Description
内燃機関の排ガスを流すための配管、配管内に設置されており、排ガスが透過する筒状の多孔質セラミックス部材、多孔質セラミックス部材の入り口側に設置された封止材、多孔質セラミックス部材の出口側に設置されたリング状封止材、および配管の外側に設置され、多孔質セラミックス部材からの輻射熱を回収する熱電変換素子を備えており、排ガスを、多孔質セラミックス部材の外周面と配管の内周面との間の空間から多孔質セラミックス部材を透過して多孔質セラミックス部材の内側空間へと流し、多孔質セラミックス部材の外周面からの輻射熱を配管を通して熱電変換素子によって回収することを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 車両の内燃機関の排気管に設置される廃熱回収装置であって、
前記内燃機関の排ガスを流すための配管、前記配管内に設置されており、前記排ガスが透過する筒状の多孔質セラミックス部材、前記多孔質セラミックス部材の入り口側に設置された封止材、前記多孔質セラミックス部材の出口側に設置されたリング状封止材、および前記配管の外側に設置され、前記多孔質セラミックス部材からの輻射熱を回収する熱電変換素子を備えており、前記排ガスを、前記多孔質セラミックス部材の外周面と前記配管の内周面との間の空間から前記多孔質セラミックス部材を透過して前記多孔質セラミックス部材の内側空間へと流し、前記多孔質セラミックス部材の前記外周面からの輻射熱を前記配管を通して前記熱電変換素子によって回収することを特徴とする、車両の内燃機関の廃熱回収装置。 - 複数の前記熱電変換素子が前記配管の外側面上に周方向に並んで配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の廃熱回収装置。
- 前記多孔質セラミックス部材が複数の多孔質セラミックス層からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の廃熱回収装置。
- 前記多孔質セラミックス部材が多孔質壁からなるハニカム構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の廃熱回収装置。
- 前記多孔質セラミックス部材に排ガス浄化用触媒が担持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の廃熱回収装置。
