【従来技術とその問題点】
設備用水中ポンプをピット内へ設置する際およびピット内から引き揚げる際には、一般に吊り下げチェーンが使用される。特に着脱装置を備えた設備用水中ポンプの場合は、吊り下げチェーンがポンプ本体に付属されているが、このポンプ本体をピット内固定部へ円滑に係着させるためには、吊り下げ時にポンプ本体が垂直ないしは僅かに前傾状に保持されていることが必要である。

従来の吊り下げチェーンは図6に示すよう、ポンプ上面60の二方に立込まれたアイボルト80a,80bに、それぞれ係留された2本のチェーン90a,90bを1本の吊り下げチェーン90cに集約して逆Y字状となし、これを手動または自動巻揚機構により昇降させる構造となっている。しかし上記2本のチェーン90a,90bを構成する個々の金属環は、一定長さに切断された金属線を環状に曲成したものであり、それぞれの仕上り寸法には若干のバラツキが生じており、従ってこれらの金属環を繋ぎ合せてなる各チェーン90a,90bの長さも多少不揃いとなるため、ポンプ本体を垂直ないしは僅かに前傾状に吊り下げることは困難であり、往々にして所望しない方向と角度に傾斜し、ピット内固定部へのポンプ本体の着脱作業に困難を来たすことがある。

また、可搬式の水中ポンプにおいては上述のようなアイボルト等はもうけられておらず、軽量ということもあって、ポンプ提手にロープを結び付けて吊り下げられることが多い。しかし従来の提手にはロープを定位置に安定させる機能がないため、吊り下げ時にポンプ重心が定まらずにポンプが予期しない方向へ傾きポンプの吊り下げバランスが崩れるたびに吊り下げロープに衝撃荷重が加わり、ロープの結束が解けたり或いはロープが切断されるとい危険性がある。

本発明の目的は、チェーン係留用のアイボルト等を必要とせず、安全かつ簡単にロープで安定よくポンプを吊り下げて昇降させることのできる、可搬式水中ポンプの吊り下げ構造を提供することにある。

本発明に係る可搬式水中ポンプの吊り下げ構造において、上縁部を握部としてその両端部より導下される脚状部分を定着部として前記握部の下方に空間部の形成される提手をポンプ上面へ定着させ、前記握部の上面から下面へ通じる複数個の透孔を配設して吊り下げ用ロープの係挿用とし、一方の透孔より導入させた吊り下げ用ロープの先端部を他方の透孔より導出させて握部上で結締する。

ポンプ吊り下げ時のバランスは、握部2における係挿用の透孔8a,8bの配設位置によって定まるので、ポンプが予期しない方向へ傾くということは完全に防止でき、吊り下げロープ9により吊り下げられたポンプを安定よく昇降させることができる。

本発明可搬式水中ポンプの吊り下げ構造によれば、チェーン係留用のアイボルト等を必要とせず、安全かつ簡単にロープで安定よくポンプを吊り下げて昇降させることができるという利点がある。
