Description
− 限界に近いセタン価(推奨>55に対して50)
− 推奨密度を超える燃料密度
− 40℃での過剰な粘性
− 明らかに低い発熱量
− 曇り点や最終沸点といった特性が限界に近い。
ガス−液化或いはGTLディーゼルとも呼ばれる水素化処理したフィッシャー−トロプシュ法により得られるディーゼル燃料に、種々の容量比率で菜種メチルエステルを配合し、その性質を測定した。
− セタン価が、推奨値である55を超える。
− 密度が望ましい範囲まで減少する。
− 粘性が規格で定められた範囲に減少する。
− 総発熱量が、標準であるULSDディーゼル燃料のそれに近づく。
− 引火点が、標準であるULSDディーゼル燃料のそれに近づく。
− 低温流れ特性が良好になる。
− T90蒸留がわずかに下方に抑制される。
Claims (11)
- 圧縮着火エンジン(CI)に用いるための炭化水素組成物であって、15℃での密度が0.8kg/L未満である水素化処理されたフィッシャー−トロプシュディーゼル燃料と、15℃での密度が0.8kg/L超であるバイオディーゼル燃料とを容量比率1:4〜4:1で含み、15℃での密度が0.8kg/L超であり、上記バイオディーゼル燃料が、直鎖状C10−C20メチルエステルと、少量の水,グリセロールおよびメタノールとの混合物を含むものであることを特徴とする炭化水素組成物。
- その粘度が4.1cSt未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化水素組成物。
- 上記容量比率が1:2〜2:1であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の炭化水素組成物。
- そのセタン価が50超であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素組成物。
- IP309に基づくCFPPが−12℃未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素組成物。
- バイオディーゼル燃料と共に配合される上記フィッシャー−トロプシュディーゼル燃料が、鉄,コバルト,ルテニウム,及びこれらのうちの2またはそれ以上の混合物からなる群から選択される金属をベースとする触媒を用いるフィッシャー−トロプシュ合成法により得られるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素組成物。
- 上記フィッシャー−トロプシュディーゼル燃料が、直鎖状と分枝鎖状の両方のC9−C20パラフィン,C9−C20オレフィン、およびC7−C20アルコールの混合物を含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素組成物。
- 圧縮点火エンジン(CIエンジン)に用いるための炭化水素組成物の配合成分であって、15℃での密度が0.8kg/L未満である水素化処理されたフィッシャー−トロプシュディーゼル燃料と、15℃での密度が0.8kg/L超であるバイオディーゼル燃料とを容量比率1:4〜4:1で含み、15℃での密度が0.8kg/L超であり、上記バイオディーゼル燃料が、直鎖状C10−C20メチルエステルと、少量の水,グリセロールおよびメタノールとの混合物を含むものであることを特徴とする炭化水素組成物の配合成分。
- その粘度が4.1cSt未満であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の配合成分。
- 15℃での密度が0.8kg/L未満である水素化処理されたフィッシャー−トロプシュディーゼル燃料を含む炭化水素燃料組成物の密度を増大させる方法であって、上記水素化処理されたフィッシャー−トロプシュディーゼル燃料と、15℃での密度が0.8kg/L超であり、直鎖状C 10 −C 20 メチルエステルと、少量の水,グリセロールおよびメタノールとの混合物を含むバイオディーゼル燃料とを容量比率1:4〜4:1で配合することによって、15℃での密度が0.8kg/L超である炭化水素燃料組成物を得ることを特徴とする炭化水素燃料組成物の密度を増大させる方法。
- 上記容量比率を1:2〜2:1とすることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
