Description

The present invention relates to a deodorizing and sterilization lighting device that performs deodorization and sterilization of dirt using ultraviolet rays or ozone.

Conventionally, in order to remove the dirt adhered to the flooring and walls in the building, it was wiped off with a cloth with a detergent or the like. However, it is difficult to wipe off the minute gaps in the flooring and dirt that has entered the fine holes in the wood. Especially, dirt from dogs and cats has a strong odor, and it may be difficult to deodorize and disinfect them. there were. On the other hand, as a means of deodorizing and sterilizing instead of wiping such dirt with a cloth, a method of directly irradiating the dirt with ultraviolet light with a germicidal lamp that generates a wavelength having a high deodorizing and sterilizing effect, There has been known a deodorizing and sterilizing apparatus equipped with a method of deodorizing and sterilizing by generating ozone having a strong sterilizing action against microorganisms in the air.

For example, a sterilization chamber is temporarily enclosed by a packaging screen, and the bedding to be sterilized is isolated and received in the sterilization chamber, and then the bedding is exposed to ultraviolet rays and ozone generated by ultraviolet and ozone generators. A bedding sterilization apparatus for sterilizing and disinfecting bedding is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). However, since this apparatus is intended for sterilization and disinfection of large bedding such as a bed mattress, a sterilization and sterilization chamber is temporarily installed, and a column supporting a packaging curtain is required to maintain the space in the temporary sterilization and sterilization chamber. The apparatus is complicated and large, the assembly and installation is complicated, and the installation is troublesome. For this reason, for example, if you try to deodorize and sterilize a relatively narrow place with pet stains or smells on the floor or wall of the room, the device is too complex and too large to handle and takes time to install. The installation itself was sometimes difficult. In addition, since a large amount of ultraviolet rays and ozone are consumed even for a small deodorizing object, there is a problem that the sterilizing efficiency is lowered.

A third aspect of the present invention is the deodorizing and sterilizing lighting device according to the first or second aspect, further comprising an ozone generating unit that sprays ozone into the tent-shaped space.

The invention of claim 4 is the deodorizing and sterilizing lighting device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the tent-shaped space is filled with ozone to perform a deodorizing and sterilizing treatment, and thereafter Means for decomposing ozone or reducing its concentration.

A fifth aspect of the present invention is the deodorizing and sterilizing lighting device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein the main body in the tent-like space is irradiated directly or indirectly with ultraviolet rays from the ultraviolet irradiation portion. At least one of the inner surfaces of the lid portion and the folding portion is formed of a member that easily reflects ultraviolet rays.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to easily and easily form a tent-like space that covers the dirty surface by simply opening the lid portion with respect to the main body portion. Further, it is possible to easily remove stains and odors caused by pets or the like adhering to the floor or wall surface by ultraviolet rays.

According to the invention of claim 2, since ozone can be injected into the tent-like space in addition to the irradiation of ultraviolet rays, the deodorizing and sterilizing effect is improved by the synergistic effect of ultraviolet rays and ozone.

According to the invention of claim 3, since the edge of the tent-shaped space and the surface irradiated with ultraviolet rays are brought into contact with each other, a substantially sealed space is formed by the tent-shaped space and the irradiation surface of ultraviolet rays. Leakage of ultraviolet rays and ozone is reduced, and safety and deodorization sterilization efficiency are improved.

According to the invention of claim 4, since ozone in the tent-like space is rendered harmless after the deodorizing and sterilizing treatment with ozone, the safety of the work after the deodorizing and sterilizing treatment can be enhanced.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the reflection efficiency of the inner surface of the tent-like space with respect to ultraviolet light is increased, and a large amount of ultraviolet light can be irradiated on the dirt surface that easily absorbs ultraviolet light. Can be done in time. Moreover, since ultraviolet rays are reflected on the inner surface of the tent-like space portion and can hardly be absorbed, deterioration of the constituent members due to the ultraviolet rays can be prevented.

