Claims (9)
- 生化学試料を評価する装置であって、試料支持体(2)、評価回路(10)に接続される感光層(3)を持つ画像検出装置、及び試料用照明装置を有し、試料支持体(2)上に設けられる画像検出装置の感光層(3)が、2つの電極薄膜(5,6)の間にある有機半導体に基く光活性薄膜(4)を含み、これらの電極薄膜のうち光活性薄膜(4)と試料(1)との間にある電極薄膜(6)が、少なくとも部分的に透明に構成されているものにおいて、光活性薄膜(4)用の両方の電極薄膜(5,6)が、互いに交差する導体条片(7,8)から構成され、これらの導体条片(7,8)が、交差範囲において、光活性薄膜(4)に感光素子(9)を区画し、光活性薄膜(4)が、感光素子(9)の横で、両方の電極薄膜(5,6)の導体条片(7,8)の選ばれた交差範囲に、発光素子(17)を形成し、光活性薄膜(4)が、発光素子(17)の範囲に、感光素子(9)の範囲に対して異なる構造を持っていることを特徴とする、装置。
- 感光層(3)が、少なくとも部分的に透明な試料支持体(2)の試料(1)から遠い方の側に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 感光層(3)が試料支持体(2)と試料(1)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 照明装置が、少なくとも部分的に透明に構成される感光層(3)の試料(1)から遠い方の側に、発光層(11)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の装置。
- 発光層(11)が、有機半導体に基く光活性薄膜(12)を、2つの電極薄膜(13,14)の間に持ち、これらの電極薄膜のうち光活性薄膜(12)と感光層(3)との間にある電極薄膜(14)が、少なくとも部分的に透明であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 発光層(11)の光活性薄膜(12)用の両方の電極薄膜(13,14)が、互いに交差する導体条片(15,16)を持ち、これらの導体条片(15,16)が、交差範囲において、光活性薄膜(12)に発光素子(17)を区画していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 感光層(3)の光活性薄膜(4)と発光層(11)の光活性薄膜(12)が、それらの間に共通な電極薄膜を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 感光素子(9)の出力信号が、それぞれ起動される発光素子(17)の場所的状態に関係して、評価回路(10)へ読込み可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜7の1つに記載の装置。
- 感光素子(9)の出力信号が、発光素子(17)の起動に時間的に関係して、評価回路(10)へ読込み可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜8の1つに記載の装置。
