Claims (8)
- 吸引ガス流で搬送された物質を間欠的に中間貯蔵するために真空によって作用する分離容器(10)と、
前記分離容器(10)に被搬送物質を搬入する第1フォースアイソレータ(40A)と、
純粋ガスを排出する第2フォースアイソレータ(42A)と、
前記分離容器(10)を継続して秤量する秤量装置(50)と、
真空ポンプ(70)と、を含み、
前記秤量装置(50)に荷重を負荷する前記分離容器(10)は、耐真空であり、被搬送物質の吸引口(12A)を介して吸引導管(40)に耐真空状態で接続されるとともに、吸引ガスの排気のための排気口(14A)を介して真空導管(42)に耐真空状態で接続されており、
前記分離容器(10)はさらに耐真空排出手段(16)を含んでおり、
前記真空ポンプ(70)は、前記分離容器(10)からのフォースに関して分離され、また、前記真空ポンプ(70)は前記秤量装置(50)によって秤量されないように位置しており、
前記第1及び第2フォースアイソレータ(40A,42A)はほぼ同軸に延びる、ことを特徴とする、秤量装置を備えた真空搬送装置。 - 前記吸引口(12A)及び前記排気口(14A)は、反対方向に向いている、請求項1に記載の真空搬送装置。
- 前記分離容器(10)を接続するための内側支持フレーム(22)と、前記吸引導管(40)のための支持手段(28B)および前記真空導管(42)のための支持手段(28A)を有する外側支持フレーム(24)と、をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の真空搬送装置。
- 前記第1フォースアイソレータ(40A)が、前記外側支持フレーム(24)と前記分離容器(10)の前記吸引口(12A)の間に配置されているか、または、前記第2フォースアイソレータ(42A)が、前記外側支持フレーム(24)と前記分離容器(10)の前記排気口(14A)の間に配置されている、請求項3に記載の真空搬送装置。
- 前記内側及び/又は外側支持フレーム(22,24)は、ほぼU字形状に設計されている、請求項3又は4に記載の真空搬送装置。
- 前記内側及び/又は外側支持フレーム(22,24)は、U字形状のほぼ中心に位置する垂直支持体(23,25)を備えている、請求項5に記載の真空搬送装置。
- 前記秤量装置(50)は、前記内側及び外側支持フレーム(22,24)間で作用するように挿入されている、請求項3〜6のいずれか1つに記載の真空搬送装置。
- 前記秤量装置は、前記内側及び/又は外側支持フレーム(22,24)に分離可能に接続されている、請求項7に記載の真空搬送装置。
