However, in the case of a paper packaging container containing a plurality of small articles-containing pouches as described above, when the purchaser takes out the pouches, it is generally necessary to open the top plate that functions as a lid. There is a problem that it takes time to take out the pouch. In addition, if the small article placed in the sachet is a confectionery, the empty sachet itself will become trash when you eat, and you will have to find and dispose of it every time. There was no effective proposal for handling.
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present invention enables a paper packaging container containing a plurality of small article-containing sachets to be taken out without opening and closing the entire face plate portion, so It is an object of the present invention to form a place for placing a small pouch with this paper packaging container, and to obtain a container for easily taking out a pouch containing small articles and serving as a place for placing an empty pouch.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
(First example)
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a paper packaging container. The paper packaging container 1 includes a box body 2 and a hanging plate 3 that is used for hanging and displaying on a hanger. 2 includes a top plate portion 4 and a bottom plate portion 5 opposed in the vertical direction of the container, a front plate portion 6 and a back plate portion 7 opposed in the longitudinal direction of the container, and two side plate portions 8 and 9 opposed in the horizontal direction of the container. It is in the form of a block having the interior as a storage space with six plate portions, and the suspension plate 3 is provided so as to stand upward from the back side of the box 2. ing.
In the first example, the paper packaging container 1 includes the box body 2 and the suspension plate 3 and is made by folding a single blank. FIG. 3 represents a blank for box-making the paper packaging container 1, and as shown in a developed state by this blank, in the box body 2, the side plate portion 8 is provided around the box body portion. The front plate portion 6, the side plate portion 9, and the back plate portion 7 are connected via the folding portion, and the adhesive margin 10 is provided on the opposite side of the back plate portion 7 from the side plate portion 9 via the folding portion. The glue margin 10 is affixed to the side plate portion 8 to form a prismatic body portion.
Further, a plate material constituting the bottom of the box body is connected to the lower side of each of the four plate portions constituting the box body portion via a folding portion, and a flap 11 is connected to the side plate portions 8 and 9 and bent. In addition, an inner bottom plate 12 is connected to the back plate portion 7 and bent so as to overlap the flap 11, and an outer bottom plate 13 connected to the front plate portion 6 is connected to the inner bottom plate 12. The outer bottom surface plate 13 is stuck to the inner bottom surface plate 12, and the bottom surface plate portion 5 is thus formed. The outer bottom plate 13 is not folded so as to cover all of the inner bottom plate 12, but as shown in FIG. 2, the outer bottom plate 13 exposes the region along the back plate 7 side of the inner bottom plate 12. The size of the face plate 13 is set.

As for the structure of the upper part of the box body 2, the flap 14 connected to the upper side of each of the side plate parts 8 and 9 via the folding part is folded down and connected to the upper side of the front plate part 6 via the folding part. The top plate 15 is formed by folding the top plate 15 so that the flaps 14 overlap. And the board | plate material of the said back board part 7 used as the back part of the box 2 is extended upwards so that it may become larger than the height dimension of the side board parts 8 and 9 and the front board part 6, The extension part is used. The adhesive margin 16 is bonded to the adhesive margin 17 which is connected and folded through a folding portion on the side opposite to the front plate portion 6 of the top plate portion 4. Further, the suspension plate 3 is connected to the glue margin 17 through a cutout portion 18 made of a perforation or the like so as to be separable. A suspension hole 19 is opened in the suspension plate 3 so that various hangers can be passed therethrough.

In the paper packaging container 1 of the present invention, a plurality of substantially flat sachets 20 in which small articles such as a small amount of confectionery are placed in the storage space of the box 2 are stored side by side as stored items inside the box. As will be described later, this small article-containing pouch 20 is provided so that it can be individually pulled out without opening and closing the entire top panel 4 of the box 2, and the small bag debris from which the small article has been taken out is provided. The device which made it easy to obtain the space for enabling it to collect | recover in the inside of the box 2 is given.
As shown in FIG. 4, first, in the first example, the plurality of small article-containing sachets 20 are arranged between the front plate portion 6 and the back plate portion 7. The juxtaposed direction is the same as the facing direction of the front plate portion 6 and the back plate portion 7. Further, the shape of the small bag 20 containing small articles is a substantially rectangular shape corresponding to the shape of the front plate portion 6, and the periphery of the small bag 20 containing small items and the inner surface of the box 2 (the top plate portion 4 and the bottom plate portion 5. And inner side surfaces of the side plate portions 8 and 9 are provided so as to be slidable without being in close contact with each other. Therefore, a plurality of small bags 20 containing small articles are provided so as to be movable in the opposing direction of the front plate portion 6 and the back plate portion 7 in a juxtaposed state.

