Claims (3)
- 底板、側壁及び蓋板を含む筐体、前記筐体内部に組み込まれた複数の端子板、及び前記複数の端子板を相互に接続するバイパスダイオードを含む太陽電池パネル用端子ボックスにおいて、前記蓋板がプラスチック樹脂部材及び金属部材から形成されていること、及び前記金属部材が前記プラスチック樹脂部材中に完全に埋め込まれるように金属部材の周囲がプラスチック樹脂部材に包囲されていることを特徴とする太陽電池パネル用端子ボックス。
- 蓋板の筐体内部に面する面とバイパスダイオードの間に封止材が充填され、前記封止材が前記蓋板の筐体内部に面する面に接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル用端子ボックス。
- 蓋板の筐体内部に面する面とバイパスダイオードの間に封止材が充填され、前記封止材が前記封止材と前記蓋板の筐体内部に面する面の間に空気層が存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル用端子ボックス。
