Wiring ducts are often provided. A fixture provided with such a wiring duct is described in, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3, and is well known.
JP 2005-102740 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-155557 JP 2001-299459 A

The patent documents 1 to 3 describe that a wiring tray for receiving a wiring cable or the like is formed in the wiring duct by laying a wiring tray between the front and rear supports in the wiring duct. .
However, since all of the above wiring trays are fixedly provided at predetermined positions in the wiring duct, the height of the wiring tray can be changed when the wiring height in the wiring duct is changed according to the application. Cannot be easily changed.

Also, when the amount of wiring increases or when you want to divide the wiring cables by type, it is necessary to add a separate wiring tray, which is cumbersome and increases costs and man-hours. is there.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described conventional problems. The height of the wiring tray can be easily changed according to the use, and the wiring amount can be easily increased. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wiring duct tray device adapted to meet the above requirements.

According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.
(1) In a wiring duct tray device for placing wiring or the like in the wiring duct, it is oriented in the left-right direction by being laid between a pair of support bodies provided in the wiring duct of the fixture so as to be separated from each other in the front-rear direction A generally H-shaped cross-section in side view, in which a pair of upward facing pieces facing upward and a pair of downward facing pieces that are shorter than the upward facing pieces are connected to both front and rear ends of a horizontal mounting plate. The lower surface of the mounting plate or the lower end of the front and rear downward pieces is supported by the two supporting pieces on the supporting piece protruding inward from the inner side surfaces of the two supporting bodies. It is possible to select and place either the first usage pattern or the second usage pattern in which the lower end of the front and rear upward pieces is supported by the both support pieces by turning the wiring tray upside down. So that it can be placed on

(2) In the above item (1), the front and rear downward pieces are provided slightly outward from the connecting portions of the two upward pieces, and the upper end portion outer surface of the front and rear upward pieces of the wiring tray disposed below is provided By bringing the upper end of the upper piece of the lower wiring tray into contact with the lower surface of the mounting board of the upper wiring tray so that the upper side of the lower wiring tray is brought into sliding contact with or close to the inner surface of the lower wiring tray. A plurality of wiring trays can be stacked vertically.

(3) In the above item (1) or (2), drop-off pieces extending in both the upper and lower directions are provided on the left and right ends of the mounting plate of the wiring tray.

(4) In the above item (3), a notch for leading the wiring cable to the side is provided in a part of the retaining piece.

(5) In any one of the above items (1) to (4), a plurality of small holes are formed in the mounting plate of the wiring tray.

According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the lower end of the wiring tray mounting plate or the lower end of the downward piece is supported by the support piece of the wiring duct, and the upper end of the upper part of the wiring tray is supported by the first usage pattern. If it is set as the 2nd usage form supported by a piece, the height of the mounting board in a wiring duct will become high, and if a wiring tray is reversed from this state, on the contrary, the mounting board in a wiring duct The height of becomes lower. Therefore, the height of the mounting plate can be changed very easily by simply flipping the wiring tray up and down.
Moreover, since the upward piece and the downward piece are connected to both front and rear ends of the placement plate, the wiring cable placed on the placement plate does not fall in any of the above usage forms.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the outer side surface of the upwardly facing piece of the wiring tray disposed at the lower side is brought into sliding contact with or close to the inner side surface of the downwardly directed piece of the wiring tray disposed at the upper side, so By stacking, the upper and lower wiring trays can be stacked in a stable state without moving in the front-rear direction. Therefore, since the wiring cables and the like can be placed on the upper and lower wiring trays, it is possible to easily cope with the case where the amount of wiring is increased or when it is desired to divide the wiring cables by type.
In addition, by turning the upper and lower wiring trays upside down, it is possible to easily change the height of the wiring mounting portion at each stage.

According to invention of Claim 3, even if the wiring cable mounted in the mounting board is pulled in the left-right direction, the outlet attached to it contacts the inner surface of the retaining piece, Since it does not move, it is possible to prevent the outlet or the like from falling from the placement plate, and it is possible to place the wiring cable on the wiring tray in a stable state.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the wiring cable placed on the placing plate can be pulled out to the outside of the wiring tray through the notch portion of the retaining piece, the wiring work can be easily performed.

According to invention of Claim 5, the heat | fever of a wiring cable, an electrical outlet, etc. can be easily discharged | emitted outside through the small hole provided in the mounting board of a wiring tray, for example.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a table to which the wiring duct tray device of the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is an enlarged vertical side view taken along line II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of the wiring duct tray device. is there. In FIGS. 1 and 3, the description will be made with the diagonally right front side as the front.

In FIG. 1, the table 1 includes two rectangular top plates 2, 2 arranged in front and rear, and legs 3, 3 that support the lower surfaces of the left and right ends of each top plate 2.

Between the opposing surfaces of the front and rear top plates 2 and 2, openings 5A for wiring wiring cords such as OA equipment in a wiring duct 4 described later are formed continuously in the left-right direction. Flat cover members 6 and 6 made of synthetic resin or the like are attached to the opening 5A.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cover member 6 has a pair of front and rear support shafts 8 and 8 supported on the upper ends of the left and right support brackets 7, and an engagement groove 9 at the opposite end rotates in the vertical direction. It is movably and detachably engaged and attached. The left and right support brackets 7 are fixed to the left and right ends of the wiring duct 4 by mounting screws 10 and 10.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the wiring duct 4 includes a pair of supports 4 a and 4 a that are spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction so as to form an opening that communicates with the opening 5 </ b> A in the vertical direction. Have. Each support 4a is attached to the left and right legs 3 by fixing the inwardly bent pieces 4d and 4d at the left and right ends thereof to the upper inner surfaces of the left and right legs 3 with mounting screws 11 and 11, respectively. .

