Claims (8)
- 閉鎖要素を備えた中性子減速材(1)を有する金属製の容器本体(2)と、放射性物質用の収容筒体(4)とこれらの収容筒体(4)間に空筒体(5)を備えている前記容器本体(2)内に設けられたバスケット(3)とから成る、熱を発生する放射性物質のための輸送兼貯蔵容器において、
少なくとも周辺の、前記容器本体(2)の内側に沿って配置された前記空筒体(5)がグラファイトを含有する前記中性子減速材(1)で充填されていることと、
前記収容筒体(4)が円形断面を有して形成されており、および前記バスケット(3)が、前記収容筒体(4)の一つが前記容器本体(2)の中央に配置され、他の収容筒体(4)が中央に配置された収容筒体(4)の周囲にわたって放射状に配置されるよう形成されていることを特徴とする輸送兼貯蔵容器。 - 前記中性子減速材(1)が加圧したグラファイトから成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の輸送兼貯蔵容器。
- 前記空筒体(5)内にある前記中性子減速材(1)が柱状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の輸送兼貯蔵容器。
- 前記空筒体(5)内にある前記中性子減速材(1)の少なくとも一部が金属被覆部(6)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の輸送兼貯蔵容器。
- 前記金属被覆部(6)が前記容器本体(2)とネジで固定されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の輸送兼貯蔵容器。
- 前記金属被覆部(6)が容器本体壁部とネジで固定された案内条片を介して、前記容器本体(2)と緊張状態で固定されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の輸送兼貯蔵容器。
- 前記金属被覆部(6)が銅材あるいは鋼材から成ることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか一つに記載の輸送兼貯蔵容器。
- 頭部側および/または脚部側の容器中空空域がグラファイトで覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の輸送兼貯蔵容器。
