Description

The present invention is a door holding device for holding a folding door such as a double fold or a three fold in a folded state, or for holding a door such as a foldable door or a single door on a fixing member such as a door pocket. About.

Conventionally, the present applicant has already proposed the one described in Patent Document 1 as a door holding device of this type. 9 and 10 schematically show a similar door holding device. FIG. 9 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a half-folded state of a double-folded door using a conventional door holding device, and FIG. 10 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a folded state of the double-folded door.

Such a door holding device is attached to both doors 1 and 2 in order to hold the folded door in a folded state. Specifically, an L-shaped hook 200 attached to the second door 2 and an apparatus main body 100 attached to the first door 1 are provided. The tip of the hook 200 is provided with a latch 201 that pivots in the vertical direction and is urged upward by a spring (not shown), and the apparatus body 100 has a latch receiver for locking the latch 201 as shown in FIG. 101 is provided. When the release lever 102 rotates clockwise in the figure in the folded state of the doors 1 and 2 shown in FIG. 10, the release lever 102 presses the latch 201 and latches downward against the biasing force of the spring. 201 is rotated. When the latching state of the latch 201 and the latch receiver 101 is released by the rotation of the latch 201, the second door 2 is separated from the first door 1 by an auto swing hinge (not shown).
JP 2005-314971 A

When constructing such a door holding device, the device main body 100 and the hook 200 are attached to the first and second doors 1 and 2, respectively, but whether or not the latch 201 is locked to the latch receiver 101 is determined. It is difficult to confirm visually. Therefore, regarding the relative vertical positional relationship between the apparatus main body 100 and the latch 201, the operation is confirmed by actually folding both the doors 1 and 2 after each attachment.

However, for example, when the attachment position of the hook 200 is just below the lower limit, the locking depth between the latch 201 and the latch receiver 101 is shallow. In this case, since the folded state of the doors 1 and 2 is maintained in the operation check at the construction stage as described above, it is grasped until the locking depth between the latch 201 and the latch receiver 101 is shallow. I can't. Therefore, if the second door 2 is displaced downward relative to the first door 1 due to secular change or vibration after the construction, it is not intended. As a result, the latching state of the latch 201 and the latch receiver 101 is released and the second door 2 moves away from the first door 1. Accordingly, in the construction stage, the attachment work is carefully performed while paying attention to the relative vertical positional relationship between the apparatus main body 100 and the hook 200 so that the latching depth between the latch 201 and the latch receiver 101 becomes a certain level or more. Need to do. This means that a high mounting accuracy is required for the mounting of the apparatus main body 100 and the hook 200, which is a heavy burden on the operator.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and by expanding the allowable range for the positional deviation of the door after construction, the door holding state after construction is prevented from being unintentionally released, and the mounting work burden is reduced. It is an object of the present invention to provide a door holding device that can be reduced.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and a door holding device according to the present invention includes a locked tool attached to one door to hold the folding door in a folded state, and the other. And a device main body having a locking portion that locks the locked device. The device main body has a locking portion with respect to the locking portion. A locking reference surface is provided at a predetermined position in the locking depth direction, which is a direction in which the depth of locking the locked tool is shallow, and the locked tool is locked in the locking portion. The locking depth direction position with respect to one door is configured to be movable in the locking depth direction with respect to the one door so that the position in the locking depth direction with respect to the one door is variable. By being biased to one side in the vertical direction, when the locking portion locks the locked tool, the locked tool comes into contact with the locking reference surface, It is configured so that the position of the locked tool in the locking depth direction relative to the locking portion is determined, and the locked tool can contact the device body over a predetermined range in the locking depth direction. And the other side in the locking depth direction against the urging of the locked tool to the one side in the locking depth direction with the relative approaching operation of the one door to the other door. A guide cam surface that guides to the locking reference surface while being moved to is provided.

