Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-61816

In order to collect in the water tank 71 the water that has not been evaporated among the water sent to the steam generating unit, the heating cooker has an inlet 73a in which water returns to a part of the upper surface of the water tank 71. . For this reason, when carrying the water tank 71, there existed a problem which water tends to spill from the inflow port 73a. The above problem can be solved by providing a mechanism that closes the inlet 73a when carrying the water tank 71 and opens the inlet 73a when the water tank 71 is attached to the cooking device. However, the structure of the water tank 71 becomes complicated, and there arises a problem that the costs of the water tank 71 and the heating cooker increase.

An object of this invention is to provide the water tank which can prevent easily the water leak from an inflow port. Another object of the present invention is to provide a cooking device including a water tank that can easily prevent water leakage from the inlet.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a water tank that is detachably attached to the apparatus main body, is carried away from the apparatus main body, and is supplied with water or drained. The upper surface part which opens the inflow port which covers and covers the upper surface of the said container part, and the partition plate which divides water storage in the direction perpendicular | vertical to the longitudinal direction of the said container part are provided.

According to this configuration, water returning from the apparatus main body flows into the water tank attached to the apparatus main body via the inflow port. For example, a water tank having a lowered water level is detached from the main body of the apparatus, supplied from city water or the like to the upper limit water level, and carried to the user's hand. In addition, the water tank filled with drainage is removed from the main body of the apparatus and carried, and the water in the water tank is discarded. The water storage in the container is divided by the partition plate, and when the water tank is carried or attached to / detached from the apparatus main body, the vibration wave collides with the partition plate and the fluctuation of the wave front is reduced. The upper surface part may be formed integrally with the container part to supply or drain water from the inlet, or the upper surface part may be formed to be detachable from the container part.

In the water tank configured as described above, the upper end of the partition plate is arranged above the upper limit water level of the container part. According to this configuration, the wave surface of the upper limit water level reliably collides with the partition plate.

According to the present invention, in the water tank configured as described above, the container portion has a plurality of spaces partitioned by the partition plate, and a communication portion that communicates each space is provided. According to this structure, the inside of a container part can be connected by a communication part, and can supply or drain water from one inflow port.

According to the present invention, in the water tank configured as described above, the communication portion is formed by a gap between a lower end of the partition plate and a bottom surface of the container portion.

Further, the present invention is the water tank having the above-described configuration, wherein the container portion has a stepped portion whose bottom surface rises and a cross-sectional area perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is narrow, and the partition plate is provided in the vicinity of the stepped portion. It is a feature. According to this configuration, the cross-sectional area above the step portion is narrow, and the water surface is likely to rise due to shaking, and the water surface rise above the step portion is suppressed by the partition plate.

According to the present invention, in the water tank configured as described above, the upper surface portion includes a lid that is detachably attached to the container portion, and the partition plate projects from the lower surface of the upper surface portion. . According to this configuration, the upper surface portion is formed by the lid that opens and closes the upper surface of the container portion, and when the container portion is covered, the partition plate protrudes into the container portion and the water is divided.

Moreover, the present invention is characterized in that, in the water tank having the above-described configuration, the lower end of the partition plate is disposed below the upper limit water level of the container portion. According to this configuration, the water storage at the upper limit water level is reliably divided by the partition plate.

In the water tank configured as described above, the width of the partition plate and the width of the inner surface of the container portion are substantially matched. According to this configuration, the upper surface portion is guided by the partition plate when the container portion is covered.

Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the water tank configured as described above, the partition plate is further provided on the inner surface of the container portion. According to this structure, in addition to the partition plate formed in the upper surface part which consists of a lid | cover, a partition plate is protrudingly provided by the container part.

Moreover, the cooking device of the present invention includes a water tank having the above-described configurations, and cooks an object to be heated by steam generated by heating water supplied from the water tank. According to this configuration, cooking is started by attaching the water tank stored at the upper limit water level to the heating cooker. Water flowing out of the water tank evaporates by heating, and the object to be heated is cooked by steam.

