Claims (10)
- 擬似向流吸着分離によって、2つ以上の化合物から成る供給混合物から所望の化合物を分離するためのプロセスにおいて、供給流(F)及び脱着剤流(D)が、異なる移送ラインを経由する2つの異なるアクセスポイントで、複数のアクセスポイント(A)を有する少なくとも1つの複数床吸着剤室(100、200)内に注入され、そして所望の化合物から成る抽出流(E)及びラフィネート流(R)が、2つの異なるアクセスポイントの2つの追加の移送ラインによって、前記吸着剤室(100、200)から別々に回収され、この回収したラフィネート流(R)が、ラフィネート蒸留カラム(400)へ通過され、また、前記吸着剤室(100、200)における前記ラフィネート流(R)の回収部分及び前記供給流(F)の注入部分間が吸着帯と定義され、このプロセスの改良点は、前記供給混合物の一部及び前記吸着帯から回収される物質のいずれか一方又はその両方が、ラフィネートフラッシュとして誘導され、このラフィネートフラッシュが誘導されるすぐ前に前記吸着剤室(100、200)から前記ラフィネート流(R)を除去するために利用され、かつ前記複数のアクセスポイント(A)に沿ってシフトされて前記吸着剤室(100、200)に供給流(F)を注入するために利用される前の遊休状態となった移送ライン(10)の内容物が、前記ラフィネートフラッシュにより前記吸着剤室(100、200)の外部へフラッシングされ、このフラッシングされた前記内容物が、前記ラフィネート蒸留カラム(400)へ通過されることを特徴とするプロセス。
- さらに、前記移送ライン(10)が、前記吸着剤室(100、200)に設けられた前記複数のアクセスポイントのうち、前記供給流(F)を注入するために利用される移送ラインが接続される2つのアクセスポイント内の1つのアクセスポイントに接続され、この接続されたアクセスポイントにおいて、前記内容物がフラッシングされることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- さらに、前記抽出流(E)が、抽出物蒸留カラム(500)へ通過されるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記ラフィネートフラッシュの容量が、前記ラフィネート流(R)を移送した移送ライン(10)及びこの移送ライン(10)に接続された弁の全容量の0.5〜2.5倍であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給流が、C8芳香族化合物によって構成され、前記抽出生成物が、メタキシレン及びパラキシレンのいずれか1つ又はその両方によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給流が、1つ以上の非直鎖状脂肪族及びオレフィン炭化水素によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給流が、芳香族化合物及びパラフィンによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給流が、キラル化合物によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給流が、含酸素化合物によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給流が、炭水化物によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
