Description
Claims (7)
- 装着ブラケットと、
前記装着ブラケットに対して取り付けられるバーナと、
前記装着ブラケットに対して取り付けられ且つ使用時に前記バーナ内に位置されるヘッドを有するスターリングエンジンと、
前記バーナと前記スターリングエンジンとの間の環状隙間をシールするための環状シール部材と、
前記スターリングエンジンを取り囲み且つ前記シール部材を冷却するように位置される冷却材チャンネルと
を備えるスターリングエンジンアセンブリにおいて、
前記冷却材チャンネルが、その上側の面が開放された環状チャンネル部材を備え、前記環状チャンネル部材が前記装着ブラケットに固定され、それにより、前記装着ブラケットが、前記チャンネル部材をシールするとともに、当該チャンネル部材と共に前記冷却材チャンネルを形成することを特徴とするスターリングエンジンアセンブリ。 - 前記環状チャンネル部材が永久固定によって前記装着ブラケットに対して固定される、
請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記永久固定が溶融結合である、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記装着ブラケットおよび前記チャンネル部材が同じ材料から形成されている、請求項
1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記冷却材チャンネルが、その径方向の最も内側の縁部に、上方に延びる環状フランジ
を有し、当該フランジが、前記装着ブラケットの中心開口内で上方へ延びて、前記バーナと前記装着ブラケットとの間の界面をシールドする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。 - 装着ブラケットと、
前記装着ブラケットに対して取り付けられるバーナと、
前記装着ブラケットに対して取り付けられ且つ使用時に前記バーナ内に位置されるヘッドを有するスターリングエンジンと、
前記バーナと前記スターリングエンジンとの間の環状隙間をシールするための環状シール部材と、
前記スターリングエンジンを取り囲み且つ前記シール部材を冷却するように位置される冷却材チャンネルと
を備えるスターリングエンジンアセンブリにおいて、
前記冷却材チャンネルが、その径方向の最も内側の縁部に、上方に延びる環状フランジを有し、当該フランジが、前記装着ブラケットの中心開口内で上方へ延びて、前記バーナと前記装着ブラケットとの間の界面をシールドすることを特徴とするスターリングエンジンアセンブリ。 - 前記装着ブラケットおよび前記冷却材チャンネルが同じ材料から形成されている、請求
項6に記載のアセンブリ。