According to the present invention, since the partition plate that divides the water storage in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the container portion whose upper surface is covered with the upper surface portion having the inflow port is provided, the wave due to the vibration of the water in the container portion is applied to the partition plate. The fluctuation of the wave front can be reduced by making it collide. Accordingly, it is possible to easily prevent water from spilling from the inflow port when carrying the stored water tank or attaching / detaching it to / from the apparatus main body, and to make the water tank small.

Further, according to the present invention, since the upper end of the partition plate is disposed above the upper limit water level of the container part, it is possible to easily prevent water leakage from the inflow port even if water is stored up to the upper limit water level.

In addition, according to the present invention, since the communication portion that communicates the plurality of spaces partitioned by the partition plate is provided, water can be supplied or drained from one inflow port, and the convenience of the water tank can be improved.

Further, according to the present invention, the communication portion is formed by a gap between the lower end of the partition plate and the bottom surface of the container portion, so that the communication portion can be easily formed.

Further, according to the present invention, since the partition plate is provided in the vicinity of the step portion whose bottom surface rises and the cross-sectional area perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is narrow, the fluctuation of the wave surface above the step portion where the water surface is likely to rise can be reduced. it can. Accordingly, water leakage from the inlet can be more reliably prevented.

Further, according to the present invention, the upper surface portion is formed of a lid provided detachably with respect to the container portion, and the partition plate protrudes from the lower surface of the upper surface portion. Therefore, the partition plate can be easily formed by molding. In addition, the upper surface part can be easily attached to and removed from the container part, and water can be easily supplied to the container part, and the container part can be easily drained and cleaned.

Further, according to the present invention, since the lower end of the partition plate is arranged below the upper limit water level of the container part, it is possible to reliably divide the water stored in the water tank at the upper limit water level that is likely to spill, thereby preventing water leakage.

Further, according to the present invention, since the width of the partition plate and the width of the inner surface of the container portion are substantially matched, the partition plate serves as a guide when the container portion is covered with the upper surface portion, and the upper surface portion can be easily placed in a predetermined position. Can be arranged.

According to the present invention, since the partition plate is added to the upper surface portion and protruded from the inner surface of the container portion, the water storage can be more reliably divided.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing a heating cooker according to an embodiment. The heating cooker 1 cooks an object to be heated with a heating medium made of superheated steam. The heating cooker 1 includes a rectangular parallelepiped cabinet 10. A door 11 is provided in front of the cabinet 10.

The door 11 is pivotally supported in a vertical plane with the lower end as a center, and a handle 12 for opening and closing the door 11 is provided at the upper part. A central portion 11C of the door 11 is provided with a transmissive portion (not shown) that is fitted with heat-resistant glass so that the inside can be visually recognized. A left side portion 11L and a right side portion 11R provided with metal decorative plates on the surface are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the central portion 11C. An operation panel 13 is provided on the right side 11 </ b> R of the door 11.

FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the cooking device 1 with the door 11 opened. The door 11 is rotated when the handle 12 is gripped and pulled forward, and the posture of the door 11 can be changed by 90 ° from a vertical closed state to a horizontal open state. When the door 11 is opened, the front of the cabinet 10 is exposed.

A heating chamber 20 is provided at a location corresponding to the central portion 11 </ b> C of the door 11. The heating chamber 20 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and the entire front side facing the door 11 is an opening for taking in and out the article to be heated F (see FIG. 6). The opening is opened and closed by the rotation of the door 11. The wall surface of the heating chamber 20 is formed of a stainless steel plate, and the outer peripheral surface of the heating chamber 20 is provided with a heat insulation measure. A tray 21 is provided in the heating chamber 20, and a stainless steel wire rack 22 on which the article to be heated F (see FIG. 6) is placed is placed on the tray 21.

