上記組成式(1)にて表わされる酸化マグネシウムと酸化亜鉛との混晶層からなり、
前記混晶層の下地としてMgOからなる下地層をさらに備えることを特徴とする二次電子増倍電極。 - 前記組成式(1)において、0.3<x<1を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電子増倍電極。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の二次電子増倍電極を有することを特徴とする光電子増倍管。