In the door holding device having such a configuration, the doors are folded by the locked tool attached to one door being locked by the locking portion of the device main body attached to the other door. It becomes a state. At that time, the locked member can be brought into contact with the guide cam surface of the apparatus body over a predetermined range in the locking depth direction, so that one door is temporarily locked to the other door after construction. Even if the position is relatively displaced in the depth direction, the locked tool can contact the guide cam surface. Since the locked tool is configured to be movable in the locking depth direction, when one door approaches relatively to the other door, the locked tool is moved along with the approaching operation. Is guided to the locking reference surface while moving on the guide cam surface, and the locked tool is securely locked to the locking portion of the apparatus main body by contacting the locking reference surface.

In particular, the locking depth direction is the vertical direction, and the locked tool is movably attached in the vertical direction and is biased downward by its own weight. The guide cam surface is preferably extended obliquely downward.

According to this configuration, since the locking depth direction is the vertical direction and the locked tool is movably attached in the vertical direction and is biased downward by its own weight, the locked tool is moved downward. There is no need for a separate urging means for urging. In addition, since the guide cam surface extends obliquely downward from the front end of the locking reference surface in the apparatus body, the locked tool that comes into contact with the guide cam surface during the approaching operation itself The guide cam surface is moved obliquely upward against its own weight and smoothly contacts the locking reference surface.

Further, the door holding device according to the present invention includes a locking tool attached to one of the door and the fixing member and the locked object attached to the other to hold the door on a fixing member such as a door pocket. A device for holding a door including a device main body having a locking portion for locking the tool, the device main body having a depth at which the locking portion locks the locked tool with respect to the locking portion. A locking reference surface is provided at a predetermined position in the locking depth direction, which is a direction in which the depth of the locking member is shallow, and the locked tool is engaged with one of the door and the fixing member in the locked state with the locking portion. It is configured to be movable in the locking depth direction with respect to one of the door and the fixed member so that the position in the locking depth direction is variable, and the locking depth so as to contact the locking reference surface. When the latching part is biased to one side in the vertical direction and the latching part latches the latched tool, the latched part comes into contact with the latching reference surface, whereby the latching part Further, the position of the locked tool in the locking depth direction is determined, and the locked tool can contact the device body over a predetermined range in the locking depth direction. As the door approaches the fixing member, the locking reference surface is moved while the locked tool is moved to the other side in the locking depth direction against the biasing to the one side in the locking depth direction. A guide cam surface for guiding the head is provided.

As described above, the door holding device according to the present invention can be used as long as it is within the range in which the locked tool can come into contact with the guide cam surface even if the door is displaced in the locking depth direction after construction. The locking tool is guided to the locking reference surface by the guide cam surface and is securely locked to the locking portion. Therefore, the allowable range for the positional deviation of the door after construction is expanded as compared with the conventional one, the installation work burden at the construction stage is reduced, and the holding state of the door is released unintentionally after construction. Is prevented.

Hereinafter, a door holding device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view in which a door holding device according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for a double-folded door, showing a fully-closed state (expanded state) of the double-folded door, and FIGS. ) Is a plan view schematically showing the operation of the double-folded door, FIG. 3 is a partial sectional view showing the half-folded state of the double-folded door, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a partial sectional view showing the folded state of the double-folded door, and FIG. 6 is a front view showing the main part of the door holding device.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the first door 1 is attached to the door frame so as to rotate (open / close) in the horizontal direction about the vertical direction by an auto swing hinge 3 and is biased to the closing side. Yes. Further, the second door 2 is attached to the first door 1 via the auto swing hinge 4 so as to turn in the same horizontal direction, and is separated from the closed side, that is, the first door 1 by the auto swing hinge 4. It is biased in the deployment direction. The first door 1 and the second door 2 are fire doors, and are usually stored in the door pocket 6 in a folded state as shown in FIG. ing. When the release 7 receives a signal from the control panel or the like and releases the holding of the second door 2 in the event of a fire, the first and second doors 1 and 2 are moved by the auto swing hinge 3 as shown in FIG. It turns to the closing side with the folded state. When the first door 1 is fully closed as shown in FIG. 2C, the first door 1 is locked (held) to the door frame, while the first door 1 and the second door 2. 2 is released, and the second door 2 is rotated to the closing side by the auto swing hinge 4 as shown in FIG.