A water tank chamber 70 is provided at a location corresponding to the left side portion 11L of the door 11, and a water tank 71 for storing water for generating steam is stored therein. No opening is provided at a location corresponding to the right side portion 11R of the door 11, but a control board (not shown) is disposed inside.

3 and 4 are a perspective view and an exploded perspective view showing the water tank 71, respectively. The water tank 71 has a rectangular planar shape and is long in the depth direction of the cooking device 1 and short in the width direction. The water tank 71 has a box-shaped container part 72 for storing water, and the upper surface of the container part 72 is covered with a detachable lid part 73 (upper surface part).

A discharge port 72 a having a mesh filter is provided on the back surface of the container portion 72. The discharge port 72a is provided with a water stop valve 58a connected to a joint portion 58 (see FIG. 6) provided on the cabinet 10 side. Water in the water tank 71 flows out through the discharge port 72a and the water stop valve 58a and is supplied to the water supply path of the heating cooker 1. Moreover, since the water stop valve 58a protrudes back, the lower part of the back surface of the container part 72 forms the step part 74 recessed forward.

An inflow port 73a through which drainage from the steam generator 50 (see FIG. 6) returns is opened on the upper surface of the lid 73. As shown in FIG. 5, a mesh-like filter 73b is provided at the inflow port 73a. With the lid portion 73 covering the upper surface of the container portion 72, water supply from city water or the like and water in the container portion 72 can be discarded via the inflow port 73a.

On the lower surface of the lid portion 73, a plurality of partition plates 75 that divide the water storage in the container portion 72 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction are juxtaposed in the longitudinal direction. The partition plate 75 is formed so as to extend below the scale L of the upper limit water level of the container portion 72. Thereby, when carrying the water tank 71 which stored water to the container part 72 to the upper limit water level, or when mounting | wearing with the heating cooker 1, the wave by a vibration collides with the partition plate 75 and the fluctuation of a wave front is reduced.

Further, the stepped portion 74 raises the bottom surface of the container portion 72, and the cross-sectional area perpendicular to the longitudinal direction becomes narrow. As a result, the upper surface of the stepped portion 74 has a narrow cross-sectional area, and the water surface is likely to rise due to shaking. For this reason, the partition plate 75 is also provided in the vicinity of the stepped portion 74 (indicated by 75a in the figure). Thereby, the water surface raise above the step part 74 can be reliably suppressed by the partition plate 75a.

Further, a gap is provided between the lower end of the partition plate 75 and the bottom surface of the container portion 72, and a plurality of spaces partitioned by the partition plate 75 communicate with each other through the gap. In other words, the gap between the lower end of the partition plate 75 and the bottom surface of the container portion 72 constitutes a communication portion that communicates a plurality of spaces partitioned by the partition plate 75.

Thereby, water can be supplied to the water supply path from one discharge port 72a. Further, water can be supplied or drained through one inflow port 73a. Therefore, the convenience of the water tank 71 can be improved. Note that the communication portion may be formed by a hole or notch provided in the partition plate 75.

The width W1 of the partition plate 75 is formed so as to substantially coincide with the width W2 of the inner surface of the container portion 72. Thereby, when the container part 72 is covered with the cover part 73, the partition plate 75 becomes a guide, and the cover part 73 can be easily arranged at a predetermined position.

FIG. 6 shows a schematic structure of the inside of the heating cooker 1. In the figure, the heating chamber 20 is viewed from the side. The water tank 71 is disposed on the left side of the heating chamber 20 as shown in FIG. 2 described above, and communicates with the tank water level detection container 91 via the joint portion 58. Thereby, the water tank 71 is detachable with respect to the cabinet 10 (refer FIG. 2).

The tank water level detection container 91 is provided with a tank water level detection unit 56 that detects the water level of the water tank 71. The tank water level detection unit 56 has a plurality of electrodes, and detects the water level of the water tank 71 by conduction between the electrodes.

