Description

【0001】
【0031】
<変形例1>

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to waterproofing of the joint portion of the wall top mounted substantially perpendicular to the outer wall to the row cormorants stop Mizu構granulation.
[0002]
[Background technology]
In recent years, the construction of houses has been industrialized. For example, there is a panel construction method in which components such as walls, floors, and roofs are made into panels in the factory in advance and these panels are assembled at the construction site to construct the house. Adopted in some areas.
[0003]
For example, a wall panel used as a wall of a house is constructed by assembling two vertical frame members and horizontal frame members in a rectangular shape, and reinforcing bars in the rectangular frame. A body is formed, and a surface material such as plywood is attached to the front and back surfaces of the frame body in a state in which the frame body is filled with a heat insulating material such as glass wool.
[0004]
When building a house by the above-described panel method, for example, a wall of a house transports a plurality of wall panels manufactured at a factory to the site, and connects the plurality of wall panels to the left and right at the site. And it constructs | assembles by attaching exterior finishing materials, such as a water stop sheet | seat, a trunk edge, and a siding board, to the surface of a wall panel.
[0005]
And when providing a balcony in the house constructed | assembled by such a panel construction method, the method as shown to Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2001-132687 is known, for example.
In the method disclosed in this publication, when a balcony is provided on the upper floor of a prefab house by the panel method, a balcony floor panel and a balcony side wall panel are joined to the outer wall of the building so as to protrude from the outer wall. The balcony front wall wall panel is joined to the upper end of the balcony floor panel and the front end surface of the balcony side wall panel. In addition, on the front and back surfaces of each wall panel in this gazette, a waterproof sheet and an exterior finishing material are preliminarily attached and mounted, and are brought into the field and assembled.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the water-stopping treatment of the joint portion between the protruding wall joined to the outer wall of the building, such as the wall panel for the balcony side wall in the conventional balcony mounting structure described above, and the outer wall of the house, In the joint part, it is carried out by attaching a water-stopping tape such as a butyl tape between the ends of the water-stop sheet attached to the balcony side wall panel or the outer wall surface of the outer wall.
In particular, the water-stopping treatment at the upper part of the balcony side wall panel (protruding wall) is the upper part of the water-stopping tape that is attached to the both side edges of the joint edge of the balcony side wall panel. Since the base end of the top wall of the balcony side wall panel was water-stopped by cutting and turning it into the wall, it took time and effort.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a water-stopping treatment for a joint portion between an outer wall and an upper portion of a protruding wall attached to the outer wall surface of the outer wall substantially perpendicular to the outer wall, such as a wall panel for a side wall of a balcony. carrying out the process easily and to provide a stop Mizu構forming the Ru can.
