Description
100の機央部側に配設した一次ドライガスシール9と一次ドライガスシール9よりも軸受5側に配設した二次ドライガスシール10とを有している。
Claims (4)
- 機内側から作動ガスの漏れを防止する一次ドライガスシール手段と、この一次ドライガスシール手段のバックアップである二次ドライガスシール手段とを有する多段の遠心圧縮機において、前記一次ドライガスシール手段と二次ドライガスシール手段との間にこれら一次,二次ドライガスシール手段から漏洩したガスをフレア側に導くシールガスラインを設け、このシールガスラインはオリフィスとチェックバルブと、このオリフィスとチェックバルブ間に設けたアキュムレータとを有し、このアキュムレータはフレア側からチェックバルブ側へ逆流した漏洩ガスを吸収するものであって、逆圧の増加によりチェックバルブが閉じるときにこのチェックバルブが完全に閉じる前にフレア側からの漏洩ガスの逆流を吸収して、前記一次及び二次ドライガスシール手段へフレア側から漏洩ガスが流入するのを防止することを特徴とする遠心圧縮機。
- 前記遠心圧縮機が、同一の軸に複数の遠心羽根車を取り付けた一軸多段形の圧縮機であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 多段の遠心圧縮機に用いられ、機内からの漏洩ガスを機外に導くドライガスシールシステムにおいて、機内に配置したドライシール手段と、このドライシール手段から漏洩した漏洩ガスを導く流路と、この流路の下流側に連続して配置した2個の流量計と、この2個の流量計の下流側に配置した絞り手段と、この絞り手段の下流側に配置したアキュムレータと、このアキュムレータの下流側に配置した逆止弁とを有し、このアキュムレータは機外側からチェックバルブ側へ逆流した漏洩ガスを吸収するものであって、逆圧の増加によりチェックバルブが閉じるときにこのチェックバルブが完全に閉じる前に機外側からの漏洩ガスの逆流を吸収して、機内に配置した前記ドライシール手段へ機外側から漏洩ガスが流入するのを防止することを特徴とするドライガスシールシステム。
- 前記絞り手段はオリフィスであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のドライガスシールシステム。