In the first example, there is a function of pressing a small bag 20 containing small articles arranged inside the box 2 so as to move from the back plate 7 side of the box 2 toward the front plate 6 side. Yes.
As shown in the figure, the back plate 7 is surrounded by a perforation 22 having a lower end as a fold 21 and an upper portion aligned with the height of the inner surface of the top plate 4. A pressing piece 23 is provided to cut the cut perforation 22 so that the pressing piece 23 can be pushed down when necessary. When the pressing piece 23 is brought down, the pressing piece 23 comes into contact with the small article-containing sachet 20 which is an item stored inside the box located on the back plate 7 side, and a plurality of small sachets containing small articles arranged side by side. 20 is provided so as to push toward the front plate 6, and the small bag 20 containing small articles that is in the forefront in the pushing direction in the juxtaposed state (on the front plate 6) is placed on the front plate 6. The front plate 6 receives the small bag 20 containing small articles (see FIG. 6).
Further, the pressing piece 23 is composed of a small article-containing pouch 20 and a later-inserted (retrojected) small pouch waste in the storage space on the back plate 7 side by moving the small article-containing pouch toward the front plate portion side. The sachet litter collection space part 24 in which the box internal storage does not exist is formed. That is, in the storage space inside the box body 2, the sachet litter collection space 24 can be formed on the back plate 7 side by pressing the pressing piece 23, and the sachet litter collection is performed by further pushing down the pressing piece 23. The space 24 can be expanded to the front plate 6 side.

In this first example, when the pressing piece 23 is pushed down, the plurality of small article-containing pouches 20 are moved to the front plate portion 6 side, and the front-most platelet 6 received by the front plate portion 6 is moved upward. I try to pull it out. Therefore, the top plate portion 4 is provided with a take-out port 25, and the portion on the front plate portion 6 side of the top plate portion 4 which is a position corresponding to the upper side of the small article-containing pouch 20 when the front plate is in the foremost position. The outlet port 25 is provided in a state covered with a closing member 26.
The front edge position of the take-out port portion 25 is aligned with the position of the folding portion between the top plate portion 4 and the front plate portion 6. Further, the opening dimension of the take-out port 25 in the longitudinal direction of the box body is set to be substantially the same as the thickness of the small bag 20 with small articles, and is set to a dimension that does not cause any support in the extraction. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the opening dimension in the left-right direction of the box is smaller than the width of the small article-containing pouch 20, and the small article-containing pouch 20 is prevented from being inadvertently pulled out from the takeout opening 25. . Note that when the small bag 20 containing small articles is pulled out, the small bag side is deformed and pulled out, and the small bag is made of a deformable film material.

As shown in FIG. 5, the small article-containing pouch 20 is extracted in a state in which the closing member 26 is removed from the take-out port 25 and opened. And in order to make it easy for a purchaser to pick and hold the small article-containing sachet 20 positioned corresponding to the take-out port 25 with his fingertip, the center of the top plate 4 and the front plate are placed in the take-out port 25 as shown in the figure. An opening 27 that is convex toward the center of the portion 6 and into which the fingertip can be inserted is continuous. In particular, in the opening portion 27 in the front plate portion 6, the height of the small bag 20 with small articles is set in order to make it easier to apply the abdominal portion of the fingertip to the surface of the frontmost small bag 20 with small items. In the direction (box body vertical direction), it is extended downward with a certain length so as to be widely opened.
In addition, a short slit s which is vertically formed on the peripheral edge on the lower end side of the opening portion 27 of the front plate portion 6 is continuous, and the slit s is opened by pressing the small bag 20 containing small articles against the front plate portion 6. I am doing so. The front plate portion 6 is repeatedly pressed from the inner surface side, but prevents the stress concentration from occurring locally at the periphery of the opening portion 27 due to the opening of the slit s, and prevents an inadvertent tear.
The take-out port 25 is closed by the closing member 26 so that no intrusion of dust or the like occurs when goods using the paper packaging container 1 are displayed and sold, and the take-out port is provided through the cut perforation 28. 25 and the upper and lower openings 27 are continuous. When opening the takeout port 25, the cut perforation 28 is cut to remove the closing member 26.

