前記マスク本体と前記耳掛け部とは、互いに別体で構成され、前記一対のシートの他側部で互いに重なり合って接合されて、前記一対のシートの他側部に沿って線状の第2接合部が形成され、
前記マスク本体と前記耳掛け部との重なり合っている部分でかつ前記第2接合部の近傍であるこれら第2接合部の間に、装着位置を確認可能にする目印部としての第3接合部が、前記マスク本体と前記耳掛け部との接合により形成されている
