Description
以下に説明される発明の特別な特徴が、接触域での増大した圧力、および従って、ロッド表面で局所的にいわば弾性または塑性流動を達成することができるとしても、可塑性材料製の弾性ロッドの場合にはこれは不十分である:クランプ留めねじの球体を用いた特許出願WO95/01132(シュレプファ他(Schlapfer et al.))による発明;中空固定ねじの端縁を用いた特許出願DE4234118 A1(ハルムス他(Harms et al.))による発明;クランプ留めねじ上の歯付き円形プロファイルを用いた刊行済特許明細書US第5,005,562号(コトレル(Cotrel))による発明;帽子形状のクランプ留めねじ下の歯を用いた特許出願WO03/015648 A1(マッキンリ(McKinley))による発明。
ために、不連続でない位置決めが許されない。
図4は図2の断面図を示す。ここで、接触域の1つ以上の断面は、例示的な接続要素としての例示的な丸いロッド(2)の当初の断面から特定的にずれている。たとえば、ねじ(1)上の底部(5a)および充填片(3)上の頂部(5b)上に、隆起したリブが装着される。ここで、接続要素は、たとえば横方向にガイド(7)される充填片(3)を介して、例示的なクランプ留め要素としての留めねじ(4)によって圧縮される。このように変位された材料を受けるため、ねじ(1)および充填片(3)の左(6a)および右(6b)に対応の凹部が設けられ、これにより、変位した材料が凹部(6a,6b)に流入し、形状適合寄与を達成する。

Claims (10)
- 脊柱インプラントであって、接続要素(2)と、この接続要素のための各々1つの受け部、各々1つの横向きに導かれる充填片(3)および各々1つのクランプ留め要素(4)を有する複数の骨ねじ(1)とからなり、これにより、前記接続要素(2)は、ねじ頭部と充填片(3)との間で摩擦態様で前記クランプ留め要素(4)によってクランプ留めされ、
ねじ頭部上の下方受け部の区域(5a)と充填片上の上方受け部の区域(5b)とにおいて、輪郭は前記接続要素の輪郭からずれており、
上方および下方のずれは突出し(5a,5b)、横方向のずれは凹み(6a,6b)、 前記接続要素(2)は、弾性可塑性材料から作製されることを特徴とする、脊柱インプラント。 - 前記輪郭は、前記ねじ頭部および充填片上の横方向受け部の区域(6a,6b)においても前記接続要素の輪郭からずれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記輪郭からのずれは、同じ平面または異なる平面で、前記接続要素の長手方向の軸を横切る1つ以上の断面に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記輪郭からのずれは突出する(5a,5b)かまたは凹む(6a,6b)ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記輪郭からのずれは、リブ形状(5a,5b,6a,6b)であるかまたはぺグ形状(8,9)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記接続要素(2)はロッドであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記ロッドは丸いことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記接続要素(2)は、PCU(ポリカーボネートウレタン)から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記クランプ留め要素(4)は留めねじであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記充填片(3)は、保持具(10)の受け部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の脊柱インプラント。
