- 固形の高分子電解質を備えるアルカリ金属電気化学電池の組合せ体の積み重ね装置であって、
支持構造体と、
予め設定された長さの電気化学積層板を保持するように構成されかつ前記電気化学積層板の曲げ形状を調整する手段を有する保持部材を有する、少なくとも1つの積み重ねヘッドと、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの積み重ねヘッドは、前記予め設定された長さの複数の電気化学積層板を順に積み重ねるよう動作を行い、
この際に、予め設定された長さの特定の電気化学積層板の長さ方向に沿う中央部分が最初に置かれ、その後に、前記保持部材の動作により前記予め設定された長さの特定の電気化学積層板の残りが徐々に降下する移動が続くように、積み重ね用の前記保持部材が予め設定された長さの各々の特定の電気化学積層板を保持し、

- 前記保持部材は、細孔性材料からなるプレートを有し、このプレートを介して前記吸引システムが前記負圧を発生させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の積み重ね装置。
- 前記保持部材は、前記細孔性材料のプレートの隣に位置される吸引チャンバを有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の積み重ね装置。
- 前記積み重ねヘッドの隣に配置され、電気化学積層板の連続的な全長を前記予め設定された長さに切断するための機械的な切断手段を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の積み重ね装置。
- 前記機械的切断手段は回転ナイフを有することを特徴とする請求項5記載の積み重ね装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの積み重ねヘッドは、当該少なくとも1つの積み重ねヘッドに回転自在に取り付けられた2つの保持部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の積み重ね装置。
- 前記2つの保持部材は、当該2つの保持部材の回転移動を案内して前記2つの保持部材の先端が離間することを防止するスロットシステムを介して回転自在に取り付けられ、このことにより、前記予め設定された長さの前記電気化学積層板が損傷されることが防止されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の積み重ね装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの積み重ねヘッドは、前記支持構造体の内部で縦横に移動可能となっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積み重ね装置。
- 複数の電気化学電池を同時に組み立てるよう、前記支持構造体に並んで取り付けられた複数の積み重ねヘッドを更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の積み重ね装置。
- 予め設定された長さの複数の電気化学積層板が上に積み重ねられる処理面であって前記電気化学積層板が接着することを防止する処理面を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の積み重ね装置。
- 予め設定された長さの複数の電気化学積層板が上に積み重ねられる処理面であって前記電気化学積層板が接着することを防止する処理面を有する少なくとも1つの搬送プラットフォームを更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の積み重ね装置。
- 複数の電気化学積層板を組み合わせて固形の高分子電解質を備えるアルカリ金属化学電池を有するバッテリーを形成する方法であって、
アノードフィルムの連続的な全長を、カレントコレクタ、カソードフィルムおよび電解質分離フィルムを有する組み立て前の半電池の連続的な全長に重ね、積層板とする工程と、
前記積層板を予め設定された長さに切断する工程と、
前記予め設定された長さの積層板を順に積み重ねる工程であって、この際に、当該積層板は、予め設定された長さの積層板の長さ方向に沿う中央部分が最初に置かれ、その後に動作が行われることにより前記予め設定された長さの積層板の残りが徐々に降下するような形状となり、このことにより、積み重ねられた状態にある、予め設定された長さの隣り合う積層板の間に空気が閉じこめられることが防止される工程と、を備える方法。 - 当該電気化学積層板は、他の積層板の上方に載せられる際に荷電状態にあることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
