Claims (4)
- 酸化亜鉛形バリスタ素子と、前記バリスタ素子の電極引出し端子に低溶融金属合金で接合され、前記バリスタ素子の異常発熱による前記低溶融金属合金の溶融時に前記電極引出し端子から切り離されるばね力を有する切離し導体と、前記バリスタ素子と前記切離し導体を位置決めして収納する筐体を有する電源用SPDにおいて、
前記切離し導体は帯板状の金属板で、前記筐体に位置決め保持される固定部と、その固定部の先端側から板厚方向に屈曲して延在する短冊状のばね部と、そのばね部の先端側からテーパ状に幅狭となって延在し、延在方向先端部分を前記バリスタ素子の最大サージ電流耐量を超えるサージ電流で溶断する断面積に設定した電流ヒューズ部と、その電流ヒューズ部の先端部分から幅広に延在して前記電極引出し端子に前記低溶融金属合金を介して面接合される端子接続部とを有することを特徴とする電源用SPD。 - 前記端子接続部は先端部分に櫛歯状に複数の位置決め突起を一体に有し、前記電極引出し端子は先端部分に、前記複数の位置決め突起に位置決め係合される係合爪を一体に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源用SPD。
- 前記端子接続部の前記複数の位置決め突起と対応する複数箇所に板厚方向に貫通させて前記低溶融金属合金が流入する接続補助孔を形成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電源用SPD。
- 前記端子接続部の前記ばね部と反対の後端部分に、前記筐体外に突出する電極端子部を一体に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電源用SPD。
