Description
Claims (27)
- 可撓性の樹脂含浸ライナを反転させて該ライナを既設輸送管路に合致させ、樹脂を硬化させることによって、第1の出入りポイントから第2の出入りポイントまで可撓性の樹脂含浸ライナを用いて既設輸送管路の非開削更生を行う方法であって、 可撓性の樹脂含浸ライナを供給して、可撓性ライナの一端部を前記第1の出入りポイントから前記第2の出入りポイントまで輸送管路に引き込み、 可撓性の膨張ブラダを供給し、 前記膨張ブラダの末端部に排出部を配置し、 前記排出部が前記第2の出入りポイントに到達するように、前記排出部を有する前記膨張ブラダを、可撓性ライナ内へと空気で反転させ、 水蒸気をブラダ内に導入して、水蒸気がブラダを貫流して前記排出部から出るようにし、 ライナ内の樹脂を硬化させる方法。
- 前記膨張ブラダは樹脂含浸材料層を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張ブラダ内の樹脂は前記ライナ内の樹脂とともに硬化する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記排出部は、選択的に開くことができる弁を備えた第1のキャップ付き端部と、第2の開口端部を有する管である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 排出管は、前記キャップ付き端部が前記ブラダに挿入された状態で前記膨張ブラダの末端部に固定される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 可撓性の平置きホースを前記膨張ブラダの末端部に固定するステップをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水蒸気が前記平置きホースを通って前記ブラダ内に導入される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 反転が完了する前に、水蒸気ホースを前記平置きホースの末端部に取り付けるステップをさらに有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 平置きホースを提供するステップをさらに有し、該平置きホースはその長手方向に沿って平らな状態の平置きベースを貫通して形成される複数の開口を有するようにした、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記開口は扁平な前記平置きホースの2つの側縁部に沿って交互に形成される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記平置きホースの末端部を前記膨張ブラダ内に通す前に、蒸気源を前記平置きホースの末端部に取り付けることをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ブラダ内に圧力を発生させるための少なくとも1つの可撓性をもった括約筋状の弁を有する反転ユニットに、前記膨張ブラダを通して反転させるステップを有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ブラダは前記括約筋状の弁の下流で前記反転ユニットに導入される空気を用いて反転される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 可撓性の樹脂含浸チューブを反転させることにより、既設輸送管路の非開削更正を行う方法であって、 可撓性の樹脂含浸チューブを供給し、 前記チューブを既存の管内へと反転させ、 反転される前記チューブの末端部に、穴の開いた平置きホースを取り付け、 反転したチューブを貫流する水蒸気用の排出部を用意し、 前記平置きホースに水蒸気を導入し、前記平置きホースから前記平置きホースの穴を通って反転した前記チューブの内部の凝縮水溜まりへと水蒸気を噴霧して、水蒸気が前記排出部を貫流するようにし、 含浸チューブの樹脂を硬化させる方法。
- 抑止装置を前記反転する膨張ブラダの末端部に取り付けるステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 抑止装置を前記反転するチューブの末端部に取り付けるステップを有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 樹脂含浸ライナを引き込むステップを含み、前記含浸チューブは引き込んだライナ内へと反転される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記平置きホースから水蒸気を噴霧することが、前記反転されたチューブの内部の底部に向かって水蒸気を噴霧することを含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記平置きホースから水蒸気を噴霧することが、前記平置きホースの外周の周りの異なる場所にある穴から水蒸気を噴霧することを含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記平置きホースから水蒸気を噴霧することが、前記平置きホースの互いに反対側を向いている穴から水蒸気を噴霧することを含む請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記排出部が第2の出入りポイントに配置され、水蒸気が前記第2の出入りポイントの排出部を通って貫流する請求項14に記載の方法。
- 第1の出入りポイントから第2の出入りポイントまで可撓性の樹脂含浸ライナで既設輸送管路の非開削更正を行う方法であって、可撓性の樹脂含浸ライナを用いて該ライナを既設輸送管路に合致させて、樹脂を硬化させる方法において、 可撓性の樹脂含浸ライナを供給して、前記可撓性ライナの一端部を前記第1の出入りポイントから前記第2の出入りポイントまで輸送管路に引き込み、 可撓性の膨張ブラダを供給し、 前記膨張ブラダを前記可撓性ライナの内部へと空気で反転させ、 穴の開いた可撓性の平置きホースを前記膨張ブラダの末端部に固定し、前記膨張ブラダを貫流する水蒸気用の排出部を用意し、 穴の開いた前記平置きホース内に水蒸気を導入し、前記平置きホースから前記平置きホースの穴を通って、反転した前記膨張ブラダの内部の凝縮水溜まりへと水蒸気を噴霧して、水蒸気が前記ブラダを貫流するようにし、 ライナ内の樹脂を硬化させる方法。
- 抑止装置を前記反転する膨張ブラダの末端部に取り付けるステップを有する、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記平置きホースから水蒸気を噴霧することが、前記膨張ブラダの内部の底部に向かって水蒸気を噴霧することを含む請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記平置きホースから水蒸気を噴霧することが、前記平置きホースの外周の周りの異なる場所にある穴から水蒸気を噴霧することを含む請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記平置きホースから水蒸気を噴霧することが、前記平置きホースの互いに反対側を向いている穴から水蒸気を噴霧することを含む請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記排出部が第2の出入りポイントに配置され、水蒸気が前記第2の出入りポイントの排出部を通って貫流する請求項22に記載の方法。