Hereinafter, a deodorizing and sterilizing lighting device (hereinafter referred to as this device) according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The apparatus 1 includes a substantially rectangular main body 2, a lid 3 disposed at a position facing the main body 2, a folding unit 4 that connects the main body 2 and the lid 3, and one surface of the main body 2. The ultraviolet light source part (ultraviolet irradiation part) 5 for the deodorizing sterilization provided, the ozone generation part 6, and the dirt confirmation light source part 7 are provided. Further, the ultraviolet light source unit 5, the ozone generation unit 6, and the like are connected to an external AC power source via the power cord 30.

(Main body)
The main body 2 is a support for housing or installing the ultraviolet irradiation unit 5 or the ozone generation unit 6, and one end of the lid unit 3 is detachably attached. By opening the lid portion 3 with respect to the main body portion 2, a tent-like space portion 10 surrounded by the main body portion 2, the lid portion 3, and the folding portion 4 is formed. The tent-like space 10 is installed on the dirt surface B, which is the object of deodorization and sterilization on the floor or wall (floor surface A) during the deodorization and sterilization. In addition, as a member of the floor surface A to be deodorized and sterilized, all types of floor materials in general houses such as flooring, carpets, and tatami mats are targeted. In addition, the ultraviolet irradiation part 5 or the ozone generation part 6 may be stored in the cover part 3 or the folding part 4 or installed on the surface thereof.

(Cover)
When the lid 3 is folded and closed, the lid 3 covers the ultraviolet light source 5 on the main body 2, is disposed so as to be in contact with the main body 2 substantially in parallel, and is released from the main body 2. The ultraviolet light source 5 and the ozone generator 6 are exposed.

(Folding part)
The folding part 4 is installed between the main body part 2 and the lid part 3, and when the lid part 3 is opened from the main body part 2 as shown in FIGS. 10 is formed, and at this time, a substantially sealed space is configured by closing a gap between the floor surface and the wall of the room where the dirt is attached. When the lid 4 is closed, as shown in FIG. 3A, the fold line 41 of the fold 4 is folded in the direction of the white arrow, as shown in FIG. When fully folded, the overall thickness is reduced, and the device 1 is small and compact, making it easy to carry.

(UV light source)
The ultraviolet light source unit 5 is provided on the surface of the main body unit 2 facing the tent-shaped space 10 and has a plurality of deodorizing and sterilizing ultraviolet lamps 51 (referred to as deodorizing and sterilizing lamps) that generate a wavelength having a high deodorizing and sterilizing effect. And a flat light diffusing member 52 disposed on the main body 2 so as to cover the deodorizing and sterilizing lamp 51. The light diffusing member 52 irradiates the surface of the deodorizing and sterilizing lamp 51 generated on the back side thereof while diffusing it in a plane. Thereby, the ultraviolet light source part 5 becomes a surface light source.

From this ultraviolet light source unit 5, either one of ultraviolet rays having a peak at 100 to 280 nm (UV-C) or ultraviolet rays having a wavelength component of 280 to 315 nm (UV-B) is emitted from the tent-like space portion. The dirt surface B is irradiated directly or indirectly by reflection in a substantially sealed space between the floor 10 and the floor surface A. Thereby, the dirty surface B can be intensively deodorized and sterilized. This ultraviolet ray for deodorizing and sterilizing has different deodorizing power and sterilizing power depending on the wavelength classification, and the ultraviolet ray (U · V-C) is required when strong deodorizing and sterilizing is required. Used when you do not want to damage the floor.

(Ozone generator)
The ozone generator 6 generates ozone by, for example, applying a high frequency high voltage between opposed electrodes to ozonize a part of the air, and deodorizing and sterilizing by decomposing dirt with ozone. . The ozone generator 6 sprays ozone gas in a substantially sealed space formed by installing the tent-shaped space 10 on the floor surface A. This ozone gas is filled in the substantially sealed space, the ozone concentration is increased, and the floor surface A in the substantially sealed space is deodorized and sterilized.

