【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、固形状油中水系化粧料に関し、具体的には、アイシャドウ、頬紅、ファンデーション等の固形状油中水系化粧料に関する。特に本発明は、目元、頬等の皮膚に塗布したときにみずみずしい、さっぱりとした良好な使用感が得られ、なおかつ、塗布後の皮膚の乾燥、粉っぽい感触といった不快感がなく、さらに、化粧効果の持続性に優れ、保存安定性に優れる化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
油性固形化粧料は付着力、耐水性、被覆力に優れることから口紅、アイシャドウ、アイライナー、頬紅、ファンデーション等に広く使用されている。一般に油性固形化粧料は、液状、半固形、固形油からなる油性基剤、または、液状油をゲル化剤によって固化させた油性基剤に顔料が分散されてなる。

しかし、従来の油性基剤主体の油性固形化粧料は、べたつき感や油っぽさを感じる等の欠点があった。そこで、みずみずしい、さっぱりとした良好な使用感を得るために、水を配合した固形状油中水系化粧料が開発されている。(特許2996410号公報、特許2665473号公報等)しかしながら、べたつき感や油っぽさはなくなったものの、皮膚が乾燥し、粉っぽい使用感となるという問題があった。また、化粧効果の持続性が悪くなり、さらに、多量の水を配合すると安定性が悪くなるとい欠点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的は、目元、頬等の皮膚に塗布したときにみずみずしい良好な使用感が得られ、なおかつ、塗布後の皮膚の乾燥、粉っぽい感触といった不快感がなく、さらに、化粧効果の持続性に優れ、保存安定性に優れる固形状油中水系化粧料を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは上記課題を解決するために鋭意研究を行った結果、特定の液状油と、キャンデリラワックスと、水素添加ホホバエステルを含有することにより上記課題が解決されることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本発明は、液状油分、固形状油分、水、界面活性剤、粉体を含有する固形状油中水系化粧料であって、前記液状油分として少なくともシリコーン油を含み、前記固形状油分としてキャンデリラワックス及び水素添加ホホバエステルを含有してなる固形状油中水系化粧料である。

本発明において前記シリコーン油は揮発性のシリコーン油であることが好ましい。キャンデリラワックスの樹脂分含有量は10質量%以下であることが好ましい。水素添加ホホバエステルは融点45〜70℃の水素添加ホホバエステルであることが好ましい。界面活性剤は部分架橋型ポリエーテル変性オルガノポリシロキサンであることが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態について詳述する。

本発明において用いられる液状油分は、少なくともシリコーン油が含まれる。シリコーン油としては、化粧料に配合できるシリコーン油であれば特に制限されない。シリコーン油の例を挙げれば、例えば、ジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、ジフェニルポリシロキサン等の鎖状ポリシロキサン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、ドデカメチルシクロヘキサンシロキサン等の環状ポリシロキサン;アミノ変性ポリシロキサン、ポリエーテル変性ポリシロキサン、アルキル変性ポリシロキサン、フッ素変性ポリシロキサン等の変性ポリシロキサン等が挙げられる。シリコーン油は、一種または二種以上を任意に選択して用いることができる。

本発明においては、シリコーン油のうち揮発性のシリコーン油を用いることが好ましい。揮発性のシリコーン油の配合により、さっぱりとした良好な使用感が効果的に得られ、また化粧効果の持続性に優れた固形状油中水系化粧料が得られる。揮発性のシリコーン油の例としては、前記シリコーン油の例示の中に含まれているが、改めて示せば、例えば重合度2〜5の以下に示す直鎖状ポリシロキサン、すなわちジアルキルポリシロキサン(アルキル基の炭素数は1〜5程度)、ジアリールポリシロキサン(アリール基の炭素数は6〜10程度)、アルキルアリールポリシロキサン(アルキル基、アリール基の炭素数は前記と同じ)等が挙げられる。さらに、重合度4〜6の以下に示す環状ポリシロキサン、すなわち環状ジアルキルポリシロキサン(アルキル基の炭素数は1〜5程度)、環状ジアリールポリシロキサン(アリール基の炭素数は6〜10程度)、環状アルキルアリールポリシロキサン(アルキル基、アリール基の炭素数は前記と同じ)等が挙げられる。

前記直鎖状ポリシロキサンの具体例は、ジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルエチルポリシロキサン、ジエチルポリシロキサン、ジプロピルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、エチルフェニルポリシロキサン、ジフェニルポリシロキサン等である。また、環状ポリシロキサンの具体例は、前記オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、ドデカメチルシクロヘキサンシロキサン等である。揮発性のシリコーン油は、一種または二種以上を任意に選択して用いることができる。