Each support 4a has an inward horizontal upper piece 4b at the upper end edge, and a lower end edge that faces inward, and the inner end is bent upward in an outward U shape. 4c is provided. A wiring placement portion S is formed in the wiring duct 4 by placing a plurality of wiring trays 12 to be described later on the supporting pieces 4c, 4c before and after the both supports 4a.

FIG. 4 is an external perspective view of the wiring tray 12 alone. The wiring tray 12 is made of a hard synthetic resin material and has a rectangular horizontal mounting plate 13 that is long in the left-right direction. A large number of small holes 14 penetrating in the vertical direction are formed in the mounting plate 13. The small hole 14 is for facilitating the discharge of heat from a wiring cable, an outlet, or the like.

The wiring tray 12 is formed in an upward U-shape in a side view by connecting a pair of front and rear upward pieces 15, 15 at the front and rear ends of the mounting plate 13. A pair of short front and rear downward pieces 16, 16 are connected to both ends of the mounting plate 13 slightly outward from the upward pieces 15.

The vertical dimension of the upward pieces 15 and 15 from the mounting plate 13 is sufficiently larger (about 5 times in the embodiment) than the vertical dimension of the downward pieces 16 and 16. Further, the front-rear width W1 between the outer surfaces of the downward facing pieces 16, 16 is equal to or slightly smaller than the front-rear width W2 between the opposing surfaces of the front and rear supports 4a, 4a in the wiring duct 4. . Therefore, the wiring tray 12 is stored between the support bodies 4 a and 4 a before and after the wiring duct 4.

Furthermore, the front-rear width W3 between the opposing surfaces of the downward pieces 16, 16 is formed to be slightly larger than the front-rear width W4 between the front and rear outer surfaces of the upward piece 15. Therefore, the lower wirings in the state where the upper end portions of the upward pieces 15 and 15 of the wiring tray 12 are in sliding contact with or close to the inner side surfaces of the downward pieces 16 and 16 of the same shape of the wiring tray 12 disposed above the wiring tray 12. The upper ends of the upward pieces 15, 15 of the tray 12 can be brought into contact with the lower surface of the mounting plate 13 of the upper wiring tray 12, and the upper and lower wiring trays 12 can be stacked up and down.

As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of wiring trays 12 may be arranged in the left-right direction in the wiring duct 4, so that the left-right dimension is formed smaller than the length of the wiring duct 4 in the left-right direction.

At both the left and right ends of the mounting plate 13, dropping stoppers 17 extending in both the upper and lower directions are connected. On the upper and lower portions of the retaining piece 17, a notch 18 is provided for leading out the wiring cable 20 to the side by notching a part thereof toward the mounting plate 13.

The wiring tray 12 can be accommodated obliquely between the front and rear supports 4a, 4a from the lower opening or the opening 5A between the front and rear top plates 2, and the mounting plate on the wiring tray 12 can be accommodated. The lower surface of 13 is placed on the upper surface of the support piece 4c and set horizontally. In this state, the wiring placement portion S is formed in the wiring duct 4.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, for example, a wiring cable 20 to which an outlet 19 is attached is placed on the wiring mounting portion S, and the other end side of the wiring cable 20 connected to a power source or the like passes through the notch portion 18. It is pulled out to the outside of the wiring tray 12. Therefore, even if an object is caught on the wiring cable 20 and the outlet 19 is pulled outward together with the wiring cable 20, the outlet 19 is caught on the inner surface of the stopper piece 17, so that it does not fall from the wiring tray 12.

The above is the basic usage pattern of the wiring tray 12, but the wiring tray 12 can be used in the usage pattern described in, for example, the following (1) and (2) depending on the application.

(1) When it is desired to increase the amount of wiring or to classify the wiring cables 20 or the like, the wiring trays 12 are stacked up and down to form a multi-stage, and the outlets 19 and the like are arranged together with the wiring cables 20 on each wiring tray 12. To do. FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show examples in which the wiring trays 12 are stacked one above the other and formed in two upper and lower stages, and the wiring cables 20 with the outlets 19 are placed on the wiring trays 12 at each stage. Yes.

(2) When it is desired to increase the height of the wiring placement section S in the wiring duct 4, the upper and lower wiring trays 12 are turned upside down as shown in FIG. 5 from the usage pattern shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The lower end of the upper piece 15 of the lower wiring tray 12 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the support piece 7, and the lower end of the upper piece 15 of the upper wiring tray 12 is placed on the upper surface of the mounting plate 13 of the lower wiring tray 12. Make contact.

When it is desired to reduce the height of the wiring placement portion S from this usage pattern, the upper and lower wiring trays 12 may be reversed again to return to the usage state shown in FIGS.
Thus, the height of each wiring tray 12 can be easily changed by simply turning it upside down.
In the above usage pattern, an example in which the two-stage wiring placement portion S is formed by the upper and lower two wiring trays 12 has been described, but two or more wiring trays 12 may be used in an overlapping manner.
Further, only one height may be changed by inverting one wiring tray 12.
In the form of use shown in FIG. 2, the lower surface of the mounting plate 13 of the wiring tray 12 is supported by the upper surfaces of the upward bent portions of the two support pieces 4c. You may make it support the lower end with the upper surface of the horizontal part of the outer side of the support piece 4c.
