Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a plug lid member for opening and closing a drain opening opened on the bottom surface of a tank body such as a bathtub or a washstand, and a drainage device using the plug lid member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, drainage devices have been used for tank bodies that generate drainage by use, such as bathtubs and washstands, in order to treat the generated drainage. FIG. 16 shows an example of such a drainage device. Usually, in order to discharge the drainage to the sewage side, a drainage port is opened on the bottom surface of the tank body, and the drainage port is closed if necessary. A valve member and an eye plate member for preventing hair and minute dust from flowing into the downstream side of the drainage are provided.
[0003]
Since it is troublesome to separately take out the valve member or eye plate member used in these drainage devices at the time of cleaning or the like, there is a method in which both are combined and used as an integral plug lid member in the drainage device of the wash basin, etc. It has increased in recent years. However, in this case, since the valve member and the eye plate member are combined so as not to be detachable to form a single member, a narrow part or a direction that cannot be put in during cleaning occurs, and the cleaning property is deteriorated. It was.
[0004]
In order to solve such a problem, the present applicant has invented a plug lid member in Japanese Patent Application No. 9-270314 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-61931), which allows the valve member and the eye plate member to be attached and detached. As its specific configuration,
1. A projecting member is provided in the center of the bottom surface of the valve body, and an elastic member is disposed in the gap between the projecting member and the shaft portion that supports the valve body so that the valve body and the shaft portion can be attached and detached. A method of removing the eye plate member from the location,
2. The valve body and the shaft part are configured integrally, and a concave groove is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft part, and an elastic member serving as a stopper is fitted into this concave groove, so that the eye plate member can be freely inserted and removed. how to,
3. A method of pulling out the eye plate member from the side direction by arranging a guide surface or the like around the shaft portion, cutting out a part of the eye plate member, and aligning the guide surface and the notch portion,
4). A method of taking out the eye plate member by forming a horizontal through hole in the shaft part, attaching a latching protrusion to the through hole, and matching the direction of the latching protrusion to the direction of the shaft part. ,
Etc. are shown.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the plug lid member as described above has the following problems and is not suitable for actual use.
a. Above 1. In this case, since the valve body, the shaft portion, and the eye plate member are configured as separate members, it takes time and effort to disassemble / assemble. Further, when the elastic member deteriorates due to use and the engagement force between the valve body and the shaft portion becomes weak, the shaft portion and the eye plate member may fall into the drainage port and become unusable.
b. 2. In this case, since the valve member, the eye plate member, and the elastic member are configured as separate members, it takes time and effort to disassemble / assemble. Further, when the elastic member deteriorates and the engagement force between the valve member and the elastic member becomes weak, the elastic member and the countersink member may fall into the drain and become unusable.
c. 3. above. In this case, the cutout portion of the eye plate member is weak in strength and easily broken. In addition, since the hole in the eye plate is wide as much as the cutout, hair, dust, etc. in the drainage easily flows out from that portion.
d. 4. above. In this case, since the horizontal through-hole is formed in the shaft portion, the strength is weaker than that of the normal shaft portion. Further, since a fine mechanism such as attaching a latching protrusion to the through hole is required, the structure is inevitably complicated, and it is easy to break down and the unit price is high. In addition, when the direction of the locking protrusion coincides with the direction of the shaft portion during use, the countersink member may fall into the drain and become unusable.
[0006]
In recent years, in drainage pipes including drainage devices, the overall height of the space required for the pipes has been narrowed to make the under floor space and the dead space in the cabinet as narrow as possible. It is strongly required to secure a large amount.
In order to achieve this object, in the remotely operated drainage device, as shown in FIG. 17, the valve member is composed only of a valve body provided with an engagement port at the center of the lower surface, A method of directly engaging the engaging portion provided at the tip of the rod portion of the release wire has been devised. In this way, compared to the remote-operated drainage device that employs the plug lid member shown in FIG. 16, the shaft of the bearing member has a height that is required for the shaft portion (for example, the shaft portion is not inclined so that the shaft portion is not inclined). The height width can be reduced by a height width that is always stored in the unit.
[0007]
However, the remote-operated drainage device shown in FIG. 17 does not have a shaft portion in the valve member. ~ 4. Each method shown in (1) could not be used, and only a method in which the valve member and the eye plate member were separate members could be used.
This invention is invented in view of the said problem, and provides the drainage apparatus suitable for use of the stopper lid member which made the valve member and the eyepiece member detachable, and this stopper lid member.
