Claims (6)
- 回転機械のロータ用スタックホイールアセンブリであって、当該スタックアセンブリが、
前記ロータの一部分を形成し、共通の軸の周りを回転するための複数のスタックホイール(12)と、
前記スタックホイールの整列したボルト孔を貫通し、前記複数のホイールを軸方向に積層して組み立てられた関係に保持するための複数の細長い締付ボルトアセンブリと
を備えており、
前記複数の締付ボルトアセンブリが、前記ロータの円周方向に互いに隔置され、前記締付ボルトアセンブリの少なくとも1つが、ロックナット(18)を有するスタッド(14)を備え、前記ロックナットが上記スタッドの一方の長手方向端部に取り付けられそこに画定され、前記ロックナットが、そこから径方向に突出している少なくとも1つのタブ構成要素(28)を備え、前記複数のスタックホイールの端面が、前記ロックナット(18)を受ける座ぐり穴(30)と前記少なくとも1つのタブ構成要素(28)を受けるための切欠(32)とを含み、前記ロックナット(18)が、本体(22)と、前記本体の第1の長手方向端部に画定された前部放射状フランジ(20)と、前記本体の第2の長手方向端部に画定された後部放射状フランジ(24)とを備え、前記タブ構成要素(28)が、前記後部放射状フランジ(24)の径方向外側の周面26から径方向に突出している、スタックホイールアセンブリ。 - 前記切欠(32)が、前記スタックホイールのうちの最後部のものの座ぐり穴(30)に画定される、請求項1記載のスタックホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記座ぐり穴(30)が、前記ロックナット(18)を受ける形状に構成されているとともに、前記タブ構成要素(28)を受けるための切欠(32)を含んでいる、請求項1記載のスタックホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記タブ構成要素(28)が、傾斜した側面(34、36)と、前記後部フランジ24の前記径方向外側の周面26に全般に同心な外周面(38)とを備える、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のスタックホイールアセンブリ。
- 回転機械のロータ用スタックホイールを組み立てられた関係に保持する方法であって、当該方法が、
複数のホイール(12)をそれぞれ貫いて画定されたボルト孔が整列するように複数のホイール(12)をスタック化し、それによって複数の締付ボルト通路を前記スタックホイールの軸方向に画定するステップと、
ロックナット(18)を有するスタッド(14)を備える少なくとも1つの締付ボルトアセンブリであって、前記ロックナットの少なくとも1つが前記スタッドの一方の長手方向端部に取り付けられそこに画定され、前記ロックナットがそこから径方向に突出している少なくとも1つのタブ構成要素(28)を備える、少なくとも1つの締付ボルトアセンブリを設けるステップと、
前記スタッド(14)を、前記スタックホイール(12)の整列したボルト孔によって画定された前記締付ボルト通路を通して挿入するステップと、
前記複数のスタックホイールの端面に画定された座ぐり穴(30)と切欠(32)内に、それぞれ前記ロックナット(18)および前記少なくとも1つのタブ構成要素(28)を配設するステップと
前記少なくとも1つの締付ボルトを前記スタックホイールに軸方向に固定するステップと
を含んでおり、前記ロックナット(18)が、本体(22)と、前記本体の第1の長手方向端部に画定された前部放射状フランジ(20)と、前記本体の第2の長手方向端部に画定された後部放射状フランジ(24)とを備え、前記タブ構成要素(28)が、前記後部放射状フランジ(24)の径方向外側の周面26から径方向に突出している、方法。 - 前記座ぐり穴(30)が、前記ロックナット(18)を受ける形状に構成されているとともに、前記タブ構成要素(28)を受けるための切欠(32)を含んでおり、前記配設するステップが、前記タブ構成要素(28)を前記切欠(32)と円周方向に整列させるステップと、前記スタッドを軸方向に移動させて、前記座ぐり穴30内に前記ナット(18)を配設し、前記タブ構成要素(28)を前記切欠(32)と係合させるステップとを含む、請求項5記載の方法。
