Description

In the present invention, for example, a thin metal plate such as tin plating, galvanization, or other appropriate antirust treatment, a thin steel plate such as a stainless steel plate, or a stainless steel plate is bent along the longitudinal direction to obtain a cross-sectional shape. The present invention relates to a light cutting steel material that is formed in a U-shape and is generally called a channel bar or M bar, and relates to a cutting tool that cuts this to an arbitrary length at an arbitrary position.

Conventionally, as a means of cutting this type of light steel plate made of a thin metal plate, manual cutting is performed by pressing a blade plate having a cutting blade on the tip side against the cutting portion of the die steel material and cutting into the die steel material. There was a cutting tool for.

JP 7-328834 A JP 2004-314253 A JP 2006-25850 A

In Patent Document 1,
“A receiving blade 4 is provided on the front side of the case 1 having the grip 2 at the bottom, and the blade plate 15 is slidably supported from the inside of the case 1 toward the receiving blade 4, and the lever 24 is opened and closed repeatedly. The blade plate 15 is moved toward the receiving blade 4, and the lightweight steel material 5 held by the receiving blade 4 is cut by pressing the blade plate 15. "
A lightweight shaped steel cutting tool is shown.

In addition, in Patent Document 2,
“A cutting tool body 2 having a long grip 3 is formed with a receiving blade 4 and a shaped steel material insertion slot 5 in front of the cutting tool body 2. A cutting tool 8 is provided inside the cutting tool body 2. The blade 8 is moved forward by rotating the gear 10 and the blade 8 is advanced to cut the light-weight shaped steel M ”.
A lightweight shaped steel cutting tool is shown.

Furthermore, the patent document 3 describes that
“A first clip 1 provided with a U-shaped cutting blade 3 fitted on the bottom plate portion c of the groove member 10 and a trapezoidal cutting blade 4 facing the cutting blade 3 of the first clip 1. The groove member 10 is cut by opening and closing the opening and closing grips 5 and 6 respectively connected to the second clip 2 "
A channel cutting tool is shown.

However, among these documents, the shape steel cutting tool disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a case 1 that slides and supports the blade plate 15 as shown in FIGS. 14 is formed in a frame, and the shape insertion space 5 for holding the shape steel material A is closed by opening and closing the cover plate 6 and connecting with the pin 8 by the support piece 7. Whenever the shape steel material A is cut, the cover plate 6 is opened and closed when the shape steel material A is inserted into the shape material insertion space 5 and when the shape steel material A is taken out from the shape material insertion space 5. 7 has a structure in which a connection operation and a release operation by a pin 8 must be performed, and in order to cut the shape steel material A, the lever 24 must be repeatedly operated with respect to the grip 2. ing. Therefore, it has the subject that considerable work and time are required for the cutting process of the shaped steel material A.

Moreover, since the space for receiving a shape steel material is open in the U-shape toward the side, the shape steel material cutting tool of patent document 2 and the shape steel material cutting tool of patent document 3 are both open. A cutting structure can be quickly performed and a preferable structure is obtained in that a section steel material can be received in this space and immediately put into a cutting posture. However, all of these known tools including the cutting tool described in Patent Document 1 perform a handle expansion / contraction operation in a handle posture in a state where the opening portion is orthogonal to the shape steel material. It has a structure that must be.

Therefore, if the shape steel material to be cut has already been suspended under the ceiling of a building, etc., and the location where cutting is necessary is close to the wall surface and placed parallel to the wall surface, the tool handle When the is opened, there is a case where it cannot hit the wall surface to be in an open posture, and as a result, the section steel material may not be cut. In such a case, a situation has arisen in which cutting must be performed using a cutting tool that is a noise transmission source such as a gold cutting saw or an electric rotary saw.

Therefore, the present invention can fundamentally solve the problems of the conventional steel cutting tool of this type, and has already been hung under the ceiling of a building or other formwork. It is a shaped steel material that has been assembled and is arranged near the wall surface, that is, even if the location where cutting is necessary is close to the wall surface, it will not interfere with the wall surface, It is an object of the present invention to provide a shaped steel material cutting tool capable of performing a cutting operation in exactly the same manner as a cutting operation at a distant place.