In addition, a water supply path 55 extends to the bottom of the tank water level detection container 91 and is immersed therein. A water supply pump 57 is provided in the middle of the water supply path 55 and is connected to the steam generator 50. The steam generator 50 has a cylindrical pot 51 whose axial direction is vertical, and water is supplied from the water tank 71 to the pot 51 by driving a water supply pump 57.

The pot 51 is made of metal, synthetic resin, ceramic, or a combination of these different materials, and has heat resistance. A steam generating heater 52 composed of a spiral sheathed heater is immersed in the pot 51. The water in the pot 51 is heated by energization of the steam generating heater 52, and steam is generated.

A cylindrical isolation wall 51a extending from the upper surface into the spiral steam generating heater 52 is formed in the pot 51, and a pot water level detection unit 81 for detecting the water level in the pot is provided in the isolation wall 51a. The pot water level detection unit 81 has a plurality of electrodes, and detects the water level of the pot 51 by conduction between the electrodes.

By providing the isolation wall 51 a, it is possible to make it difficult to transmit foaming due to boiling of water in contact with the steam generating heater 52 to the pot water level detection unit 81. Thereby, the detection accuracy of the pot water level detection part 81 can be improved.

A steam supply duct 34 connected to a circulation duct 35 described later is led out on the upper surface of the pot 51. An overflow pipe 98 connected to the tank water level detection container 91 is provided at the upper part of the peripheral surface of the pot 51. Thereby, the overflow water in the water supply channel 55 is guided to the water tank 71. The overflow level of the overflow pipe 98 is set higher than the normal water level in the pot 51 and lower than the steam supply duct 34. The lower end of the overflow pipe 98 may be disposed above the inlet 73a of the water tank 71, and the overflow of the pot 51 may be collected in the water tank 71 via the inlet 73a.

The bottom of the pot 51 is formed in a funnel shape, and a drain pipe 53 is led out from the lower end. A drain valve 54 is provided in the middle of the drain pipe 53. The drain pipe 53 has a predetermined angle gradient toward the inlet 73 a of the water tank 71. Thereby, the drain valve 54 can be opened to drain the water in the pot 51 into the water tank 71 through the inflow port 73a, and the water tank 71 can be removed and discarded.

A circulation duct 35 is provided on the outer wall of the heating chamber 20 from the back to the top. The circulation duct 35 opens an intake port 28 formed in the back wall of the heating chamber 20 and is connected to a steam temperature raising device 40 disposed above the heating chamber 20. The lower surface of the steam temperature raising device 40 is covered with the ejection cover 61, and the upper surface is covered with the upper cover 47.

The ejection cover 61 is finished in a dark color by surface treatment such as painting on both the upper and lower surfaces. Thereby, the radiant heat of the steam heater 41 is absorbed and radiated from the lower surface of the ejection cover 61 to the heating chamber 20. In addition, the ejection cover 61 is formed so as to protrude into the heating chamber 20, and a plurality of air outlets 65 are provided on the lower surface, and a plurality of air outlets 67 are provided on the front surface. In addition, a similar air outlet (not shown) is also provided on the side surface of the ejection cover 61.

A blower fan 26 comprising a centrifugal fan is installed in the circulation duct 35, and the steam supply duct 34 is connected to the upstream side of the blower fan 26. The steam generated by the steam generator 50 by driving the blower fan 26 flows into the circulation duct 35 through the steam supply duct 34. Further, the steam in the heating chamber 20 is sucked from the intake port 28, and is jetted from the jet ports 65 and 67 of the jet cover 61 through the circulation duct 35 and circulates.

In general, the gas in the heating chamber 20 is air, but when steam cooking is started, the air is replaced with steam. In the following description, it is assumed that the gas in the heating chamber 20 is replaced with steam.

