Claims (9)
- ベニヤ剥離におけるベニヤ収率を最適化する方法であって、コンピュータ化されたベニヤ収率をシミュレートすることによる丸木の輪郭の測定を含む方法において、
前記ベニヤ収率が、少なくとも二つのベニヤ製品に対して決定され、各ベニヤ製品にそれぞれのグレードが与えられ、これらベニヤ製品のサイズとグレードとに基づいて、最高グレード収率を与える剥離軸心が決定され、
前記丸木が、これらの剥離軸心に対してセンタリングされて、剥離されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1の方法であって、前記剥離軸心は、シミュレーションを繰り返し反復することによって決定される。
- 請求項1又は2の方法であって、前記ベニヤ収率は、前記丸木における少なくとも二つの品質部分に対して決定される。
- 請求項3の方法であって、前記ベニヤ収率は、異なる品質部分に対して、それぞれ決定される。
- 請求項3の方法であって、品質部分が、木材片の情報に基づいて決定される。
- 請求項3の方法であって、品質部分が、剥離丸木の構造測定に基づいて決定される。
- 請求項6の方法であって、剥離される丸木の構造が、この丸木の端部の画像に基づいて決定される。
- 請求項6の方法であって、前記丸木の構造は、丸木の放射線透視に基づいて決定される。
- 請求項1−8のいずれか一項の方法であって、
前記剥離の最初の段階で得られるグレード部分のグレード収率が、その部分を少なくとも1つのラインに沿って半分に分割するために決定される。