The door holding device in the present embodiment is for holding the first door 1 and the second door 2 in a folded state, and the device main body 10 attached to the upper front portion of the first door 1; A hook 11 as a locked tool attached to the upper front portion of the second door 2 is provided, and when the apparatus main body 10 locks the hook 11, the folded state of both doors 1 and 2 is maintained.

If it demonstrates in detail, referring FIG. 3 thru | or FIG. 6, the hook 11 will be attached to the 2nd door 2 via the plate 12 as an attachment member. As shown in FIG. 6, the plate 12 is formed with a long hole 13 extending vertically in the vertical direction, and the plate 12 is screwed to the second door 2 so that the position of the plate 12 can be adjusted in the vertical direction. . 3 to 6 show a state in which the long hole 13 is attached in the vicinity of the substantially vertical center, but it is needless to say that it may be attached on the upper side or the lower side of the long hole 13 in the construction stage.

The hook 11 attached to the plate 12 is an L-shaped plate, which is formed by bending a sheet metal, for example, and superimposed on the front surface of the plate 12 for attachment to the plate 12, and the vertical plate It is comprised from the horizontal plate-shaped part 15 extended horizontally from the upper end of the part 14 to the front side. A long hole 16 penetrating in the vertical direction is formed in the vertical plate-like portion 14, and a pin 17 protruding forward from the front surface of the plate 12 passes through the long hole 16. When the pin 17 relatively moves up and down the long hole 16, the hook 11 can slide up and down by the vertical stroke of the long hole 16 with the front surface of the plate 12 as the reference surface for sliding. Normally, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the pin 17 is positioned at the upper end of the long hole 16 due to the weight of the hook 11 itself, and the hook 11 is positioned at the lowermost side. The tip of the pin 17 is a large-diameter head, and a washer 18 is interposed between the head and the vertical plate-like portion 14.

A latch support portion 19 is formed at the upper front end of the horizontal plate-like portion 15, and a base end portion of the latch 20 is supported on the latch support portion 19 so as to be rotatable up and down. The latch 20 is arranged so that the tip thereof faces rearward, that is, toward the second door 2, and is attached in a direction (counterclockwise in FIG. 3) by the spring 21 serving as a biasing means. It is energized. Normally, the base 20 of the latch 20 abuts against the upper surface of the horizontal plate-like portion 15 to prevent the latch 20 from rotating further forward, and the latch 20 is inclined rearward as shown in FIG. Stops in an upright position.

On the other hand, the apparatus main body 10 includes a frame body 30 and a cover body 31 that covers the front side of the frame body 30. The cover body 31 is shown by a two-dot chain line in FIGS. 3 to 5, and an opening (reference numeral 31a in FIG. 1) into which the latch 20 can be inserted is formed on the front surface. Further, the frame body 30 is composed of a plurality of members made of sheet metal, and is positioned at the front upper portion, a latch receiver 32 as a locking portion that locks the latch 20 at the lower end thereof, and the latch receiver 32 latches the latch 20. And a positioning member 40 for reliably locking the.

The positioning member 40 includes a horizontal locking reference surface 41 located below and behind the latch receiver 32, and a guide cam extending obliquely downward from the front end (tip) of the locking reference surface 41 toward the front side. Surface 42. The guide cam surface 42 is located below the latch receiver 32 and is formed as an inclined surface. When the second door 2 further approaches the first door 1 from the state of FIG. The lower surface of the horizontal plate-like portion 15 of the hook 11 abuts, and then the horizontal plate-like portion 15 of the hook 11 is guided to the locking reference surface 41 while sliding on the guide cam surface 42 as shown in FIG. Go. Since the hook 11 tends to move downward due to its own weight, the lower surface of the horizontal plate-like portion 15 of the hook 11 abuts against the locking reference surface 41 as it moves from the guide cam surface 42 to the locking reference surface 41. Thus, the vertical position of the hook 11 is determined, and the latch 20 is reliably locked by the latch receiver 32 as shown in FIG.