(Light source for dirt check)
The dirt confirmation light source section 7 is provided at the end 21 of the main body section 2 and irradiates the user with ultraviolet light for confirming the dirt position. This ultraviolet light is ultraviolet light that excites visible light by being irradiated and absorbed on the soiled part (for example, ultraviolet light UV-A in the wavelength range of 315 to 400 nm). This ultraviolet light UV-A is urea or ammonia. When it is absorbed by a dirt portion composed of, etc., it excites visible light. With this visible light, the user can visually check the dirt portion.

Further, the light source of the dirt checking light source unit 7 is composed of a point light source to which a bullet-type LED is attached, and is fixed to the end portion 21 of the main body unit 2. In addition, a lens (not shown) is attached to the front surface of the point light source so that when the lid portion 3 is folded, a relatively narrow range like a flashlight can be effectively irradiated. . FIG. 5 shows a usage state of the dirt checking light source unit 7. The user can find the dirt surface B in advance by lifting the apparatus 1 with the lid 3 closed and illuminating the floor surface A with the irradiation light C from the dirt light source part 7.

The light source of the dirt confirmation light source unit 7 may be configured to be installed in the main body unit 2 as an elongated ultraviolet fluorescent tube instead of a point light source. In this configuration, it is possible to irradiate the entire opening surface with UV light for confirming dirt substantially uniformly in a state where the tent-shaped space portion 10 is assembled. Thereby, when confirming the dirt surface B, the position of the dirt surface B can be found only by lifting the entire apparatus 1 in an open state.

Each inner surface of the tent-like space portion 10 irradiated with ultraviolet rays, such as the main body portion 2, the lid portion 3 and the folding portion 4, is formed of a member that easily reflects ultraviolet rays. Examples of the reflective member include metal members (stainless steel (eg, SUS304), aluminum, anodized, etc.), metal surface treatments (chrome plating, aluminum deposition, gold plating, gold deposition, silver plating, silver deposition products, etc.) and resin molding. Products (molded metal flakes containing a metal such as aluminum in a resin) can be used.

Further, each inner surface of the tent-shaped space 10 is formed of a member that is not easily deteriorated by ozone because the tent-shaped space 10 is filled with ozone. Examples of the members that are not easily deteriorated by ozone include metal members (stainless steel such as SUS304, aluminum whose surface is anodized), general porcelain, alumina porcelain, engineering plastic / polyimide resin (for example, DuPont Vespel). In addition, Kapton film manufactured by Toray DuPont Co., Ltd.), PEEK (polyetheretherketone) resin (eg, Vectra manufactured by Victrex MC, Inc.), and the like can be used.

Here, at least one inner surface of each inner surface of the tent-like space portion 10 forms a metal surface with a high reflectivity of ultraviolet rays by applying alumite treatment or the like obtained by oxidizing the surface of aluminum with a high reflectivity, and by ozone. Oxidation can be prevented. In addition, when using resin as a constituent material of the inner surface of the tent-shaped space 10, the influence of ultraviolet rays is applied by, for example, metal deposition or application of a paint containing an ultraviolet absorber so that the ultraviolet rays do not directly hit the resin. Can be prevented.

The procedure of deodorizing and sterilization using the apparatus 1 configured as described above will be described. First, the user visually recognizes or irradiates the contamination confirmation light source 7 with the contamination confirmation light source unit 7 to find the position of the contamination surface B in advance. At this time, the ultraviolet light source unit 5 is turned off in order to protect the eyes of the user. Next, the lid part 3 is opened from the main body part 2 to form a tent-like space part 10, and the tent-like space part 10 covers and seals the floor surface A including the dirty surface B. 10 and the floor surface A form a substantially sealed space. In this substantially sealed space, the ultraviolet light source unit 5 is turned on to irradiate ultraviolet light (UV-B or UV-C) for deodorizing and sterilization, and the ozone generating unit 6 is turned on to generate ozone and fill it. .

The ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet light source unit 5 reach the dirty surface B directly or indirectly while being reflected on each inner surface of the tent-like space unit 10 in the substantially sealed space. Therefore, by optimizing the reflection characteristics of the individual inner surfaces in the tent-shaped space portion 10, the dirt surface B can be irradiated with ultraviolet rays substantially uniformly. Further, the ozone gas generated from the ozone generator 6 is filled in the tent-shaped space 10 in a few seconds.

Then, when ultraviolet rays are irradiated and ozone gas continues to be filled in the substantially sealed space for a predetermined time, the deodorizing and sterilizing ultraviolet rays (UV-B or UV-C) and ozone act to remove the dirt surface B. Dirt is gradually decomposed. That is, the dirt or odor source is deodorized and sterilized by the ultraviolet ray for deodorizing and sterilizing, and the ozone gas surrounds the dirt or odor source to deodorize and sterilize them. After a predetermined time when the deodorizing and sterilizing action is expected to end, the tent-shaped space 10 is removed from the floor surface A, and the dirty surface B after the deodorizing and sterilizing is checked. In the same manner as described above, this check is performed by confirming the remaining degree of dirt and the degree of decomposition on the dirt surface B by visual observation or irradiation with dirt-confirming ultraviolet rays.

Further, when the dirt is confirmed, the tent-shaped space 10 is removed from the floor surface A and at the same time, the power of the apparatus 1 is automatically turned off, thereby stopping the generation of ultraviolet rays and ozone, and adversely affecting the human body. To prevent. When the deodorizing and sterilizing operation is completed, the folding unit 4 may be folded and the lid 3 may be closed.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the tent-like space portion 10 that covers the dirty surface B can be formed easily and simply by simply opening the lid portion 3 with respect to the main body portion 2. The assembly and installation of the apparatus 1 is simplified, and the tent-shaped space 10 is configured without the need for a tent post or the like, so that the apparatus 1 can be miniaturized and handled more easily. Moreover, the stain | pollution | contamination and smell by the pet etc. which adhered to the floor surface or the wall surface can be easily removed with an ultraviolet-ray.

Moreover, since ozone can be injected into the tent-like space 10 in addition to the irradiation of ultraviolet rays, the deodorizing and sterilizing effect is improved by the synergistic effect of ultraviolet rays and ozone. Further, when not in use, the tent-like space 10 can be folded to make the device 1 small and compact so that it can be easily carried.

In addition, by forming each inner surface of the tent-like space portion 10 irradiated with ultraviolet rays with a member that easily reflects ultraviolet rays, the reflection efficiency of the inner surface of the tent-like space portion 10 with respect to ultraviolet rays increases, and the ultraviolet rays are concentrated on the dirt surface B. Therefore, the deodorizing and sterilizing treatment can be performed efficiently and in a short time. Moreover, since ultraviolet rays can be reflected by the inner surface of the tent-like space portion 10 to be difficult to absorb, deterioration of the constituent members due to the ultraviolet rays can be prevented.

In addition, by forming each inner surface of the tent-shaped space 10 filled with ozone with a member that is not easily deteriorated by ozone, for example, when ozone is sprayed at a high concentration in order to efficiently perform deodorizing and sterilization treatment Even when deodorizing and sterilizing is performed for a long time, the member can be used safely without deterioration.

(Modification)
Next, the modification of the main-body part of the deodorizing sterilization illuminating device which concerns on the said embodiment is demonstrated with reference to FIG. This modified example is different from the above-described embodiment in that the ultraviolet light source unit 5 of the main body unit 2 and the dirt checking light source unit 7 are integrated.

The ultraviolet light source unit 5 is composed of a plurality of deodorizing and sterilizing lamps 51, and the stain confirmation light source unit 7 is composed of a plurality of stain confirmation ultraviolet lamps 71 that irradiate the stain confirmation ultraviolet rays, and is composed of a plurality of deodorizing and sterilizing lamps. The lamps 51 are alternately provided. As a result, the dirt checking light source section 7 is formed as a flat dirt checking light source and integrated into the ultraviolet light source section 5, so that the main body 2 can be miniaturized.

