図1は本発明に係る多板式クラッチ装置の一実施形態を説明するための一部切欠断面図、図2は図1のA−A線矢視断面図、図3は図2のB−B線矢視断面図、図4はセンタボスを示す図であり、(a)は縦断面図、(b)は(a)に示すカム部材を矢印G方向から見た図、図5は本発明に係る多板式クラッチ装置の変形例を説明するための要部拡大断面図である。
例えば、本実施形態では、凸状カム41の第1及び第2傾斜面51,52を軸方向の曲面に形成し、凹状カム42の第1及び第2傾斜面61,62を径方向の曲面に形成しているが、これに限定されず、凸状カム41の第1及び第2傾斜面51,52を径方向の曲面に形成し、凹状カム42の第1及び第2傾斜面61,62を軸方向の曲面に形成してもよい。
また、本実施形態では、センタボス16に凸状カム41を設け、クラッチセンタ19に凹状カム42を設けているが、これに限定されず、センタボス16に凹状カム42を設け、クラッチセンタ19に凸状カム41を設けるようにしてもよい。
さらに、本実施形態では、センタボス16に凸状カム41を3個設け、クラッチセンタ19に凹状カム42を3個設けているが、凸状カム41及び凹状カム42の設置個数に限定はなく任意である。

Claims (4)
- 入力部材に連結されるクラッチアウタと、出力部材に固定されるセンタボスと、前記クラッチアウタに相対回転不能に係合される複数の第1摩擦板と、前記第1摩擦板と軸方向に交互に配置される複数の第2摩擦板と、前記第2摩擦板が相対回転不能に係合されるクラッチセンタと、前記センタボスとの間に前記第1摩擦板及び前記第2摩擦板を軸方向に挟持するプレッシャプレートと、前記第1摩擦板及び前記第2摩擦板を圧接する側に前記プレッシャプレートを付勢するクラッチばねと、前記センタボスと前記クラッチセンタとの間に設けられ、前記入力部材からの駆動力を前記クラッチセンタから前記センタボスに伝達すると共に、前記出力部材から逆駆動力が作用した時に、前記クラッチばねの付勢力に抗して前記プレッシャプレートを前記センタボスから離間させる側に前記クラッチセンタを介して押圧するカム機構と、を備える多板式クラッチ装置において、
前記カム機構は、凸状カム及び凹状カムを有すると共に、周方向に対し同一方向に傾斜する第1傾斜面及び第2傾斜面を有し、
前記凸状カムの前記第1及び前記第2傾斜面に、軸方向に一定の曲率を有する膨出曲面が形成されると共に、前記凹状カムの前記第1及び前記第2傾斜面に、径方向に一定の曲率を有する膨出曲面が形成されて、前記凸状カム及び前記凹状カムが点接触することを特徴とする多板式クラッチ装置。 - 前記凸状カム及び前記凹状カムが突出形成されると共に、
前記凸状カムの前記第1及び前記第2傾斜面の前記膨出曲面、及び前記凹状カムの前記第1及び前記第2傾斜面の前記膨出曲面の曲率それぞれは、前記凸状カム及び前記凹状カムの幅それぞれの略10倍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多板式クラッチ装置。 - 前記凹状カムが複数形成され、
前記凹状カムの径方向の少なくとも一端側が開放されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多板式クラッチ装置。 - 前記凸状カムの前記第1及び前記第2の傾斜面の前記膨出曲面の曲率中心点それぞれが、前記凸状カムの前記第1及び前記第2の傾斜面の前記膨出曲面の曲率でそれぞれ描かれる仮想円内に周方向で見て互いに位置し合い、且つ軸方向でオフセットされるように配設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の多板式クラッチ装置。
