Description

The present invention relates to an expansion joint, and more particularly to an expansion joint that connects a hermetic vibration device and a stationary device adjacent to the vibration device.

Conventionally, in a vibration device such as a vibration sieve used for waste sorting processing, in order to prevent the object to be scattered, a fixed side device such as a chute disposed before and after the vibration device is used. Sealed expansion joints are used which are connected in a state where the sealing performance between them is maintained.

FIG. 4 shows a schematic configuration diagram of this type of vibrating sieve. The vibrating sieve 50 includes a casing 51 that is swingably supported, a drive unit 52 that vibrates the casing 51, and a sieve 53 that is disposed in the casing 51, and is to be treated (for example, waste). The pyrolysis residue obtained by dry distillation pyrolysis can be sieved in accordance with the particle size.

The casing 51 is formed in an elongated box shape having a rectangular cross section, and is fixed to the fixing portion via an elastic support 54 so that the other end (right end in the drawing) is slightly inclined downward with respect to one end (left end in the drawing). It is swingably supported. The upper wall of one end portion of the casing 51 is provided with a loading port 55 for feeding the workpiece into the casing 51, and the bottom wall of the other end portion has a larger particle size screened by the sieve 53. A first discharge port 56 for discharging an object to be processed (for example, iron, aluminum, concrete, etc.) and a second discharge port 57 for discharging an object to be processed (for example, carbon or ash) having a smaller particle size are provided.

A chute 58 attached to the preceding transport device (fixed side device) is disposed in the insertion port 55, and a mounting seat 59 provided on the chute 58 and a mounting seat 60 provided on the casing 51 are arranged. An expansion joint 61 is provided between them. The first discharge port 56 and the second discharge port 57 are connected to subsequent devices via rubber hoses 62 and 63, respectively.

5A and 5B show the detailed structure of the expansion joint 61. FIG. As shown in the figure, a conventional expansion joint 61 includes a flexible joint member 64, and an upper end portion and a lower end portion of the joint member 64 as an attachment seat 59 on the chute 58 side and an attachment seat 60 on the casing 51 side, respectively. A pressing band 65 to be pressed, a bolt 66 and a nut 67 for fixing the joint member 64 to the mounting seats 59 and 60 together with the pressing band 65 are provided. The joint member 64 is preliminarily cut and molded in accordance with the shape of the device, and is drilled at required positions, and the mounting seats 59 and 60 and the holding band 65 are also drilled. The bolts 66 are inserted into the holes 65 a, 64 a, 59 a by aligning 65 a, 64 a, 59 a, and the joint member 64 is fixed together with the holding band 65 with a nut 67.

There are two types of joint members 64 used here: non-stretchable materials such as canvas sheets and leather, and stretchable materials such as neoprene rubber and cloth with a rubber coating on the surface.

However, since the conventional expansion joint structure has a structure in which a hole 64a is formed in the joint member 64 to allow the bolt 66 to pass therethrough and the joint member 64 is fixed together with the holding band 65 with the nut 67, the joint fitting shape of the device Therefore, there is a problem that the joint member 64 needs to be cut, molded, and perforated in advance, the manufacturing process is complicated, and the cost must be increased.

Further, when the joint member 64 is replaced, the position of the hole 64a of the joint member 64 is temporarily fixed with respect to the mounting seats 59 and 60, and the joint member 64 needs to be fixed so that no wrinkles or slack remain. However, since the individual difference between the casing 51 (vibration device) and the chute 58 (fixed side device) and the relative positional relationship between them are slightly different, the joint member 64 must be shifted or pulled to align the hole position. I don't get it. In this case, when an expandable material is used as the joint member 64, when the joint member 64 is pulled, the hole 64a is deformed into an elliptical shape, and it becomes difficult to maintain the sealing performance. In addition, when a non-stretchable material is used, it cannot be pulled, so it is necessary to re-drill a hole at the site. Furthermore, when the joint member 64 is moved, it is necessary to fix the entire joint member 64 while finely adjusting the joint member 64 so that wrinkles and slack do not occur. Therefore, much labor and time are required for the replacement work. There is a problem of becoming.

The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem. The manufacturing process is extremely simplified to realize low cost, and alignment work at the time of replacement is not required, and the working time is shortened. An object of the present invention is to provide an expansion joint that can be used.