(Other variations)
Next, another modification of the main body of the deodorizing and sterilizing lighting device according to the above embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In this modified example, the ultraviolet light source unit 5 and the stain confirmation light source unit 7 of the main body unit 2 are integrated, and one deodorizing and sterilizing lamp 51 and a stain confirmation ultraviolet lamp 71 are respectively shared by them. The light guide member 53 is provided, and both the deodorizing and sterilizing ultraviolet rays and the stain confirmation ultraviolet rays generated by the respective light guide members 53 are formed as surface light sources guided by the light guide member 53.

The deodorizing and sterilizing lamp 51 is provided on one end side of the main body 2, and the stain confirmation ultraviolet lamp 71 is provided on the other end side of the main body 2, and these are light guides for a flat plate that guides light from both. Covered by a member 53. With this configuration, it is possible to reduce the number of the deodorizing sterilization lamps 51 and the stain confirmation ultraviolet lamps 71 and to integrate the ultraviolet light source unit 5 and the stain confirmation light source unit 7. It can be simplified and the main body 2 can be reduced in cost and weight.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a deodorizing and sterilizing lighting device according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The apparatus 1 has a contact edge (edge) in which the main body 2, the lid 3, and the folding part 4 are in close contact with the surface irradiated with ultraviolet rays in a state where the tent-shaped space 10 is formed. Part) 11 thru | or 13. Other configurations are the same as those of the above-described embodiment.

The main body 2, the lid 3, and the folding unit 4 are contact edges (edges) that are in close contact with the floor surface A including the dirty surface B around the opening covering the floor surface A of the tent-shaped space 10. ) 11, 12, 13, and a pressure adjusting unit 8 for adjusting the pressure of the gas in the tent-shaped space 10 by increasing or decreasing it.

The contact edges 11 to 13 are for forming a sealed space by bringing the opening portion of the tent-shaped space 10 and the floor surface A into close contact with each other in a state where the tent-shaped space 10 is formed. As a configuration for bringing the tent-like space 10 and the floor surface A into close contact with each other by the contact edges 11 to 13, (1) the contact edges 11 to 13 themselves are made of a rubber-like substance such as rubber packing, or (2) The pressure adjusting unit 8 causes the gas in the tent-like space 10 to be discharged out of the tent-like space 10 by the pressure-adjusting unit 8, and the inside of the tent-like space 10 And (3) a structure in which the contact edge portions 11 to 13 are made to contact each other substantially continuously with a liquid such as water or a creamy viscous liquid. Here, the contact edge portions 11 to 13 themselves are made of a rubber-like substance and are brought into close contact with each other, and can be attached and detached by adjusting the atmospheric pressure in the tent-like space portion 10 by the pressure adjusting portion 8.

The pressure adjusting unit 8 includes an air hole 81 having an air fan that ventilates the outside and the inside of the tent-shaped space 10. The pressure adjusting unit 8 uses an air fan to discharge the gas inside the tent-shaped space 10 to the outside to lower the atmospheric pressure, close the air hole 81 and tightly adhere the tent-shaped space 10 and the floor surface A, On the contrary, an external gas is fed into the interior so that the tent-shaped space 10 is easily detached from the floor surface A. The pressure adjustment by the pressure adjustment unit 8 may be performed by connecting the tent-shaped space 10 and the outside with a ventilation pipe, and adjusting the air by providing a vacuum pump at the end of this pipe.

Thus, according to the present embodiment, the contact edges 11 to 13 of the tent-shaped space portion 10 and the floor surface A are in close contact with each other, so that the tent-shaped space portion 10 and the floor surface A are sealed. A highly closed space is formed, leakage of ultraviolet rays and ozone from the inside of the tent-shaped space 10 to the outside can be reduced, and the safety of the deodorizing and sterilizing operation is enhanced and the deodorizing and sterilizing efficiency is improved.