In addition, an L-shaped release lever 34 is supported on the frame 30 so as to be rotatable up and down, like the L-shaped engagement lever 33. The engagement lever 33 and the release lever 34 are disposed so as to be displaced from each other in the left-right direction. In FIGS. 3 to 5, the engagement lever 33 is located on the back side and the release lever 34 is located on the near side. The engaging lever 33 is for locking the first door 1 to the door frame, and is normally urged counterclockwise in the figure by a spring as urging means (not shown). When the doors 1 and 2 are fully closed, the upper arm portion 33a protruding upward from the frame body 30 engages with a recess (not shown) of the fixing member of the door frame, so that the first door 1 becomes the door frame. Locked. And when returning the 1st and 2nd doors 1 and 2 from the fully closed state to the door pocket 6, if the 2nd door 2 is rotated 180 degree | times toward the 1st door 1, the horizontal of the hook 11 will be shown. The plate-like part 15 is inserted from the opening 31a of the cover body 31, and the horizontal plate-like part 15 of the hook 11 pushes the lower arm part 33b of the engagement lever 33 rearward as shown in FIG. The arm 33a on the upper side of the engaging lever 33 is sunk downward by rotating clockwise. When the upper arm portion 33a of the engagement lever 33 sinks downward, the engagement with the door frame is released. In the state where the horizontal plate-like portion 15 of the hook 11 has entered the cover body 31, the release lever 34 is pushed by the door frame and is rotated clockwise as compared with the state shown in FIG. The latch 20 is pushed downward by the lower arm 34b. And if the 1st door 1 leaves | separates from a door frame by rotating the 1st door 1 toward the door pocket 6, the cancellation | release lever 20 will immediately rotate counterclockwise, and it will be like FIG. The upper arm 34 a protrudes upward and the latch 20 is locked to the latch receiver 32. Therefore, both doors 1 and 2 can be returned to the door pocket 6 in a folded state. It should be noted that the tip of the screw 35 penetrating the latch receiver 32 forward and backward is in contact with the lower arm portion 33b of the engagement lever 33 to prevent further rotation of the engagement lever 33. Thus, the amount by which the upper arm portion 33a of the engaging lever 33 protrudes can be adjusted.

Further, the release lever 34 is for releasing the latch 20 from the latch receiver 32, and the upper arm 34a as shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. It is urged clockwise or counterclockwise so as to be in a neutral state protruding upward from 30. When the first door 1 is fully closed as shown in FIG. 2C, the upper arm portion 34a of the release lever 34 is pushed against the door frame, and the release lever 34 rotates clockwise. The lower arm portion 34 b pushes down the latch 20, whereby the latch 20 is released from the latch receiver 32 and the second door 2 can be separated from the first door 1.

The door holding device configured as described above attaches the hook 11 to the second door 2 via the plate 12 as described above. At the time of the construction, as shown in FIG. The height of the plate 12 is adjusted and attached to the second door 2 so that the hook 11 comes into contact with, for example, the vicinity of the center of the guide cam surface 42 of the apparatus main body 10 in a state where the hook 11 is located at the lowermost side by its own weight. However, even if the position of the hook 11 is shifted up and down, the hook 11 only needs to abut on the guide cam surface 42, so that the mounting accuracy at the construction stage may be rough. Therefore, the attachment work can be performed easily.

Further, even if the second door 2 is displaced downward after construction, the hook 11 slides on the guide cam surface 42 as long as the hook 11 is in a range where the hook 11 contacts the guide cam surface 42. Specifically, since the height is determined by being guided by the locking reference surface 41, the latch 20 is securely locked to the latch receiver 32 without the locking depth becoming shallow. On the contrary, even if the first door 1 is displaced downward, the latch 20 is similarly locked to the latch receiver 32 as long as the hook 11 is within the range where it abuts against the guide cam surface 42. That is, the locking reference surface 41 is positioned at a predetermined height with respect to the latch receiver 32, the hook 11 is brought into contact with the locking reference surface 41, the height of the hook 11 is determined, and the latch receiver 32 is fixed. Since the latch 20 is configured to be locked, a certain locking depth is always ensured. Thus, even if the first and second doors 1 and 2 are displaced in the vertical direction due to secular change and vibration after the construction, if the hook 11 comes into contact with the guide cam surface 42, the locking reference surface 41. Therefore, the tolerance of the device against the displacement of the door is large. Therefore, the latching depth between the latch 20 and the latch receiver 32 at the construction stage is shallow, so that the second door 2 is prevented from being unintentionally separated from the first door 1 after construction. Reliable operation is ensured.

