従来、製造業ではコストの低減は重要課題であり、従来から、最適な製法を見積もる方法が出願されてもいる(例えば、特開2001−101284公報)。

しかし、コストを重視するあまり、安全性がおろそかになり、製品として出荷できないものを製造してしまっては本末転倒であり、特に食品や医薬の分野においては致命的ですらある。この「安全」という視点に重きを置いたコスト算出システムはいまだ存在しないのが現状であった。

本発明はかかる課題に鑑みなされたもので、製造コストを算出すると共にコスト及び安全性を考慮した推薦工程を求めることができる製造コスト算出システムを提供することをその目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、製造コストを算出する製造コスト算出システムであって、
各工程毎に、複数の工程候補と各工程候補のコストの情報が互いに関連付けられて格納された工程/費用データベースと、
接続可能な工程同士の接続組み合わせが格納された工程/接続データベースと、
各工程及び各接続が固有に持っているリスク度が格納された工程/安全データベースと、
現状の各工程に関する情報を受け付ける現状工程入力手段と、
現状工程入力手段によって入力された工程に対して、現状工程のコストを算出すると共に、前記工程/費用データベースを参照して、現状工程よりもコストの低減できる複数の工程候補を抽出する工程候補抽出手段と、
前記工程候補抽出手段で抽出された複数の工程候補に対して、前記工程/接続データベースを参照して、次の工程に対して抽出された複数の工程候補との間で接続可能で現状よりもコストが低減された複数の組み合わせ候補を抽出する接続候補抽出手段と、
前記複数の組み合わせ候補のそれぞれに対して、前記工程/安全データベースを参照して、各工程および接続の固有のリスク度を抽出し、抽出したすべての工程及び接続のリスク度を加算してリスク度合計を求めて、このリスク度合計に基づいて、組み合わせ候補の中から最もリスク度合計の少ない組み合わせ候補を推薦工程として抽出する推薦工程抽出手段と、を備える。

図1は、本発明の製造コスト算出システムの実施形態の機能を表す機能ブロック図である。図において、製造コスト算出システム10は、現状の製造工程と、その工程のコストを受け付ける現状工程入力部12と、現状工程入力部12によって入力された工程に対して、よりコストの低減できる複数の工程候補を抽出する工程候補抽出部14と、前記工程候補抽出部14で抽出された複数の工程候補に対して、次の工程に対して抽出された複数の工程候補との間で接続可能な複数の組み合わせ候補を抽出する接続候補抽出部16と、前記複数の組み合わせ候補に対して、各工程および接続のリスク度を加算して、そのリスク度を求めて推薦工程を抽出する推薦工程抽出部18と、推薦工程抽出部18で抽出された推薦工程を提示する推薦工程提示部20と、を備えている。また、各工程毎に現状の製造能力で実現可能である複数の工程候補と、各工程候補についての内容、手段、並びに人件費、材料費、物流費等を含めた算出コストが関連付けられて格納された工程/費用データベース22と、接続可能な工程同士の接続組み合わせが格納された工程/接続データベース24と、各工程及び各接続が固有に持っているリスク度が格納された工程/安全データベース26と、を備えている。
