Description
70重量部のフライアッシュと、30重量部の砕砂からなる細骨材と、8重量部のセメントと、1.5重量部の生石灰を混合し、これに水を添加しながら約9mmの粒径に造粒し、セメントを固化させて、14日後の強度を測定すると2.97N/mm2となり、ポーラスコンクリートとして十分な強度となった。
Claims (5)
- 主原料のフライアッシュと、セメントとを含む原料混合物が造粒、固化されてなるポーラスコンクリート用の骨材であって、
50重量%以上のフライアッシュを含み、さらにフライアッシュとセメントに加えて細骨材を含み、この細骨材は、天然石を破砕してなる砕砂であって、その含有量が20重量%ないし40重量%であり、さらにセメントの含有量は15重量%以下であって、原料混合物が5mmないし50mmの平均粒径に造粒状態で固化されてなるポーラスコンクリート用の骨材。 - 0ないし5重量%の生石灰を含有する請求項1に記載されるポーラスコンクリート用の骨材。
- 骨材を空隙を有する状態にバインダで結合してなるポーラスコンクリートであって、
骨材が、主原料のフライアッシュと、セメントとを含む原料混合物を5mmないし50mmの平均粒径に造粒、固化してなる粗骨材を含有し、
さらに、この骨材は、50重量%以上のフライアッシュを含み、さらにフライアッシュとセメントに加えて細骨材を含み、この細骨材は、天然石を破砕してなる砕砂であって、その含有量が20重量%ないし40重量%であり、さらにセメントの含有量は15重量%以下であるポーラスコンクリート。 - 前記骨材が0ないし5重量%の生石灰を含有する請求項3に記載されるポーラスコンクリート。
- 前記骨材を結合するバインダがセメントモルタルである請求項3に記載されるポーラスコンクリート。
