【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、コークス炉のの炉枠脱着方法に関するものであって、詳しくは、特定の構造を有する炉枠固定治具およびリフター(炉蓋脱着機)を用いて、短時間で、安全かつ容易に炉枠を脱着する方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
コークス炉の炉枠は、長期間使用していると、熱により歪みが発生し、この歪みを原因として炉枠に傾斜や亀裂が生じる。これにより、ナイフエッジによるシール不良が起き、炭化室の乾溜ガスが洩れ出す虞れがある。そこで、この対策として、例えば特公昭57−47707号公報「コークス炉々蓋フレームの取替方法」に記載されたもののように、炉蓋の煉瓦面に接離可能に防熱壁を設けて、この防熱壁をコークス炉内に固定具で固定した後、炉枠を取り替えて、コークス炉を空窯にすることなく、短時間で修復するものが提案されている。
このような方法に限らず、炉枠を取り替える際には、炉頂部設置したクレーン又はレッカー車に係止した炉枠の表面から、締着用の多数本のボルトを作業者が抜き取って、天井クレーン又はレッカー車を移動させて、取り付け基台となるコークス炉の炉体から炉枠を取り外し、それをクレーン又はレッカー車により吊り出したり、新しい炉枠を運び込んで取り替えていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このように従来技術のコークス炉の炉枠の脱着にあたっては、クレーン又はレッカー車により吊り下げたまま、炉体から旧い炉枠を取り外したり、新しい炉枠を取り付ける作業が、炉枠が大重量物であったり、高温のコークス炉という悪環境下での作業となるために、作業性が悪くて、作業中に作業者が怪我や火傷をする虞れもあった。本発明はかかる事情に鑑みてなされたもので、短時間で、安全かつ容易に炉枠を取り替え可能なコークス炉の炉枠脱着方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
即ち、本発明の要旨は、コークス炉の炉蓋を取り外した後、コークス炉炉枠の炉蓋係止フックを上部及び下部から挟持する炉枠固定治具を該炉蓋係止フックに装着し、リフターを用いて該炉枠固定治具と共にコークス炉炉枠を脱着することを特徴とするコークス炉の炉枠脱着方法に存する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
図1は、本発明の炉枠固定治具の一例をコークス炉炉枠の炉蓋係止フックに装着した状態を示す斜視図、図2はリフターを用いて炉枠固定治具と共に炉枠を脱着する場合の側面図である。
通常、コークス炉炉枠は金属製の枠体であり、多数本のボルトを介して、コークス炉の燃焼室のコークス押し出し口の周辺壁に着脱可能に締着されている。炉枠の上下部の表面には、炉蓋を係止する左右一対の炉蓋係止フックが突設されている。図1に示すように、本発明の炉枠固定治具1はコークス炉炉枠の炉蓋係止フック2を上部及び下部から挟持するものである。該炉枠固定治具1はリフターのリフターフックとプッシングシリンダーロッドによって挟持されることができるような構造になっている。具体的には、例えば、フック押さえ治具1(a)及びフック支え治具1(b)からなるものを用いることができる。

本発明方法においては、まず、炉蓋を取り外し、図1に示すように炉枠3の上下部の表面に突設された炉蓋係止フック2に炉枠固定治具1を装着する。通常、フック押さえ治具1(a)を炉蓋係止フック2の凹部に設置した後、フック支え治具1(b)を炉蓋係止フックの下部から設置する。フック押さえ治具1(a)及びフック支え治具1(b)はボルト・ナット等の固着器具を用いて炉蓋係止フックを上部及び下部から挟持、固定する。フック押さえ治具1(a)及びフック支え治具1(b)は通常金属製のものが好ましい。また、図1に示したように、炉枠の上下部の表面に突設された炉蓋係止フックをそれぞれ別に挟持するものの方が軽量化および作業の容易さの面から好ましい。

次いで、図2に示すようにリフター4のリフターフック6とプッシングシリンダーロッド5を用いて、フック押さえ治具1(a)及びフック支え治具1(b)からなる炉枠固定治具1を挟持し、リフターを後退させることにより、炉枠固定治具と共に、予め炉体側との連結用のボルトが外されていた炉枠3を炉体から取り外す。また、新しい炉枠を取り付ける際には、上記と反対の手順によって実施することができる。コークス炉内に石炭が装入されている場合には、高熱を防ぐために、古い炉枠を取り外す前あるいは新しい炉枠を取り付ける前に、防熱処理を施すことが好ましい。防熱処理は、コークス炉内の石炭の前に石綿、モルタル、煉瓦等の防熱壁を設ける方法、または流動性のあるモルタルをからなるコークス炉内の石炭に吹き付けて石炭表面にモルタル層を設ける方法等が挙げられる。これにより、コークス炉を空窯にすることなく、即ちコークスを減産することなく炉枠の取り替えを行うことができる。

以上、本発明の実施の形態を説明したが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではなく、要旨を逸脱しない範囲での設計の変更があっても本発明に含まれる。例えば、実施の形態では、フック押さえ治具1(a)及びフック支え治具1(b)からなる炉枠固定治具を用いたが、これに限定しなくても、コークス炉炉枠の炉蓋係止フックを上部及び下部から挟持するものであって、リフターのリフターフック6とプッシングシリンダーロッド5によって挟持されることができるような構造であれば、どのような構造のものでもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明方法によれば、従来からコークス炉で使用されているリフターを利用して炉枠の取り替え作業を行うことができ、また、従来、炉枠1枚当たり3時間程度要していた取り替え時間を約30〜40分に短縮することができる等、短時間で、安全かつ容易に炉枠の取り替えができるので、工業上非常に有用である。
