Claims (4)
- 蓄冷剤を充填した蓄冷装置内の一方の流路にLNGを流通させて蓄冷した冷熱により、前記蓄冷装置内の他方の流路に被冷却物を流通させて冷却するLNG冷熱を利用した冷却方法であって、前記蓄冷装置内を4つ以上の領域に区分し、それぞれの領域に凝固温度の異なる蓄冷剤を、LNGの流通方向に凝固点の低い蓄冷剤から順に充填し、
さらに、前記蓄冷装置の各領域の間に、LNGの気液分離器とその出側に液流量調整弁をそれぞれ設け、前記各領域間でLNGを気液分離して各領域にLNGの液のみを供給するようにし、
それぞれ充填した蓄冷剤を完全に凝固させて蓄冷し、前記凝固したそれぞれの蓄冷剤を完全に融解させて被冷却物を冷却するようにしたことを特徴とするLNG冷熱を利用した冷却方法。 - 前記蓄冷装置内を5つ以上の領域に区分し、
さらに前記蓄冷剤は、少なくともメタノール−水、メチルエチルケトン、エチレングリコール−水、メタノール−水及び水の5種類からなり、且つ、当該5種類の蓄冷剤においては、充填順序がLNGの流通方向にメタノール−水、メチルエチルケトン、エチレングリコール−水、メタノール−水、水の順であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLNG冷熱を利用した冷却方法。 - 容器内にLNG冷熱を蓄冷するための蓄冷剤と、LNG用伝熱管および被冷却物用伝熱管を収容して蓄冷領域を形成し、前記LNG用伝熱管にLNGを流通させて蓄冷剤に蓄冷した冷熱により、前記被冷却物用伝熱管に被冷却物を流通させて冷却するLNG冷熱を利用した蓄冷装置であって、前記蓄冷領域を4つ以上設け、それぞれの蓄冷領域に収容した蓄冷剤が、凝固温度の低い蓄冷剤から順に充填され、
さらに、前記蓄冷領域のそれぞれの間に、LNGの気液分離器とその出側に液流量調整弁を備え、前記蓄冷領域に、LNGの液のみを供給するようにしたことを特徴とするLNG冷熱を利用した蓄冷装置。 - 前記蓄冷装置内を5つ以上の領域に区分し、