In particular, since the guide cam surface 42 is an inclined surface extending from the locking reference surface 41, there is an advantage that the guide cam surface 42 and the locking reference surface 41 can be easily formed integrally. The hook 11 can be smoothly guided to the stop reference surface 41.

In addition, if a roller is provided at the tip of the hook 11, it can move on the guide cam surface 42 more smoothly.

Further, since the hook 11 is urged downward by its own weight, a separate urging means such as a spring is unnecessary, the apparatus can be simplified, and the cost is low.

In the present embodiment, the hook 11 is biased downward, but it may be biased upward. In this case, the guide cam surface 42 is also configured so that the hook 11 comes into contact with the lower side as an inclined surface that extends obliquely upward, for example, and the hook 11 also comes into contact with the locking reference surface 41 from the lower side.

Further, although the guide cam surface 42 is an inclined surface, it may be a curved surface curved in a convex shape or a concave shape.

Further, although the hook 11 is attached to the second door 2 via the plate 12, it may be attached directly without using the plate 12.

Furthermore, although the case where the latching depth direction of the latch 20 and the latch receiver 32 is an up-down direction was demonstrated, the latching depth direction may be a left-right direction.

Moreover, although the apparatus main body 10 was attached to the 1st door 1 and the hook 11 was attached to the 2nd door 2, respectively, you may attach reversely.

Needless to say, the door holding device can be used for a tri-fold door as shown in FIG. In the three-fold door, a third door 50 is further attached to the second door 2 via an auto swing hinge 51. For example, the front upper part of the first door 1 and the front upper part of the second door 2 are provided. The apparatus main body 10 is attached to each, and the hooks 11 are attached to the front upper part and the rear upper part of the third door 50, respectively.

Moreover, although the structure for hold | maintaining a foldable door in a folding state as a door holding | maintenance apparatus was demonstrated, it is not restricted to this, For example, it can apply also to the release 7 as mentioned above. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, as shown in FIG. 8, a hook 61 (locked tool) is attached to the door 60 via a plate 12 as described above with the door 60 as a fire door. The hook 61 can be moved in a predetermined range in the vertical direction by the same configuration as the above, while the device main body 62 for locking the hook 61 is attached to the door pocket 6. An engagement hole 63 is formed at the tip of the hook 61, and a latch 64 (locking portion) that engages with the engagement hole 63 of the hook 61 is provided in the apparatus main body 10. In addition, the location which attaches | subjects the same code | symbol as what was shown in FIG. 3 about the details of hook 61 grade | etc., Is the same structure. The latch 64 is configured to rotate up and down, and is biased clockwise in the drawing by a biasing means (not shown). The hook 61 abuts against the taper surface 64a of the latch 64, whereby the latch 64 is indicated by a two-dot chain line. As shown in the figure, the latch 64 is slightly pivoted upward so that the latch 64 can automatically engage with the engagement hole 63 of the hook 61. The apparatus main body 62 is provided with a locking reference surface 65 below the latch 64, and a front guide cam surface 66 extending obliquely downward is extended in front of the latch 64. The hook 61 is in contact with the guide cam surface 66. Later, it slides up on the guide cam surface 66 against its own weight and is guided to the locking reference surface 65.

Thus, the present invention can be applied to various types of door holding devices, and can be applied to a configuration in which the door is held by a fixing member such as a door frame other than the door pocket 6. The design of the stop portion can be changed as appropriate.