The construction of the lightweight steel cutting tool according to the present invention taken to achieve the object will be described with reference to the reference numerals used in the examples. The cutting of the lightweight steel formed into a U-shaped cross section. A steel material receiving tool that is provided with a blade plate receiving wall 11 on one opposite side and a blade plate storage wall 12 on the other side, and is recessed in a U-shape in front view by a connecting wall 13 that connects them on one side. A steel material receiving member 1 provided with a space A, a pair of left and right operation handles 3 and 4 pivotally supported at least one by a pivot, and a pivot 21 pivotally supporting at least one of these operation handles 3 or 4; And / or the operation body 2, the blade plate 5 having the cutting blade 51 on the front end side, the rear end side of the blade plate 5, and at least one pivot 31 of the handles 3 and / or 4. tip is formed on the upper side of 41 The upper end of the use part 32 and / or 42 connected by the lower fixing pin 82, the actuating shaft 6 has a structure that moves vertically by the opening and closing operation of the handle, the actuating shaft 6, an upper shaft 61 and lower shaft 62 by the intermediate shaft 63 Yes relative rotatable form, the bushing 7 which is fixed to the operation main body 2, is pivotally supported rotating the operating shaft 6 in a movable axial circumferential direction in the axial direction, An upper bearing tube 14 that receives the lower portion of the blade body 5 is rotatably supported by the bearing tube 7, and the steel material receiving member 1 and the operation body 2 are relative to each other in the circumferential direction with the operating shaft 6 as an axis. It is set as the structure currently formed so that rotation is possible.

The requirement described in claim 2 is that the steel plate receiving member 1 in the lightweight steel cutting tool according to claim 1 is provided with two front and back wall plates 10 and 10 facing each other at a predetermined interval. The blade plate 5 is sandwiched so as to be freely retractable between the two.

As is apparent from the above configuration, the lightweight steel cutting tool of the present invention is provided between the rear end side of the blade plate provided with a cutting blade on the front end side and either one of the operation handles or one of the front end acting parts. The connected operating shaft is pivotally supported on a bearing cylinder fixed to the operation main body so as to be movable in the axial direction and rotatable in the circumferential direction of the shaft. Since it is formed so that it can rotate relative to the circumferential direction around the operating shaft, the mold steel material is arranged near the wall surface, and the mold steel material receiving member is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the mold steel material. Even in the case where the handle cannot be opened in contact with the wall surface in the posture, the handle is moved by rotating the operation body relative to the steel receiving member in the axial circumferential direction by the required angle relative to the steel receiving member. From a posture perpendicular to the wall surface to a parallel posture along the wall surface It is possible to obtain those having a remarkable effect that it is possible to perform the cutting operation spread required angle the handle without being evil wall.

As described above, the cutting tool can be used in the present invention to cut the light weight steel material in a substantially noise-free state without depending on the cutting position of the steel mold material. Even in the construction and nighttime construction, it was possible to expect the effect that the work can be continued without interruption.

In carrying out the present invention, the operation main body 2 is formed of two front and back wall plates 20 and 20 that are opposed to each other at a predetermined interval. 22, the shaft support portions 31 and 41 of the pair of left and right operation handles 3 and 4 are fixed, or one of the handles is fixed to the wall plate 20 as the fixed handle 3 or 4, and one of the other handles 4 is fixed. Alternatively, only 3 may be implemented as being pivotally supported by the pivot.

Further, when the pair of left and right operation handles 3 and 4 are pivotally supported on the wall plate 20 via the shaft support portions 31 and 41, they are operated by the tip action portions 32 and 42 formed on the respective tip sides. The present invention can be carried out by connecting the lower end of the shaft 6 with a pin 82. When only one of the latter handles is pivotally supported by a pivot, the tip of the handle Only the action portion 32 or 42 may be connected to the lower end portion of the operating shaft 6.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 8 are views showing a first embodiment of the present invention. 1 is a front view showing the entire tool when not in use, FIG. 2 is an explanatory front view showing the internal structure of the state shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a front view showing a state immediately before use with the handle fully opened. 4 is an explanatory front view showing the internal structure in the state of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the handle fully opened state in which the angle of the shape steel member receiving member is changed, and FIG. 6 is an internal structure in the state of FIG. FIG. 7 is a perspective view in a non-use state showing a state in which the angle of the shaped steel member receiving member is changed, and FIG. 8 is a perspective view for explanation showing an internal structure in the state of FIG.

