Description

【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to a rubber composition for shoes and a rubber component for shoes, which are used for a shoe using a woven fabric dyed with a disperse dye or the like which easily shifts in color for a shoe upper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When white rubber parts were used for shoe uppers dyed with disperse dyes, the dyes turned around and moved to the surface of the tape, bottom, etc., making the appearance unsightly and reducing the quality. In such a case, the shoe upper must be changed to another material that does not transfer color, and there is a problem that the material of the upper is limited. In addition, there may be a color shift with time, causing a problem in quality.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and provides a rubber composition for shoes and a rubber part for shoes which do not cause a color shift even when used for an upper dyed with a disperse dye.
[0004]
[Means for solving the problems]
The rubber composition for shoes of the present invention is characterized by blending 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of activated carbon and 10 to 70 parts by weight of titanium oxide with respect to 100 parts by weight of the rubber component.
[0005]
Shoe rubber component of the present invention is a shoe rubber parts consisting of lower layer and the upper layer, 0.1 parts by weight of 10 to 70 parts by weight of activated carbon titanium oxide relative to 100 parts by weight of the rubber component, and carbon A rubber composition containing 10 to 100 parts by weight of black is used as a lower layer, and a light rubber composition is used as an upper layer.
[0006]
The rubber component used in the present invention may be natural rubber, synthetic rubber or a blend thereof. The synthetic rubber is not particularly limited, but styrene-butadiene rubber is often used in footwear. The activated carbon preferably has a strong adsorptive power, and in order to improve dispersion, fine powder may be used as a master batch and kneaded with rubber.
[0007]
The rubber composition for shoes of the present invention is characterized in that it is vulcanized in contact with a fabric dyed with a dye that easily shifts in color. Disperse dyes are representative of dyes that easily undergo color transfer, and are used when dyeing polyester fibers. Therefore, the fabric is effective for colored polyester.
[0008]