As shown in FIG. 2, the bottom plate portion 5 of the box 2 is inserted into a portion that is exposed to the outside of the inner bottom plate 12 and that is along the folding portion between the back plate portion 7 and the bottom plate portion 5. A mouth portion 29 is provided. Since the insertion port 29 is located along the folded portion between the back plate 7 as described above, the insertion port 29 corresponds to the small bag waste collection space 24 ( (See FIGS. 4 and 6).
The insertion port portion 29 is a portion into which the small bag waste 30 from which the small articles have been taken out is inserted, and as described above, the small bag waste recovery space portion 24 is formed on the back plate portion 7 side in the storage space by the depression of the pressing piece 23. In this state, the small bag waste 30 from which the small articles have been taken out is inserted into the inside of the box body 2 through the insertion port 29, so that the small bag waste 30 can be collected in the small bag waste collection space 24.
The insertion slot 29 itself may be always open, but in this first example, the box 2 is formed so that the sachet lump collected inside is not accidentally pulled out. It is closed with a lid piece 31 that can be bent toward the inside. The lid piece 31 itself has a long U-shaped and discontinuous slit 32 in the inner bottom plate 12, and is continued at the folding portion 33 between the ends of the slit 32. 7 is a tongue piece that can be rotated in the vertical direction of the box body with the front edge portion aligned with the lower end position of 7 as a free edge, and the lid piece 31 that is once turned upward when the small bag waste 30 is inserted is folded. It has the restoring property which returns to a closed position with the restoring force of the original paper material, and prevents the insertion port part 29 from continuing an open state.
In order to make it easier to insert flat sachet scraps, the insertion slot 29 is horizontally long in the left-right direction of the box, and when opened, a horizontally long opening is formed. Since it is considered that the small bag 20 containing small articles is also located on the back plate 7 side inside the box 2 at this time and rides on the insertion port 29, the length of the insertion port 29 in the lateral direction of the box is long. The size is smaller than the width of the small bag 20 containing small articles (see FIG. 2).

In the paper packaging container 1 in the first example, when hanging and displaying, the hanging hole 19 of the hanging plate 3 is hung through a hanger. The purchaser removes the hanging plate 3 after the purchase, removes the closing member 26 that closes the take-out port 25 in the box 2, and pushes the pressing piece 23 on the back plate 7 into the inside of the box. The small bag 20 containing small articles is pushed toward the front plate 6 side. As a result, the plurality of small pouches 20 containing small articles are moved to the front plate 6 side, and the upper side of the foremost small pouch 20 containing small articles is located at the takeout opening 25, and the small articles enter from the takeout opening 25 The pouch 20 is picked and pulled out upward. The subsequent extraction of the small article-containing pouch 20 is the same, and the small article-containing pouch 20 is sent out to the front plate portion 6 side by the depression of the pressing piece 23.
In addition, by pushing down the pressing piece 23, a small bag waste collection space 24 is formed inside the box body 2 and can be expanded toward the front plate 6 according to the extraction of the small bag 20 containing small articles. Therefore, the sachet scraps 30 can be put together in the sachet scrap collection space 24 simply by inserting the sachet scraps 30 toward the inside of the box 2 from the insertion opening 29 of the bottom plate part 5.
Further, the sachet scraps 30 placed in the sachet scrap storage space portion 24 stand together with the sachets 20 containing small articles at the last position in the push-out direction when the pressing piece 23 returns to the back plate 7 side. Both the sachet 30 and the remaining sachets 20 containing small articles are stored inside the box, and when the pressing piece 23 is again pushed down, the pressing piece 23 comes into contact with the box internal storage which is the sachet 30. This is pushed toward the front plate part 6 side, and the entire box internal storage moves to the front plate part 6 side, so that the small article which is the foremost among the rest on the front plate part 6 side. The entering sachet 20 comes to a position corresponding to the takeout opening 25.

In the present invention, the box internal contents are moved toward the front plate portion 6 by the pressing piece 23 being pushed down, and the foremost small article-containing pouch 20 received by the front plate portion 6 is taken out from the outlet portion 25. The sachet waste collection space 24 can be formed by the pressing piece 23 being pushed down, and the sachet waste 30 can be put into the sachet waste collection space 24 through the insertion port 29. When the sachet scrap 30 placed in the portion 24 is pushed down as the stored item inside the box together with the small article-containing sachet when the pressing piece 23 is brought down again, it moves toward the front plate 6 side. Good. Therefore, the paper packaging container 1 of the present invention is not limited to the first example. Other examples will be described below.

(Second example)
A second example is shown in FIGS. In the paper container 1 of the second example, the suspension plate 3 is connected to the adhesive margin 16 at the upper portion of the back plate portion 7 via the cut portion 18, and the top plate portion 4 via the folding portion. The glue margin 17 that is connected and folded is pasted. Other configurations are the same as those in the first example.

(Third example)
A third example is shown in FIGS. In the paper packaging container 1 of this third example, the height of the back plate 7 is the same as the height of the front plate 6 and the left and right side plates 8, 9, and the back plate 7 The suspension plate 3 is connected to the upper side of the top plate 4 via the cut-out portion 18, and the insertion flap 34 is connected to the side opposite to the front plate 6 side of the top plate 4 via the folding portion, When making a box, the insertion flap 34 is inserted along the upper inner surface side of the back plate 7.
In this third example, the position where the pressing piece 23 is provided is lowered downward so that the insertion flap 34 inserted along the inner surface of the back plate 7 and the pressing piece 23 do not interfere with each other. Other configurations are the same as those in the above-described example.