An exhaust duct 33 that branches via an electric damper 48 is provided at the upper part of the circulation duct 35. The exhaust duct 33 has an open end that faces the outside, and the steam in the heating chamber 20 is forcibly exhausted by opening the damper 48 and driving the blower fan 26. Further, an exhaust duct 32 communicating with the lower portion of the heating chamber 20 through an exhaust port 32a is led out. The exhaust duct 32 is made of a metal such as stainless steel, and has an open end facing the outside, and naturally exhausts the steam in the heating chamber 20. In addition, when mounting a magnetron in the heating cooker 1 and cooking by a microwave, outside air is inhaled through the exhaust duct 32.

The steam temperature raising device 40 includes a steam heater 41 including a sheathed heater, and further heats the steam generated by the steam generator 50 to generate superheated steam. The steam temperature raising device 40 is disposed at the center of the ceiling of the heating chamber 20 as viewed in plan. Further, the heating chamber 20 has a smaller area than the top surface of the heating chamber 20 and is formed in a small volume so that high heating efficiency can be obtained.

In the heating cooker 1 configured as described above, the door 11 is opened and the water tank 71 is drawn out from the water tank chamber 70. Thereby, the joint part 58 comes off and the water stop valve 58a is closed. The water tank 71 is carried in the user's hand, and the lid 73 is removed, and water is supplied into the container 71 from city water or the like. When water is supplied to the scale L of the upper limit water level in the container portion 71, the upper surface of the container portion 71 is closed by the lid portion 73, and the water tank 71 is carried and pushed into the water tank chamber 70. Thereby, the water tank 71 is connected to the tank water level detection container 91 by the joint part 58, and the water stop valve 58a is opened.

When the object to be heated F is placed on the rack 22, the door 11 is closed, a menu is selected by operating the operation panel 13, and a start key (not shown) is pressed, the cooking sequence starts. Thereby, the feed water pump 57 starts operation and water is supplied to the steam generator 50. At this time, the drain valve 54 is closed.

The water supply pump 57 is driven to supply water into the pot 51 through the water supply passage 55, and the water supply is stopped when the pot 51 reaches a predetermined water level. At this time, the water level of the water tank 71 is monitored by the tank water level detection unit 56, and a warning is given if the water tank 71 does not have enough water for cooking. When a predetermined amount of water is put into the pot 51, the steam generating heater 52 is energized, and the steam generating heater 52 directly heats the water in the pot 51.

The blower fan 26 and the steam heater 41 are energized at the same time as the energization of the steam generating heater 52 or at the time when the water in the pot 51 reaches a predetermined temperature. The steam in the heating chamber 20 is sucked into the circulation duct 35 from the intake port 28 by driving the blower fan 26. Further, when the water in the pot 51 boils, saturated steam at 100 ° C. and 1 atm is generated, and the saturated steam flows into the circulation duct 35 through the steam supply duct 34. At this time, the damper 48 is closed. The steam pumped from the blower fan 26 flows through the circulation duct 35 and flows into the steam temperature raising device 40.

The steam that has flowed into the steam temperature raising device 40 is heated by the steam heater 41 to become superheated steam of 100 ° C. or higher. Usually, superheated steam whose temperature is increased from 150 ° C. to 300 ° C. is used. A part of the superheated steam is ejected from the fumarole 65 in the direction directly below (arrow A). Thereby, the upper surface of the to-be-heated material F contacts with superheated steam.

Further, a part of the superheated steam is ejected from the air outlet on the side surface of the ejection cover 61 in a diagonally downward direction. The superheated steam blown out to the side is reflected by a reflecting portion (not shown) recessed in the side wall of the heating chamber 20 and guided below the object F to be heated. Thereby, the lower surface of the to-be-heated material F contacts with superheated steam.

When the surface of the object to be heated F is 100 ° C. or less, the superheated steam is condensed on the surface of the object to be heated F. Since this condensation heat is as large as 539 cal / g, a large amount of heat can be given to the heated object F in addition to the convection heat transfer.