In order to achieve the above object, the expansion joint according to the present invention comprises:
An expansion joint that connects a sealed vibration device and a stationary device adjacent to the vibration device,
A joint member having elasticity;

A first mounting seat provided in the vibration device and to which one end of the joint member is contacted;
A second mounting seat provided in the stationary device and to which the other end of the joint member is contacted;
The holding band is arranged along the first mounting seat, and a plurality of clamp bolts whose shaft ends are in contact with the surface of the pressing band, and the joint is connected to the first mounting seat. A first pressing member that presses one end of the member;
A pressing band arranged along the second mounting seat, and a plurality of clamp bolts whose shaft ends are in contact with the surface of the pressing band, and the joint with respect to the second mounting seat A second pressing member that presses the other end of the member;
Sponge packing interposed between the joint member and each mounting seat and between the joint member and the pressing band is provided.

In the present invention, the joint member is preferably made of foamed rubber.

According to the present invention, since the one end and the other end of the joint member are pressed against the mounting seat by the pressing member and fixed, it is not necessary to provide a bolt insertion hole in the joint member and the mounting seat. It is not necessary to adjust the position of the bolt insertion holes, and labor and time for attaching and replacing the joint member can be minimized. Further, since the drilling process is not necessary, the manufacturing process can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.

Further, since the pressing member is constituted by the holding band and the clamp bolt, the desired object can be achieved with a simpler configuration.

Further, since the sponge packing is interposed between and between the joint member and the pressing band between the joint member and the mounting seat, even those holding band and the mounting seat is made of metal, in their joint member Direct contact can be prevented, and the joint member can be prevented from being damaged by the pressing band and the corner of the mounting seat.

In the present invention, if the joint member is made of foamed rubber, a commercially available material (wet suit fabric) can be used, and it can be cut and used as much as necessary, so that it is inexpensive. It is possible to easily cope with devices of different sizes. Moreover, the durability of the joint member can be remarkably improved by fixing the joint member so that the joint member always operates in a state of extending from the free length.

Next, specific embodiments of the expansion joint according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 is a cross-sectional view of an expansion joint according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partial plan view of the expansion joint, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged view (a) of a main part of FIG. Explanatory drawing (b) which shows the relative positional relationship of a chute | shoot and a casing is each shown.

This embodiment is an example applied to the expansion joint 1 arranged between the inlet 55 of the casing 51 in the vibration sieve 50 and the chute 58 as the stationary device, as in the conventional example shown in FIG. It is shown. In the present embodiment, the overall configuration of the vibration sieve 50 is not fundamentally different from the conventional example shown in FIG. 4. Therefore, the same reference numerals are given to the parts common to the conventional example, and the detailed illustration is shown in detail. The description will be omitted.

The expansion joint 1 of the present embodiment is disposed between a mounting seat 59 provided at the lower end portion of the chute 58 and a mounting seat 60 provided at the insertion port 55 in the casing 51 of the vibration sieve. This expansion joint 1 is mainly composed of a joint member 2 made of a stretchable material. Various materials can be used for the joint member 2, but chloroprene foamed rubber is optimally used to dramatically improve the durability. This chloroprene foamed rubber is generally marketed as a wet suit fabric, and is excellent in elasticity, flexibility and resilience, and is a relatively inexpensive material. In addition, it can replace with this chloroprene foam rubber, and can also use the urethane foam rubber as wet suit cloth | fabric similarly.

The joint member 2 is cut to a required length by a scissors or a cutter knife, and the upper end portion is arranged so as to cover the outer peripheral surface of the mounting seat 59 on the chute 58 side, and the lower end portion is a mounting seat on the casing 51 side. 60 is arranged so as to cover the outer circumferential surface of the joint member 2, and is pressed by the pressing band 3 from the outer peripheral side of each joint member 2. At this time, in order to prevent damage to the joint member 2 due to direct friction between the joint member 2 and the corners of the attachment seats 59 and 60 and the holding band 3, the surfaces of the attachment seats 59 and 60 and the holding band 3 are prevented. The sponge packing 4 having such a size that the corners are covered is attached in advance. Of course, the sponge packing 4 can be attached to the joint member 2 side.

