化防止剤または/及び銅害防止剤を加え、これに架橋触媒を加えて架橋成形することを特
徴とする再生ポリエチレンを用いた成形物の製造方法である。

120℃老化試験後のTS算後のTS残率、TE残率がそれぞれ80%以上、65%以上のものを○、未満のものを×とした。また、135℃老化試験後のTS算後のTS残率、TE残率ともに75〜125%のものを○、それ以外のものを×とした。
この結果、ゲル分率20%以上を○、それ以下を×とした。
Claims (5)
- 酸化防止剤と銅害防止剤が加えられた架橋ポリエチレンを、超臨界アルコールによって処理してそのシロキサン結合を分解して再生ポリエチレンとし、この再生ポリエチレンを用いて、再度架橋ポリエチレンを成形する再生ポリエチレンを用いた成形物の製造方法において、上記再生ポリエチレンに、酸化防止剤または/及び銅害防止剤を加え、これに架橋触媒を加えて架橋成形することを特徴とする再生ポリエチレンを用いた成形物の製造方法。
- 再生ポリエチレン100重量部に酸化防止剤と銅害防止剤、架橋触媒をそれぞれ0.03重量部以上加えた請求項1記載の再生ポリエチレンを用いた成形物の製造方法。
- バージンのポリエチレン100重量部に、酸化防止剤、銅害防止剤、架橋触媒をそれぞれ1重量部以上加えてマスタバッチとし、上記再生ポリエチレン80〜100重量部に、上記マスタバッチを20〜3重量部加えた請求項1記載の再生ポリエチレンを用いた成形物の製造方法。
- 再生ポリエチレン20〜95重量部に対し、バージンのポリエチレンを80〜5重量部加えたものを再生ポリエチレンとし、これに酸化防止剤と銅害防止剤と架橋触媒とを加えた請求項1または2に記載の再生ポリエチレンを用いた成形物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかの製造方法により得られた再生ポリエチレンを用いた成形物を、導体に押出被覆したことを特徴とする再生ポリエチレンを用いた電線・ケーブルの製造方法。
