Claims (16)
- 加熱ブロック(11)を形成するために組み立てられるいくつかの加熱要素(12)と、前記加熱要素(12)を制御し、前記加熱ブロック(11)と共に構造ユニットを形成する制御手段(4)と、前記制御手段(4)と前記加熱ブロック(11)との間に延在する接触要素および/または冷却要素(18;37)とを備えた、特に自動車用の補助的加熱装置としての電気加熱装置であって、
前記制御手段(4)は制御手段支持体(20)に保持され、前記制御手段支持体(20)と前記加熱ブロック(11)を収容する加熱ブロック筐体(1)との間には、前記接触要素および/または前記冷却要素(18;37)が貫通して突出するとともに前記制御手段支持体(20)と前記加熱ブロック筐体(1)との間でクランプされることにより封止される封止要素(41)が設けられ、
前記封止要素(41)は、半径方向クランプにより、前記接点要素または冷却要素(18;37)の周面にそれぞれ接触することを特徴とする電気加熱装置。 - 前記制御手段支持体(20)および/または前記加熱ブロック筐体(1)は、前記接点要素または冷却要素(18;37)用の通路(24)をそれぞれ囲む前記封止要素(41)用の円錐状取付部(26)を含み、前記封止要素(41)は、前記取付部(26)の内側周面と、前記接点要素または冷却要素(18;37)の外側周面のそれぞれにおいて気密接触するために、前記加熱ブロック筐体(1)と前記制御手段支持体(20)との間に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記封止要素(41)は一体型の封止ユニット(3)を形成するために互いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記封止要素(41)はベース部(40)により互いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記ベース部(40)は、前記加熱ブロック筐体(1)と前記制御手段支持体(20)との間の前記通路(24)の端部で気密状態でクランプされることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記円錐状の取付部(26)は突出するカラー(25)により囲まれることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記封止要素(41)は、互いに円錐状の段となるように配置された前記接触要素および/または前記冷却要素(18;37)の縦方向に順々に配置されたいくつかの気密接触面(44)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記気密接触面(44)は、順々に配置された封止ビード(43)により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記加熱ブロック筐体(1)は、前記ベース部の接触面を形成するクロスウェブ(46)により覆われた前記加熱ブロック筐体(1)の側面に、前記加熱ブロック(11)と前記制御ユニット(4)との間に前記冷却要素用の窓開口(16)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記クロスウェブ(46)は前記ベース部(40)用の実質的に平面の接触面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記クロスウェブ(46)は、前記ベース部(40)において具現化された心合わせ突出部(42)が受け入れられる心合わせ台(47)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項9または請求項10に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記心合わせ台(47)は前記冷却要素および/または接点要素(18;37)用の前記通路(48)を囲むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記制御手段支持体(20)は、前記加熱装置の供給と制御用のための少なくとも一つのインタフェース(29;31)を含む筐体蓋(22)を含む制御手段筐体(2)の一部であり、電子スイッチ(36)において実質的にそこから直角に突出する冷却要素(31)を有するプリント回路基板(34)を囲み、前記加熱ブロック筐体(1)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記筐体蓋(22)は、前記プリント回路基板(34)および前記インタフェース(30b)の少なくとも一つに電気的に接続されるとともに前記プリント回路基板(34)上に配置される接触ロッド(32)を含み、前記プリント回路基板(34)は、前記接点要素(18)と協働する柔軟な舌片部(35)を含み、前記制御手段筐体(2)は、前記封止要素(41)をクランプする一方で、前記通路(24)内に前記冷却要素および/または接点要素(18;37)を導入することにより前記加熱ブロック筐体(1)に取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記制御手段支持体(20)は前記加熱ブロック筐体(1)と共にロックされることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱装置。
- 前記封止要素(41)は、耐熱弾性材、特にはEPOMまたはシリコンで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱装置。