(Third embodiment)
Next, a deodorizing and sterilizing lighting device according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. This device 1 is used as ozone detoxifying means for deodorizing and sterilizing ozone in the tent-like space 10 by depleting ozone in the tent-like space 10 and then decomposing or reducing the concentration of ozone in the tent-like space 10. A detoxifying substance charging unit 15 and an ozone detoxifying device unit 16 are provided. Other configurations are the same as those of the above embodiment.

The ozone detoxifying substance input unit 15 has an input port 17 through which a detoxifying material is input in order to detoxify ozone in the tent-shaped space 10, and oxygen that detoxifies ozone is provided from the input port 17. And water vapor is injected. In some cases, the amount of oxygen or atomized material introduced into the tent-like space 10 is adjusted according to the value of an ozone concentration sensor (not shown).

The ozone detoxification unit 16 is provided outside the tent-like space 10 and takes out ozone from the tent-like space 10 through the take-out pipe 18 and performs ozone detoxification. As the detoxification treatment of the ozone detoxification device 16, as in the detoxification treatment by the ozone detoxification substance input unit 15, it is harmless by mixing with oxygen or mist-like water or by passing through water. Can be

In the present apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, after deodorizing and sterilizing, the ozone detoxification substance charging unit 15 inputs a detoxification substance into the tent-shaped space 10 to perform ozone detoxification, and the ozone detoxification apparatus unit 16 Thus, ozone is taken out from the inside of the tent-like space 10 and detoxified.

It should be noted that the ozone concentration naturally does not adversely affect the human body by lengthening the route leading from the tent-shaped space 10 to the ozone detoxification device 16 or by lengthening the route inside the ozone detoxification device 16. It can also be carried out by reducing to a minimum. Furthermore, the ozone detoxifying device 16 is coated with a photocatalyst coating such as titanium oxide on the wall of the path through which ozone passes, and the wall is irradiated with visible light or ultraviolet rays, and is harmless by decomposing ozone by catalytic action. It is also possible to

The procedure of deodorization and sterilization using the apparatus 1 is the same as that of the first embodiment. After the deodorization and sterilization for a predetermined time is finished and the power of the apparatus 1 is turned off, the ozone detoxifying substance input unit 15 is used. Alternatively, the ozone detoxification device 16 performs a detoxification process for the ozone gas remaining in the tent-shaped space 10, and after this detoxification process is completed, the removal of dirt is confirmed. That is, after the deodorizing and sterilization, the dirt removal confirmation work performed by removing the tent-like space 10 from the dirt surface B is performed after deodorizing ozone in the sealed space.

Thus, according to the present embodiment, after the deodorizing and sterilizing treatment with ozone in the tent-shaped space 10, the ozone in the tent-shaped space is rendered harmless, so that the safety of the work after the deodorizing and sterilizing treatment is improved. Can be increased.

(Fourth embodiment)
Next, a deodorizing and sterilizing lighting device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the present apparatus 1, an ozone detoxifying device section 16 that decomposes ozone or reduces its concentration is provided in the main body section 2. Other configurations are the same as those of the previous embodiment.

In the present embodiment, since the ozone detoxification device unit 16 is integrated with the main body unit 2, an extraction pipe 18 (see FIG. 10) for extracting ozone from the tent-shaped space 10 to the ozone detoxification device unit 16 is unnecessary. Thus, the device 1 is more compact and less expensive.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the structure of said various embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible suitably in the range which does not change the meaning of invention. In the present embodiment, an example in which a tent-like space is formed by opening the lid with one end of the lid attached to the main body is shown, but the lid is completely separated from the main body. If the main body part and the lid part are all integrated by connecting with the folding part, the whole folding part can be extended and the size of the tent-like space part can be formed with a degree of freedom. A plurality of deodorizing and sterilizing lighting devices may be attached according to the size of the deodorizing and sterilizing place.
