Description
Claims (18)
- プラスチックボトル(3)を製造するためのブロー成形機(1)であって、
バルブ(6、7)を有するバルブブロック(5)と、吹き込み空気(9)を導入し或いは排出するための吹き込みノズル(17)とが割り当てられた複数のブロー成形ステーション(2)、および、
当該ブロー成形機(1)を洗浄するための定置洗浄(CIP)システム(20)、
を備え、
前記バルブブロック(5)がCIPプロセスの中で含められ得るように前記バルブブロックが構成されていることを特徴とするブロー成形機。 - 前記バルブ(6、7)を空気圧で作動させることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブロー成形機。
- 前記バルブ(6、7)の空気圧制御ライン(47)を遮断するために前記バルブ(6、7)にCIP遮断バルブ(48)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のブロー成形機。
- 前記バルブ(6、7)が、殺菌CIP洗浄剤に耐性があるシール(45、46)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のブロー成形機。
- 殺菌CIP洗浄剤は、過酸化水素、過酢酸、アルコール、せっけん水の少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のブロー成形機。
- 前記CIP洗浄システム(20)が、
CIP剤(24)を循環させて処理するための処理ユニット(22)と、
前記バルブ(6、7)のための吹き込み空気供給ライン(12)に接続することができる前記洗浄剤(24)のためのCIP供給ライン(26)と、
前記ブロー成形ステーション(2)にて前記洗浄剤(24)を収集するための取り付け可能/取り外し可能なCIPシールキャップ(32)であって、前記洗浄剤(24)を前記処理ユニット(22)へ戻すためのCIP戻しライン(30)に接続されるCIPシールキャップ(32)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のブロー成形機。 - 前記吹き込み空気(9)を前記ブロー成形ステーション(2)にわたって分配するとともに、前記洗浄剤を収集し、収集された洗浄剤(24)を前記CIP戻しライン(30)へ導入するための媒体分配器(15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のブロー成形機。
- CIP主遮断バルブ(29)が前記CIP供給ライン(26)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のブロー成形機。
- 吹き込み空気遮断バルブ(13)が前記吹き込み空気供給ライン(12)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載のブロー成形機。
- 前記プラスチックボトル(3)はPETボトルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のブロー成形機。
- 請求項1に記載のブロー成形機(1)のCIPプロセスのための方法であって、
a)前記バルブ(6、7)と前記吹き込みノズル(17)とを含む前記ブロー成形ステーション(2)のバルブブロック(5)にCIP剤(24)を通すステップ、
を備える方法。 - b)前記バルブ(6、7)の空気圧制御ライン(47)を遮断するステップ、
を更に備え、
前記ステップb)が前記ステップa)の前に行なわれる、請求項11に記載の方法。 - c)前記洗浄剤(24)のためのCIP供給ライン(26)を前記バルブ(6、7)のための少なくとも1つの吹き込み空気供給ライン(12)に接続するステップ、
を更に備え、
前記ステップc)が前記ステップa)の前に行なわれる、請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - d)前記吹き込み空気供給ライン(12)のコンプレッサ側の部分(12a)を遮断するステップ、
を更に備え、
前記ステップd)が前記ステップa)の前に行なわれる、請求項13に記載の方法。 - e)前記バルブブロック(5)を通過する前記洗浄剤(24)を収集して、該洗浄剤(24)をCIP剤回路へ戻すステップ、
を更に備える、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - f)前記戻された洗浄剤(24)を処理して、前記処理された洗浄剤(24)を前記CIP剤回路へ供給するステップ、
を更に備える、請求項15に記載の方法。 - 滅菌洗浄剤が前記バルブブロック(5)に通される、請求項11〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記滅菌洗浄剤は、過酸化水素、過酢酸、アルコール、せっけん水の少なくとも一つである、請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
