Claims (4)
- 溶接方法において、
a)外方に巻き返した形状を持つ第1端部形態(46)を含む第1チューブ(44)を得る工程と、
b)第1部分(50)及び第2部分(52)を備えた部材(48)を得る工程と、
c)前記第1端部形態(46)が前記第1部分(50)と接触し、この際、前記第1端部形態(46)と前記第2部分(52)との間に第1凹所(54)を残すように、前記第1チューブ(44)及び前記部材(48)を配置する工程とを備え、
前記第1端部形態(46)は、前記第1部分(50)及び前記第2部分(52)とは反対方向に外方に巻き返されており、
前記溶接方法は、また、
d)前記第1端部形態(46)及び前記部材(48)を通る溶接電流経路を形成する工程、及び前記第1端部形態(46)を前記部材(48)に対して変形を生じるように相対的に移動して、前記第1凹所(54)をなくし、前記第1端部形態の少なくとも幾分か及び前記部材の少なくとも幾分かを含む溶接ゾーン(56)を形成する工程を含む、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記部材(48)は、前記第1端部形態(46)と接触するための第2端部形態(60)を持つ第2チューブ(58)、前記第1端部形態の一部を受け入れるための通穴を持つ側壁を備えた第2チューブ、プレート、及び環状でスクロール状の縁部を持つ端キャップからなる群から選択される、方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法において、
