Claims (24)
- 1つまたは複数の繊維層からなるろ過飲料のためのフィルターバッグまたは円錐型フィルターの製造に用いられるフィルター素材であって、
上記の少なくとも1つの繊維層(11)にはフィルターバッグまたは円錐型フィルターに入れられた充填材のろ過・抽出のために相変化物質(14)が充填された中空糸(13b)または相変化物質(14)を有するマイクロカプセル(13a)が含まれてなり、上記相変化物質(14)は0〜120℃の範囲内の温度で固体から液体に相変化し、上記フィルター素材の単位面積あたりの重量は8〜90g/m2の範囲であることを特徴とするフィルター素材。 - 上記相変化物質(14)は、50℃から100℃の範囲内の温度で固体から液体に相変化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記相変化物質(14)には炭化水素が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記フィルター素材には、パラフィン系炭化水素が含まれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記相変化物質(14)は、炭化水素、ワックス、油、脂肪酸、脂肪酸エステル、二塩基酸、二塩基エステル、第1級アルコール、多価アルコール、クラスレート、セミクラスレート、ステアリン酸無水物、エチレン炭酸塩、ポリマーまたはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記中空糸(13b)またはマイクロカプセル(13a)は、フィルター素材の単位面積当たりの重量に基づいて、総重量の1%から70%の割合で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記中空糸(13b)またはマイクロカプセル(13a)は、フィルター素材の単位面積当たりの重量に基づいて、総重量の2%から30%の割合で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記中空糸(13b)またはマイクロカプセル(13a)は、フィルター素材の単位面積当たりの重量に基づいて、総重量の3%から10%の割合で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記フィルター素材において、単位面積当たりの重量が10から25g/m2の間の数値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルター素材。
- 2つの繊維層(11、12)が備わってなり、第1繊維層は天然繊維と上記中空糸(13b)またはマイクロカプセル(13a)とから構成され、第2繊維層はヒートシール適性のあるポリマー繊維から形成され、上記第1繊維層に圧着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記第1繊維層(11)は天然繊維、針葉樹パルプ、アバカ繊維またはそれらの混合物から構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記相変化物質(14)が充填された中空糸(13b)またはマイクロカプセル(13a)は、結合剤によって繊維層と結合されることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記結合剤はポリアクリル酸であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記中空糸(13b)は、特定の間隔で仕切りとなる水平壁(16)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1に記載のフィルター素材。
- 上記仕切りとなる水平壁(16)はフェニル酢酸エチレンにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のフィルター素材。
- 1つまたは複数の繊維層からろ過・抽出飲料のためのフィルターバッグまたは円錐型フィルターの製造に使用されるフィルター素材を製紙機器によって製造する方法であって、
上記相変化物質(14)が充填される中空糸(13b)または相変化物質を有するマイクロカプセル(13a)が、フィルターバッグまたは円錐型フィルターに入れられた充填材のろ過・抽出のために、製紙機器によって製造された少なくとも1つの繊維層(11)に加えられ、上記相変化物質(14)は0〜120℃の範囲内の温度で固体から液体に相変化し、上記フィルター素材の単位面積あたりの重量は8〜90g/m2の範囲であることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 固体から液体への相変化が50℃から100℃の範囲内の温度で行われる1つまたは複数の相変化物質(14)が用いられることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 上記相変化物質(14)が充填された中空糸(13b)または相変化物質(14)を有するマイクロカプセル(13a)は、フィルター素材の単位面積当たりの重量に基づいて、2%から30%の割合で製紙機器における圧着装置によってフィルター素材に圧着されることを特徴とする請求項16または17に記載のフィルター素材を製造する方法。
- 上記相変化物質(14)が充填された中空糸(13b)または相変化物質(14)を有するマイクロカプセル(13a)は、フィルター素材の単位面積当たりの重量に基づいて、3%から10%の割合で製紙機器における圧着装置によってフィルター素材に圧着されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のフィルター素材を製造する方法。
- 上記相変化物質(14)が充填された中空糸(13b)または相変化物質(14)を有するマイクロカプセル(13a)は、製造される2つの繊維層(11,12)のうち一方である第1繊維層に加えられ、該第1繊維層には天然繊維が含まれることを特徴とする請求項16から19のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 製造される繊維層のうち第1繊維層(11)における中空糸(13b)またはマイクロカプセル(13a)は、結合剤によってフィルター素材に結合されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 上記結合剤はポリアクリル酸であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のフィルター素材。
- 1つまたは複数の繊維層から構成され、その少なくとも1つの繊維層(11、12)はティーバッグ、茶葉用フィルター、コーヒーバッグまたはコーヒーフィルターに入れられた充填材のろ過・抽出のために、相変化物質(14)が充填された中空糸(13b)または相変化物質(14)を有するマイクロカプセル(13a)を含んでなり、上記相変化物質(14)は0〜120℃の範囲内の温度で固体から液体に相変化し、上記フィルター素材の単位面積あたりの重量は8〜90g/m2の範囲であることを特徴とするティーバッグ、茶葉用フィルター、コーヒーバッグまたはコーヒーフィルター。
