(3)前記N−アシルグリシンのエステルが、N−カプリロイルグリシンのエステルであることを特徴とする、(1)又は(2)に記載の乳化剤形の皮膚外用剤。
(4)前記水酸化レシチンの含有量が、0.1〜1質量%であることを特徴とする、(1)〜(3)の何れかに記載の乳化剤形の皮膚外用剤。

更に好ましいものとしては、硬化菜種油が例示できる。ここで、前記硬化菜種油とは、ナノハナ科ナノハナの種子より、抽出或いは圧搾などにより得られる菜種油を触媒の存在下水素添加し得られたものであり、沃素価が45〜15、より好ましくは40〜20のものである。これは沃素価が下限値を下回っても、上回っても、後記リン脂質との相互作用による、肌の柔軟化作用が減じ、効果が充分でない場合が存するためである。この様な硬化菜種油としては、既に市販されているものが存し、この様な市販品を購入し、利用することが出来る。好ましい市販品としては、例えば、「菜種硬化油HR−35」(横関油脂工業株式会社製)等が例示できる。かかる成分は、後記リン脂質とともに働いて、乳化剤形の化粧料に於いて、かかる化粧料を使用することにより、その使用後、肌の柔軟性を向上させる作用を有する。この肌の柔軟性を向上せしめる作用は、AXIOM社製の「ヴィーナストロン」(Venustron)による計測値として把握することが出来る。この測定機器は、プローブからある一定の周波数(Hz)を出し、物体に接触した時の周波数の差Δfで柔らかさを評価する。具体的には、柔らかいものに触れると周波数が低くなるのでΔfがマイナスに、硬いもの触れると周波数が高くなるのでΔfがプラスになる。即ち、処置後の測定値から処置前の測定値を減じた値が負の値であって、その絶対値が大きいほど、肌の柔軟性が向上したと鑑別できる。この様な効果の閾値としては、−3が好ましく、より好ましくは、−3.5が例示できる。この様な効果を奏するためには、本発明の化粧料に於いては、前記硬化菜種油は、化粧料全量に対して、1〜10質量%含有させることが好ましく、より好ましくは、2〜8質量%である。これは少なすぎると前記効果を奏さない場合が存し、多すぎても効果が頭打ちになり、処方の自由度を損なう場合が存するためである。かかる成分を前記N−アシルアミノ酸のエステルとともに用いることにより、硬化菜種油を角層内に移行させて、柔軟性付与効果を持続させることが出来る皮膚外用剤とすることが出来る。 More preferable examples include hardened rapeseed oil.