本発明のシリコーン油は、市販品を用いることが可能であり、市販品の例としては、例えば、ジメチルポリシロキサンである、KF96A−1cs(沸点153℃)、KF96A−1.5cs(沸点190℃)、KF96A−6cs、KF96A−10cs、KF96A−20cs、KF96A−100cs等、環状ポリシロキサンである、KF994(沸点175℃)、KF995(沸点210℃)等、メチルフェニルポリシロキサンである、KF56、KF53、KF54(以上、全て信越化学工業株式会社製)等が挙げられる。

本発明においては、液状油分の全てがシリコーン油であっても構わないが、シリコーン油以外の液状油分を配合することができる。本発明におけるシリコーン油以外の液状油分としては、通常化粧料に用いられる液状油分であれば特に制限されない。液状油分の例を挙げれば、例えば、サフラワー油、大豆油、ブドウ種子油、ゴマ油、小麦胚芽油、アボガド油、オリーブ油、ヒマシ油、マカデミアナッツ油、メドフォーム油等の植物性油、ミンク油、タートル油、液状ラノリン等の動物性油、流動パラフィン、スクワラン、重質流動イソパラフィン、ポリブテン等の炭化水素類、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、イソステアリン酸イソプロピル、ラノリン脂肪酸イソプロピル等の低級アルコールの脂肪酸エステル、イソノナン酸2−エチルヘキシル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、オレイン酸オクチルドデシル、2-エチルヘキサン酸セチル、2−エチルヘキサン酸イソセチル、イソステアリン酸イソステアリル等の高級アルコールの脂肪酸エステル、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリル、乳酸セチル等の高級アルコールのオキシ酸エステル、トリカプリル酸グリセリル、トリ−2−エチルヘキサン酸グリセリル、トリイソステアリン酸グリセリル、トリ(カプリル・カプリン酸)グリセリン、ジカプリル酸プロピレングリコール、ジ(カプリル・カプリン酸)プロピレングリコール、ジイソステアリン酸プロピレングリコール、ジ−2−エチルヘキサン酸ネオペンチルグリコール等の多価アルコールの脂肪酸エステル、オレイン酸、エルカ酸、リノール酸、イソステアリン酸等の高級脂肪酸、オレイルアルコール、イソステアリルアルコール等の高級アルコール類、パーフルオロポリエーテル、パーフルオロカーボン等のフッ素油等が挙げられる。シリコーン油以外の液状油分は、1種または2種以上が任意に選択されて配合することができる。

本発明に用いられるシリコーン油を含めた総液状油分の含有量は、固形状油中水系化粧料全量中10〜70質量%が好ましく、15〜60質量%の範囲が特に好ましい。液状油分をこの範囲で含有することにより、本発明の目的をよく達成することができる。本発明においてはシリコーン油を液状油分中50質量%以上含有することが好ましい。

本発明においては、キャンデリラワックス中に存在する樹脂分を少なくしたキャンデリラワックスであると、より化粧効果の持続性に優れるようになり、また、保存安定性もさらに優れるようになるため、好ましい。樹脂分はキャンデリラワックス中10質量%以下の存在に押えることが好ましい。さらに好ましくは、5質量%以下、特に2質量%以下が好ましい。下限は0であることが好ましいが、0.1質量%が実際的である。本発明においては、さらに、キャンデリラワックス中に存在する、遊離アルコール、遊離脂肪酸の含有量を押えるとさらによい。遊離アルコール、遊離脂肪酸は、それぞれキャンデリラワックス中10質量%以下に押えることが好ましい。

本発明に用いられる水素添加ホホバエステルは、ホホバ油を水素添加し、ホホバ油中の炭素炭素間二重結合(以下、単に二重結合という。)の一部または全部を飽和結合にしたものである。水素添加ホホバエステルには、水素添加の度合により、二重結合を残した水素添加物である部分水素添加ホホバエステル、及び完全に二重結合が飽和された完全水素添加ホホバエステルが存在する。また、水素添加ホホバエステルは水素添加の度合により融点が変化し、水素添加率が高くなる程融点が上昇する。本発明においては、水素添加率が高い水素添加ホホバエステル好ましく、好ましくは融点が45℃以上になる迄水素添加された水素添加ホホバエステルである。さらに好ましくは、50℃以上であり、特に完全水素添加ホホバエステルが好ましく、その融点は66〜70℃である。融点が45℃以上である水素添加ホホバエステルを配合すると、本発明の目的をよく達成することができ、みずみずしい、さっぱりとした良好な使用感が得られ、なおかつ、塗布後の皮膚の乾燥、粉っぽい感触といった不快感がない固形状油中水系化粧料が得られる。好ましく用いられる融点が45℃以上である水素添加ホホバエステルは、水素添加ホホバエステルのうち30質量%以上配合されれば添加効果が発揮される。さらに、50質量%以上配合されることが好ましい。80質量%以上配合されることがさらに好ましい。全てが、融点が45℃以上である水素添加ホホバエステルであることが最も好ましい。
