Claims (10)
- 対象物の心臓内の動いている心臓構造物および血液に応答する画像を生成するための超音波装置(5)において、
心臓構造物内の少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標を検出するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標の組織速度を決定するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標の前記組織速度に基づいて、前記超音波装置(5)のパルス繰返し周波数を自動的に調整するステップ(202)とを含む方法(200)。 - 前記調整するステップが、前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標および前記解剖学的指標に関連する領域で収集される超音波データに応答する、請求項1記載の方法(200)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標が前記心臓の心尖部および前記心臓のAV平面のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標の位置情報を生成するステップと、
前記位置情報に基づいて超音波画像の深度設定(304)を調整するステップとを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法(200)。 - 前記位置情報に基づいて超音波画像の幅設定(305)を調整するステップを含む、請求項4記載の方法(200)。
- 対象物の心臓内の動いている心臓構造物および血液に応答する画像を生成するための超音波装置(5)において、
超音波を前記動いている心臓構造物および血液へと送信し、前記動いている心臓構造物および血液からの超音波後方散乱に応答して受信信号を生成するように構成されたフロントエンド(20)と、
前記心臓構造物内の少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標を検出し、前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標の組織速度を決定し、前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標の前記組織速度に基づいて、前記超音波装置(5)のパルス繰返し周波数を自動的に調整するように、前記受信信号に応答する少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(30、40、50)とを含む装置(5)。 - 前記パルス繰返し周波数を調整するとき、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(30、40、50)が、前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標および前記解剖学的指標に関連する領域で収集される超音波データに応答する、請求項6記載の装置(5)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(30、40、50)が、前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標の位置情報を生成し、
前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標の少なくとも1つに重なる前記位置情報および表示印を処理する表示プロセッサ(80)およびモニタ(90)をさらに含む、請求項6または7に記載の装置(5)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの解剖学的指標が、前記心臓の心尖部および前記心臓のAV平面のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載の装置(5)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(30、40、50)が、前記位置情報に基づいて少なくとも1つの収集パラメータを調整(202)し、
前記少なくとも1つの収集パラメータが、超音波画像の深度設定(304)、超音波画像の幅設定(305)、関連領域(ROI)の位置(306)、超音波装置のゲイン設定(308)、超音波装置の適応ゲイン設定、超音波装置の少なくとも1つの送信フォーカス位置(309)、前記超音波装置のグレースケールマッピング(310)、および3D収集領域の位置のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6乃至9のいずれかに記載の装置(5)。