(Fourth example)
In each example described above, the take-out port 25 is provided on the upper side of the box and the insertion port 29 is provided on the lower side of the box. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. Other examples are shown below.
A fourth example is shown in FIGS. In the fourth example, the takeout port 25 in the second example is positioned on the lower side of the box, and the insertion port 29 in the second example is positioned on the upper side of the box. As shown in the blank of FIG. 13, in the paper packaging container 1 of the fourth example, the adhesive margin 17 is connected to the side opposite to the front plate portion 6 side of the top plate portion 4 via the folding portion. The upper part of the rear plate part 7 extends upward, and the height dimension of the rear plate part 7 is the height dimension of the other front plate part 6 and the left and right side plate parts 8 and 9. It is set larger. The extended portion of the back plate portion 7 is used as a glue margin 16, and the glue margin 17 on the top plate portion 4 side is bonded to the glue margin 16. Further, the suspension plate 3 is connected to the upper side of the adhesive margin 16 through a cutout portion 18 so as to be separable.
Further, on the lower side of the box body 2, a takeout port 25 is provided along the connecting portion of the outer bottom plate 13 connected to the front plate 6 with the front plate 6. 25 is connected to an opening portion 27 located in the front plate portion 6 and is connected to a convex opening portion 27 toward the center of the outer bottom plate 13 so that it can be separated by a cut perforation 28. The outlet 26 and the two opening portions 27 are closed by the member 26.
In this way, the configuration in which the take-out port portion 25 and the two opening portions 27 are provided from the bottom plate portion 5 to the front plate portion 6 is the take-out port from the top plate portion 4 to the front plate portion 6 in the first example. The configuration in which the portion 25 and the two opening portions 27 are provided is reversed and applied to the front plate portion 6 from the bottom plate portion 5. The inner bottom plate 12 has a shape that does not block the extraction port 25 and the opening 27 on the outer bottom plate 13 side.
Further, in the back plate portion 7, a substantially U-shaped cut perforation 22 having a connecting portion (folded portion) between the back plate portion 7 and the inner bottom plate 12 at the lower end position, and the cut perforation 22 There is a pressing piece 23 that is surrounded by a folding portion 21 that connects the end portions of the back plate portion 7 where the end portions are located, and the pressing piece 23 is folded down toward the inside of the box. In the same manner as in the above-described example, the box internal contents are moved to the front plate portion 6 side, the foremost small article-containing sachet 20 is pressed against the front plate portion 6, and the sachet waste collecting space portion 24 is formed. This is also the same as the above example. That is, since the positions of the extraction port 25 and the insertion port 29 in the second example are upside down in the fourth example, the configuration of the back plate 7 in this example is also the first example. It is assumed that the configuration of the back plate portion 7 is upside down.
Therefore, in the paper packaging container 1 of the fourth example, as shown in FIG. 15, the small bag 20 containing small articles is extracted from the lower side of the box, and the small bag 30 is inserted from the upper side of the box.

(Fifth example)
A fifth example is shown in FIGS. The fifth example is a modification of the fourth example described above, in which the suspension plate 3 is detachably connected to the upper side of the adhesive margin 17 on the top plate portion 4 side via a cutout portion 18. Other configurations are the same as those in the fourth example.

(Sixth example)
A sixth example is shown in FIGS. In the sixth example, the structure of the box upper part side of the fourth and fifth examples is slightly changed, and the upper part of the front plate part 6 extends upward. Thus, the hanging plate 3 is formed by the extended portion. Further, the top plate portion 4 is connected to the back plate portion 7 via a folding portion, and is inserted so as to have a lid piece 31 that aligns the front edge at the folding portion position between the back plate portion 7 and the top plate portion 4. A mouth portion 29 is provided at a position on the back plate portion 7 side of the top plate portion 4, and a central portion of the cover piece 31 is extended to the back plate portion 7 side with a projecting ridge. The first opening and closing operation is designed to be easy to perform while holding it by hand. Further, an insertion flap 34 is connected to the other side of the top surface plate portion 4 via a folding portion, and the insertion flap 34 is inserted toward the inside of the box along the front plate portion 6 during box making.

(Seventh example)
In each of the above examples, the suspension plate 3 is provided, but a configuration without the suspension plate is also possible.
This example is shown as a seventh example and is shown in FIGS. That is, in the seventh example, there is a slight change in the structure of the upper part of the box in the sixth example, and it overlaps with the flap 14 that is connected to the side plate parts 8 and 9 and folded. The top plate 4 is configured by folding the inner top plate 36 connected to the back plate 7 and folding and bonding the outer top plate 35 connected to the front plate 6. The insertion port 29 from the inner top plate 36 to the back plate 7 is the same as the configuration of the insertion port 29 in the sixth example.
Thus, the box-type paper packaging container 1 having no hanging plate is used, but the other functions are the same as in the above example.