The lightweight steel cutting tool shown in the first embodiment is intended for a lightweight steel material in which a thin metal plate material is bent along the longitudinal direction and the cross-sectional shape is formed in a U-shape. The present invention relates to a cutting tool used for cutting at a point. Needless to say, as shown in FIG. 9 (a), this lightweight steel material has a U-shaped cross section and the side wall f and f of the bottom wall t are left open ends. As shown in (b), as shown in (c) of the structural steel material C formed by bending the open ends of the opposite side walls f, f into a single horizontal shape further inward. In addition, naturally, the shape steel material C or the like in which the open end portions of the side walls f and f are bent into a square shape is also a target.

Thus, in the cutting tool shown in the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the structural steel material receiving member 1 is arranged at the upper portion, and below this structural steel material receiving member 1 and the operation shaft 6. The operation main body 2 to be connected is arranged, and a pair of left and right operation handles 3 and 4 are connected to the operation main body 2 via pivots 21 and 22.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the shape steel material receiving member 1 is spaced at a predetermined interval, and more specifically at an interval sufficient to hold and move a blade plate 5 to be described later. It is formed by two wall plates 10 and 10 arranged front and back. The wall plates 10 and 10 are formed by a blade plate receiving wall 11 disposed above and a blade plate storage wall 12 disposed below, and a connecting wall 13 that connects them on one side, and on the left side in FIGS. A shaped steel material receiving space A that is recessed in a U-shape when viewed from the front is provided. Further, the blade plate receiving wall 11 disposed above is formed so as to open a plurality of cut grooves g for receiving the side walls f, f in the shape steel material C toward the space A.

The operation main body 2 is also formed of two front and back wall plates 20 and 20 as seen in FIGS. 5 to 8, and shaft support portions 31 and 41 near the upper portions of the pair of left and right operation handles 3 and 4. The upper part is sandwiched and pivotally supported by pivots 21 and 22. The pair of left and right operation handles 3 and 4 are opened by the pivots 21 and 22 in directions opposite to each other as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 from a substantially parallel posture when not in use as shown in FIGS. I can do it.

The blade plate 5 has a triangular shape on the upper end side, a parallel shape from the end to the bottom, and is formed in a pentagonal shape resembling a baseball base, and the tip side edge formed in a triangular shape. A cutting blade 51 is formed on the surface.

A lower intermediate portion of the blade plate 5 and tip action portions 32 and 42 formed on the upper side of the pivot portions 31 and 41 of the handles 3 and 4 are operated by an upper fixing pin 81 and a lower fixing pin 82. It is connected by a shaft 6. As shown in FIG. 4, the operating shaft 6 is formed such that an upper shaft 61 and a lower shaft 62 are relatively rotatable by an intermediate shaft 63.

The operation main body 2 is fixed with a bearing cylinder 7 that is movable in the axial direction and is pivotally supported in the axial circumferential direction. More specifically, it is allowed to pivotally support the upper shaft receiving cylinder 14 for receiving the lower portion of the blade plate 5 relative to the bearing sleeve 7. As a result, as shown in perspective views in FIGS. It is formed so that it can move.

FIGS. 10 to 13 are views showing a second embodiment. FIGS. 10 and 11 are a front view showing a state when not in use and an explanatory front view showing an internal structure thereof, and FIGS. It is the front view which shows the state just before the use which made the handle | steering-wheel fully open, and the front view for description which shows the internal structure. This embodiment shows an embodiment in which one of the pair of left and right operation handles 3 and 4 shown in the first embodiment is a fixed handle. In this embodiment, the left handle 3 in the figure is used as a fixed handle, and is fixed by two fixing bolts 23, 23 arranged vertically on two front and back wall plates 20, 20 forming the operation body 2. Needless to say, the operating shaft 6 of this embodiment is connected to only the distal end working portion 42 of the right operating handle 4 and is configured to move up and down by the opening and closing movement operation. In other respects, the structure is the same as that shown in the first embodiment.

Although the embodiments considered to be representative of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not necessarily limited only to the structures shown in these embodiments, and has the constituent features described in the present invention. The object of the present invention can be achieved with appropriate modifications within the scope of achieving the object and having the effect.

The cutting tool for lightweight steel material according to the present invention, the steel material to be cut, which has been difficult in the past, is arranged near the wall surface, and when the handle is opened, the handle cannot be opened because it contacts the wall surface, Even in an environment where cutting work cannot be performed on the shape steel material, the opening direction of the handle can be changed to a parallel posture along the wall surface by rotating the shape steel material receiving member by the necessary angle with the operating shaft as the axis. Since the cutting work can be performed without being damaged by the wall surface, if it is provided to the market, it is highly accepted and is highly likely to be useful.