Further, a part of the superheated steam is ejected obliquely downward (arrow C) toward the door 11 from an air outlet 67 formed on the front surface of the ejection cover 61. The steam in the heating chamber 20 is sucked from the intake port 28 by the blower fan 26. Due to this suction force, the air flow of superheated steam blown forward is bent and guided backward. Thereby, a part of superheated steam collides with the front part of the upper surface of the to-be-heated material F, and a part is guide | induced to the downward direction of the to-be-heated material F from the front. As a result, the superheated steam reaches the front portion of the heating chamber 20 to prevent insufficient heating of the front portion of the heated object F, and the heated object F can be cooked uniformly.

Moreover, since the superheated steam in the heating chamber 20 is sucked from the intake port 28, the high-temperature superheated steam that directly hits the door 11 can be reduced. Therefore, it is not necessary to suppress the heating of the door 11 and use the door 11 having high heat resistance, and the cost increase of the heating cooker 1 can be prevented.

When the amount of steam in the heating chamber 20 increases with time, surplus steam is discharged to the outside through the exhaust duct 32.

The superheated steam ejected from the air outlets 65 and 67 gives heat to the article F to be heated, and is then sucked into the circulation duct 35 from the air inlet 28 and flows into the steam temperature raising device 40. Thereby, the steam in the heating chamber 20 is repeatedly circulated for cooking. When the pot water level detection unit 81 detects that the water level of the pot 50 has decreased, the water supply pump 57 is driven and water is supplied from the water tank 71 to the pot 50.

When cooking ends, the end of cooking is displayed on the display unit of the operation panel 13 and a signal sound is notified. When the door 11 is opened by the user who is informed of the end of cooking, the damper 48 is opened, and the steam in the heating chamber 20 is rapidly forcedly exhausted from the exhaust duct 33. Thereby, the user can take out the to-be-heated material F from the inside of the heating chamber 20 safely, without touching high temperature steam.

According to the present embodiment, the water tank 71 is provided with the partition plate 75 that divides water storage in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the container portion 72 whose upper surface is closed by the lid portion 73 having the inflow port 73a. Thereby, the wave by the vibration of the water in the container part 72 is made to collide with the partition plate 75, and the fluctuation of a wave front can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to easily prevent water from spilling from the inflow port 73a when carrying the stored water tank 71 or attaching it to the heating cooker 1. Moreover, since it is not necessary to form the container part 72 long above the upper limit water level, the water tank 71 can be formed small.

In addition, since the partition plate 75 protrudes from the lower surface of the lid portion 73, the upper end of the partition plate 75 is disposed above the scale L of the upper limit water level of the container portion 72. Thereby, even if it stores to the upper limit water level of the container part 72, the water leak from the inflow port 73a can be prevented easily. The partition plate 75 may be provided on the inner surface of the container part 72 or may be provided on both the container part 72 and the lid part 73.

In the present embodiment, the lid portion 73 is detachable from the container portion 72, but the upper surface of the container portion 72 may be closed by fixing the lid portion 73 to the container portion 72. However, by making the lid portion 73 detachable from the container portion 72, the partition plate 75 protruding from the lid portion 73 can be easily molded. Moreover, while opening the container part 72 upper surface, it can supply water in the container part 72 easily from city water etc., and the water in the container part 72 can be discarded easily and the container part 72 can be cleaned.

In addition, although the water tank 71 supplying water to the cooking device 1 has been described, a water tank that can be attached to and detached from other devices may be used. That is, in a water tank having an inflow port through which water from the apparatus main body flows in on the upper surface, it is possible to easily prevent water from spilling from the inflow port when carrying or attaching / detaching to / from the apparatus main body. Further, the water tank can be formed in a small size.

For example, a dehumidifier that dehumidifies the room and drains the water from the inlet to the water tank may be used. The water tank is removed from the dehumidifier and carried, and the water accumulated in the water tank due to dehumidification is discarded.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for a heating cooker that cooks an object to be heated by jetting steam into a heating chamber. Moreover, this invention can be utilized for the water tank detachably provided in apparatus main bodies, such as a heating cooker.
