Claims (11)
- 電池パックであって、
カソード、アノード、及びセパレータを含む電極アッセンブリと、内部に密封状態で収容された電解質とを備えてなる、矩形電池と、
前記矩形電池がポーチ状電池であり、
前記電池を受け入れるための内部空間を持つパックケースと、
前記パックケースの上端の内面と前記電池の上端との間に形成された空間部を充填する絶縁体と、及び
前記矩形電池の上端に向かって曲げられた保護回路モジュールとを備えてなり、
前記保護回路モジュールの背面が前記矩形電池の上端に面している、電池パック。 - 前記パックケースが、前記電池の側面だけを取り囲むフレーム状部材であるか、或いは、前記電池の前記側面及び下面を取り囲む箱状部材である、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記箱状パックケースが、
前記電池の前記側面を取り囲むフレームと、
前記フレームと一体成形された下プレートとを備えてなる、請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記絶縁体が、熱で溶融され、前記空間部に充填され、その後凝固されている、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記絶縁体が、プラスチック樹脂である、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記プラスチック樹脂が、融点が前記パックケースの前記上端の前記内面と前記電池の前記上端との間に配置された構成要素が変形しない温度範囲にある熱可塑性樹脂である、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記絶縁体が、前記空間部に充填された後に化学反応及び/又は物理的反応によって凝固された材料からなる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記絶縁体が、更に、前記電池の前記外面と前記パックケースの前記内面との間に形成された他の空間部を充填してなる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池パックの前記外面に貼付したパッキングラベルを更に備えてなる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記パックケースが、上部分が開放した箱状パックケースであり、
前記電池が、前記パックケースの前記側フレームの内側に挿入され、前記電池のシールされた外縁部が電池本体に向かって曲げられてなる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記パックケースが、上部分及び下部分が完全に開放したフレーム状パックケースであり、
前記フレーム状パックケースの側フレームが、電池本体と、前記電池本体に向かって曲げられた、前記電池のシールされた外縁部の曲げた部分との間に挿入されてなる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
