Claims (11)
- ケーシング(3)内に形成された軸受ハウジング(2)に収容するための外レースと、軸(4)で支承されるための内レースとをもつ軸受(1)を有する軸受アセンブリであって、
前記軸受ハウジング(2)内への組立前に、前記軸受(1)の外レース上に取り付けられる保持板(6)を有し、
該保持板(6)は、この保持板(6)に対向する前記ケーシング(3)の壁面内または壁面上に設けられた締結手段(9)と組になるための締結手段(7)を備え、
前記保持板(6)の円形状の内周縁上に形成され、かつ前記軸受(1)の外レースの円形状の肩部(20)の軸方向面(22)に対する組立力に応じて塑性変形する、プレス作用による緩い締付けの固定縁部(17)によって、前記保持板(6)が取り付けられて、前記保持板(6)が前記軸受(1)の外レースに対して回転可能であるように前記軸受(1)の外レースの前記肩部(20)に形成された円形状の溝(21)に係合し、
前記軸受(1)は、前記軸受ハウジング(2)内に形成された肩部(5)と衝合して、前記軸受(1)の、前記ケーシング(3)から外方に向かう第1軸方向への変位が防止されるように前記軸受ハウジング(2)内に収容され、かつ、前記保持板(6)は、前記軸受(1)の、前記第1軸方向とは反対方向の第2軸方向への変位が防止されるように前記軸受(1)の外レース上に取り付けられることを特徴とする軸受アセンブリ。 - 前記保持板(6)は、前記軸受(1)の外レースに対し相対的な回転のため取り付けられる請求項1に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記固定縁部(17)は、前記保持板(6)の内周縁上の間隔を置いた部分にのみ形成する請求項1または2に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記間隔を置いた部分の総周長は、前記内周縁の円周の10%と30%の間である請求項1、2または3に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 締結工具が構成要素と前記保持板(6)の間で操作できない程度に前記保持板と近接して前記構成要素が取り付けられているところの軸(4)を組み合わせたものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記軸受(1)がこの軸受ハウジング(2)に一旦はめ込まれると、ケーシング(3)および前記構成要素が、締結工具の保持板(6)への作用を妨げるように、ケーシング(3)内に形成された軸受ハウジング(2)を組み合わせたものである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記締結手段(9)は、前記ケーシング(3)に形成された貫通孔(8)を通して前記保持板(6)のボス内に嵌めこまれるねじを有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記締結手段(9)は、保持板(6)を所定の方向に角度的に整列させるため、ともに作用する請求項7に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記保持板(6)は、更に、前記軸受アセンブリの他の構成要素の位置決めまたは保持を行うための位置決め素子または保持素子を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- ギヤボックスと組み合わせる請求項9に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも一つの更なる位置決め素子が、ギヤチェンジ支持ロッドの一端を収容する穴または凹部である請求項10に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
