後部内に姿勢センサユニットを収納し、前記胴体外殻の前部と後部の間に後部ドライバユニットを搭載し、前記胴体外殻の後部の両横にコンピュータユニットを装着して、前記人型ロボットの胴体上半部に集中搭載した複数の電装機器ユニットと、
前記胴体上半部に集中搭載された前記電装機器を冷却する冷却風を、前記モータドライバユニットの放熱板に固着された複数の発熱性素子が流路に露出した状態になる冷却風流路を形成するように、胴体外から吸い込んで胴体内の前方から後方へ通流させる、前記タワーバーに装着された、前記胴体外殻の内方へ上下傾斜せずに送気する向きと内方へ斜め下方に送気する向きの複数の冷却手段、及び前記胴体外殻の後部に設けた、前記胴体外殻の外方へ送気する向きの複数の冷却手段と
を有する人型ロボットの電装機器冷却構造。
