Claims (4)
- メタン発酵によって発生した消化液及びバイオガスを用いてユーグレナを培養して当該消化液を浄化する消化液処理方法であって、
大気ガスと前記バイオガスとを導入しながら前記消化液をpH4以下のもとでユーグレナと接触させて前記ユーグレナを培養し、このユーグレナが培養された液相を固液分離処理して当該ユーグレナを除去した液相を曝気処理した後にさらに固液分離処理して得られた固液分離水を前記消化液と共に前記ユーグレナの培養に供すること
を特徴とする消化液処理方法。 - 前記消化液をpH1.5以上4.0以下のもとで前記ユーグレナと接触させること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の消化液処理方法。 - メタン発酵によって発生した消化液及びバイオガスを用いてユーグレナを培養して当該消化液を浄化する消化液処理装置であって、
大気ガスと共に前記バイオガス及び前記消化液を導入してユーグレナを培養するユーグレナ槽と、
このユーグレナ槽内に滞留した前記ユーグレナの培養液のpHを測定する測定手段と、
前記測定されたpHの値が4以下となるようにpH調整液を前記消化液に供給するpH調整手段と、
前記ユーグレナ槽から供された前記ユーグレナの培養液を固液分離処理してユーグレナを分離する固液分離手段と、
この固液分離手段によって分離された前記培養液の液相の一部を前記ユーグレナ槽に返送する循環槽と、
前記循環槽から供された液相を曝気処理する曝気槽と、
この曝気槽から供給された液相を固液分離処理して前記ユーグレナ槽に供する沈殿槽と
を備えたこと
を特徴とする消化液処理装置。 - 前記測定手段は前記培養液の溶存酸素濃度、溶存二酸化炭素濃度を測定する機能を有すること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の消化液処理装置。