In addition, a large number of L-shaped clamp bases 5 and 6 are attached to the chute 58 and the casing 51 adjacent to the attachment seats 59 and 60, respectively. And the clamp bolt 7 is attached to the front-end | tip part of each clamp stand 5 and 6 so that the axial part may be orthogonal to the outer surface of the holding | suppressing band 3. In this way, by tightening the clamp bolt 7, the holding band 3 is pressed toward the mounting seats 59, 60, whereby the joint member 2 is connected between the pressing band 3 and the mounting seats 59, 60 via the sponge packing 4. It is sandwiched between and fixed.

As shown in FIG. 2, each of the mounting seats 59 and 60 has four corner portions formed in an arc shape, and the pressing band 3 is divided at the corner portions. And the bolt insertion hole is formed in the edge part of each division | segmentation part of this holding | maintenance band 3, and when the holding | maintenance band 3 is attached, the connection bolt 8 is inserted in these bolt insertion holes, and each division | segmentation part mutually connects. It is designed to be connected.

Lmin=√{(L−(S/2)cosθ)+(S/2)sinθ}
By the way, as shown in FIG. 3B, the distance L between the lower surface of the mounting seat 59 and the upper surface of the mounting seat 60 (hereinafter referred to as “distance between mounting surfaces”) is due to the casing 51 vibrating. Although always changing, the minimum value Lmin of the distance L is given by the following equation.
Lmin = √ {(L− (S / 2) cos θ) 2 + (S / 2) sin θ} 2 }
Here, S is the vibration amplitude, and θ is the vibration direction angle with respect to the vertical line.

In this embodiment, the joint member 2 is sandwiched and fixed between the presser band 3 and the mounting seats 59, 60. At this time of attachment, the free length of the joint member 2 corresponding to the distance between the attachment surfaces is fixed. L 0 is set slightly shorter than Lmin, and the joint member 2 is pulled until the length L is reached. In this state, the pressing member 3 is pressed and fixed.

If attached in this way, even if the casing 51 vibrates during operation of the vibration sieve, the joint member 2 will always operate in a state of extending beyond the free length, and wrinkles and slack will occur in the joint member 2 There is no. According to the research of the present inventor, regardless of the material of the joint member, when the vibration device vibrates, the joint member rubs on the contraction side of the joint member, or breaks from the place where the bending or wrinkle occurs. It has become clear. Further, the joint member that has been bent when the joint member moves from the contraction side to the extension side flutters, so that excessive force is applied to shorten the life of the joint member. In the present embodiment, it is possible to solve these problems by attaching the joint member 2 as described above.

Further, according to the expansion joint 1 of the present embodiment, since both ends of the joint member 2 are pressed against the mounting seats 59 and 60 by the holding band 3 and the clamp bolt 7 that presses the holding band 3, it is conventional. Thus, there is no need to provide bolt insertion holes in the joint member and the mounting seat, etc., and it is no longer necessary to adjust the alignment of the bolt insertion holes, thereby shortening the work time at the time of attaching and replacing the joint member 2. be able to. Moreover, it is not necessary to perform a large number of drilling operations by simply performing a connecting hole drilling process on the end of the holding band 3, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process and reducing the cost.

Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, since the joint member 2 is formed of chloroprene foamed rubber, which is a wet suit fabric that is generally commercially available, the commercially available fabric can be cut and used as much as necessary. In addition, it is possible to easily cope with devices of different sizes, and it is not necessary to stock spare joint members for each size. In addition, since the joint member 2 is always fixed in a state slightly extended from the free length, there is an excellent effect that the durability of the joint member 2 can be drastically improved.

In the present embodiment, the case where the mounting seats 59 and 60 having a straight portion are applied has been described. However, there is a margin in the surrounding space, and the mounting seats 59 and 60 can be circular or elliptical. In some cases, the clamp bases 5 and 6, the clamp bolt 7 and the connecting bolt 8 are not necessary. Further, in this case, as the pressing band, a band-like one having a fastening function such as a hose band, a packing steel band, or a packing polypropylene band can be used, and the structure can be further simplified.

In this embodiment, although the thing using wet suit cloth was demonstrated as the joint member 2, if the raw material of this joint member has a stretching property, other various raw materials can be used.

In this embodiment, although the example applied to the vibration sieve was demonstrated, of course, this invention is applicable also to other vibration apparatuses other than a vibration sieve.
